Dismissed the case against them, means that we were the ones settling... Not her with us. We are paying her... Hence the dismissal. If it was our case it would only be dismissed if she settled. Since it was her lawsuit and it was dismissed, that only means we settled with her, ie we paid her. This is most likely why we are doing a R/S, so DM can redilute to pay off Iggy. He most likely knew this was going to happen, much the same as he knew about the R/S months ago, and only recently informed shareholders. This is a scam in its purest form.

American Transfer out of Phx is one such company that represents a bunch of pinks and has a policy of non disclosure. Enough with your misinformation.
