Trading .002 x .003. Time to buy this great co. Double D,777 etc, time to step up and show us you believe in King and the great things he's promised..it's only been 4 yrs. Is bankruptcy just around the corner? If you don't believe it is, then why aren't you backing up the truck and buying more shares..maybe a little doubt? It's okay to admit it.
If King actually has something worth value and makes a deal, my hats off to him but I really doubt he has anything worth selling and I believe Shinn will win the appeals and I too believe Shinn will probably go after King/Cavit as well.
badgirl: Are you jumping ship?
It's only a matter of time before you learn King has nothing to sell/deal with.
And you can just keep on thinking that King is going to pull a rabbit out of his hat.
Hey big man, why don't you step up to the plate and buy more shares of HTDS if it's such of a great Co? Or are you one of those people that talk the talk. Oh, that's right, you have enough shares of this great company.
This guy is all smoke and mirrors...he's the flim flam man
King has nothing worth selling....you will soon fine that out.
Carp: How much is your CAVIT worth---zippo
Just because he has money doesn't make him a miracle worker. You think he would be the first to make a bad investment? Give me a break..King has fooled a lot of people and CB could just be another in the long line that got screwed by King and Katz.
Who would sell this great company?
Oh, oh..is bankruptcy very near?
It would be nice to get some action going
The only thing I can think may happen positive for HTDS/CAVIT shareholders is that King is actually in talks with a pharmaceutical company regarding CAVIT. Maybe, CAVIT is never traded publically and he sells the company. With his gains, he goes after Shinn with even more vigor and he'll have the wherewithal to actually go to court and hire the best experts out there to blow Shinn right out of the water. It's an educated guess but that would benefit the shareholders of CAVIT/HTDS but it's a long shot. I still believe Shinn will win the appeals.
You have to have something to sell/worth value which King hasn't proved he has.
So far 777, you have a certain amount of shares in Cavit that's worth nothing. Until King actually makes a profit for the shareholders which he has had 4 yrs to do/shows he's actually has something to sell and there are people interested, my statements aren't wrong. Who knows, Shinn and his attorneys maybe going over a draft right now on how they plan to attack King and Cavit..the jury(pun) is still out. If King ever makes money for HTDS/Cavit shareholders, I will congratulate him but for now, I think it's very slim King will ever pull anything off.
So far, I'm not wrong.
Be prepared for a bankruptcy filing on HTDS in the very near future..imho. In addition, I don't believe Cavit has anything to sell and I wouldn't be surprise to see an injunction filed against King/Cavit soon as well by Shinn and co...imho.
Fine and dandy. Now will they get a MM? It's great to have but you can't trade it without a MM. So far it's worthless but if King get's a MM and it trades, kudos to Mr. King but for now, the jury is still out
Your going to find out soon that HTDS/Cavit has nothing to sell. IMHO
There going to need all the help they can get..imho. You may want to hedge your bet and think about some shares in ATKJ.
I particuarly like this part."The motion notes that Colm J. King's actions might constitute a misdemeanor subjecting him to a fine and imprisonment for a term of six (6) months, and seeks an Order that both Colm J. King and Hard to Treat Diseases, Inc. shall be liable to Shinn Capital Group, Inc. for double the amount of damage done to the property together with reasonable attorney's fees".
My guess is that Cavit shares will be restricted and then when Shinn goes after King/Cavit, we do the whole thing over again.I'm sure King isn't the only one with deep pockets/backers....everyone losses..King blew it a longgggggggg time ago.
You anin't see nothing yet, wait until Cavit is listed, that is if it ever does get listed..there is more to come, I'm sure. King blew it a long time ago.
Chumba, you pumper..HTDS/CAVIT is history..it's going nowhere..King's problems are just starting.
Shinn Capital Group, Inc. Files Suit in Colorado Against Several Institutions, Including Dr. Leland Shapiro, to Obtain Favorable Test Results for Tubercin, an Anti-Cancer and HIV/AIDS Immunostimulant
Business Wire, Oct 12, 2005
SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Dr. Ronald Shinn, President and CEO of Artec, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ATKJ) announced today that Shinn Capital Group, Inc. has filed a friendly suit in Colorado. The suit is against the Denver Research Institute, the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, the Denver Veteran's Affairs Medical Center and Dr. Leland Shapiro to obtain all Tubercin samples, test reports, studies, lab notes, protocols, statistical data, opinions and conclusions regarding studies relating to Tubercin.
"We believe that the Colorado test results are favorable regarding Tubercin's ability to combat both Cancer and AIDS as an Immunostimulant. Because Shinn Capital Group, Inc. is the lawful owner of Tubercin, it is entitled to these test results and has instituted a friendly lawsuit in Colorado to seek the same," states Dr. Shinn.
In addition, Shinn Capital Group, Inc. has moved the Court in Oklahoma to sanction both Colm J. King and Hard to Treat Diseases, Inc., a Florida corporation, for concealment or removal of Tubercin subject to the Court's Order of Delivery. The motion notes that Colm J. King's actions might constitute a misdemeanor subjecting him to a fine and imprisonment for a term of six (6) months, and seeks an Order that both Colm J. King and Hard to Treat Diseases, Inc. shall be liable to Shinn Capital Group, Inc. for double the amount of damage done to the property together with reasonable attorney's fees.
all Tubercin samples, test reports, studies, lab notes, protocols, statistical data, opinions and conclusions regarding studies relating to Tubercin.
"We will move quickly to obtain an Order granting the default judgment against Defendants and intend on vigorously pursing all other rights and claims against Defendants in this lawsuit," states Dr. Shinn. Artec holds a sub-license agreement for the development and marketing of Tubercin from Shinn Capital Group, Inc.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Dr. Ronald Shinn, President and CEO of Artec, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ATKJ) announced today that Shinn Capital Group, Inc. has moved for a Default Judgment against Defendants Colm J. King, Hard to Treat Diseases, Inc., a Florida corporation, and Others in the District Court in Oklahoma City. In the lawsuit, Shinn Capital Group, Inc. has sought, among other things
King has nothing to sell, you will soon find that out and be ready for the bankruptcy announcement. King is all talk. .Shinn is the smart one he will win the rights to tubercin and King will be shit out of luck....THE BOMB IS COMING..WATCH
HTDS shareholders will now have 2 worthless companies for the price of one.
Expect a pr soon from King either making excuses or blaming someone for the delays. Also watch for a pr regarding the possibility of bankrutcy proceedings on HTDS. By the way, do they have memebers of MIT working on the website? What a joke..someone, please put a tent on this circus.
King has nothing to sell, he's no more than a flim flam man...take whatever King says with a grain of salt. Shinn is wise about not putting out pr's that can be ue against him later on.Of course, this is all in my humble opinion.
$1.00 a share for HTDS is what King claimed almost 2 years ago that the stock price would hit..what a pumper. Well, if he doesn't deliver, I would think there would be pissd off HTDS shareholders that may file a class action lawsuit against him.
Good luck..King has nothing to sell. Not one thing has come to life under King's domain. HTDS shareholders have only got screwed. I wonder how King lives in such a beautiful house. He has been with HTDS for 3 full years. How does someone make it without getting paid for three years. Oh yea, he probably married into money.
King is full of grandiosity...he has nothing to sell. He put all his eggs in winning the appeals case...1-1000 chance of winning. Even if he does, Shinn has the option to appeal to the Supreme Court. Shinn is not going away....PERIOD!
King has nothing worthwhile to sell(IN MY OPINION) and it's getting closer where he'll have to make a settlement with Shinn or lose everything/be in the courts for the next 2-3 years. Oh well, learn and live. That's to bad for both parties..greed and revenge got the best of them. Hope you folks have other gains to off set your losses. :(
Who would be selling this great stock/company?
That pr from King should be out soon blaming/making excuses why cavit isn't beng listed...WATCH
Another day and no listing/news (:
Very soon now. "THE BOMB" as Chris would say.
