There is a possibility we could crash through that support if the selling continues no matter what any chartists say. I for one hope it does not happen as I am sure many on this board do not want it to happen either. I expect buyers will step in today which will prevent it from crashing. No matter what happens I AM HOLDING!!
No sir I am not looking to pick up cheapies. If a stock crashes thru support some people sell. Every trader/investor behaves differently.
Great point Howard, the weak of heart will sell and get out..those who believe in the company will hold no matter what happens.
you decide to sell or hold
Where is Mike B travelling this week?
The money flow looks questionable to me....seems to have downtrended.......let's hope it reverses.
I'm perfectly capable of doing my own DD but thanks for the offer. I'll give the company the benefit of the doubt. Some of the mielstones were fairly simple and should be able to be accomplished quickly. If they don't accomplish them to my satisfaction then I'll make a decision to sell or hold.
I have sent an e-mail directly to MBB addressing all the concerns I have four days ago. NO RESPONSE. I know he's busy but someone should be monitoring his e-mail. I would have been happy with some automated response.
Thanks for the support Wayne. The funny part about it all is that I am on their team. I am a shareholder and I want this company to succeed. There's nothing wrong with the questions I asked. All the company announce today was that they will get the financing money once they accomplish certain milestones. This no big deal because if they don't accomplish it they won't get any money. Believe me I hope they get everything accomplished swiftly so the money comes through. Compare it to getting an unsigned check for $8million.
Sage I'm sorry to say I am a shareholder. I have no reason to try and scare people out of any stock. I will ask probing questions about any stock I own becuase I OWN THE COMPANY!!!
My hope is the company swiftly accomplishes all of this, makes it public, gets construction in Berlin underway and gets the plant open so it can begin to produce revenues.
why would i buy a .0029 stock if I had $8 million. Besides the $8 million will be borrowed money so that makes it a margin account.
Believe me that is what I want, a fully reporting company. Those are the only ones that eventually become profitable and make it big.
Does borrowed money make the company worth more? I think not!!!
Again I will ask what is the company's time frame to accomplish what is required to obtain the financing??
SO Matilda what is it about then? If the stock is worth what you say it is after the $8 million then would you consider it over or underpriced right now?
Honestly, I would not be lending my money to a pink sheet company that does not report. But, if Laidlaw accomplishes all of the requirements swiftly and without any hitches the company will have done a lot of things that small pink sheet companies usually don't do. Those who are long will be handsomely rewarded and I plan on being on of those. Hear me good, I am a shareholder and I plan on holding. But if we cannot have intelligent discussions on this board about what the company needs to do then why are we here? People on this board put people like me on iggy and report TOU violations because I say things and ask questions they don't want to hear. Well I fight all deleted posts with admin unless they are legit and I did something wrong, which, in this case I have not.
SO I now pose this question to everyone on this board, what is the company's time frame to accomplish all that is needed to secure the financing???
If they have met them then they need to publicly announce that they have met them. I have not seen the company say they have met all of the milestones in the financing agreement.
Viper I agree but the company must achieve them to get the money, and that's the bottom line!!
No sage I am not. I own LLEG and these are the worries I have. It seems you always iggy people when they point out things that could be worriesome.
The company now has to put up or shut up.
Oh I understand exactly how they work sage. Bottom line is this "Make the milestones, get the money", "Don't make the milestones, NO MONEY". No matter what the company needs to achieve them all quickly otherwise the bear is going to swallow this stock.
The company's prospects look great I agree. However, they don't have the money yet. What happens if those milestones in todays PR do not get met and they never get the $8 million? I think that question is what caused todays downslide. SOme say we are in a bear market. The bear just took that PR and shredded it to pieces with his claws. The company needs to meet those milestones quickly otherwise the stock price will slide and slide and slide.
Yes but can they meet all the milestones to get the money?? They don't have it yet!!!!
The transaction is structured such that there will be two separate closings. The first closing will occur after and if a variety of conditions precedent have occurred, including, without limitation, that Laidlaw Berlin BioPower, LLC has the land on which the project will be constructed under its exclusive control and that HH Capital Advisors, LLC has approved: (i) the lease under which Laidlaw Berlin BioPower, LLC will be leasing the project back from HH Capital Advisors, LLC, (ii) the environmental condition of the property, (iii) the title to the property, (iv) a development budget, (v) a development agreement, and (vi) a letter of intent covering all the major provisions of the proposed power purchase agreement for 100% of the power to be produced by the project. At the first closing $8 million will be funded to be used for the acquisition of the land and working capital in connection with the continued development efforts regarding the project. Laidlaw believes that it has met or can readily meet the foregoing conditions.
Oh Come on Clay you can do better than that. I'd say it looks more like the Clemson player that was mauled by Woody Hayes.

thanks for the info. I am looking a few years down the road after they have saturated China and Asia, if that's even possible. They will need new markets eventually so why not start mapping out a US plan on the backburner.
Well they are going to need more markets than just Asia eventually. Once the competition sees what they are doing in Asia they will send their international sales people out after that business.
One thing about marketing in the US that Aquagold needs to know. In the US you can have a mediocre product as long as you have great marketing. A lot of waters are sold under "private label" ie Publix Brand, Costco's Kirkland Brand etc.
There is also a high end market ie Fiji and Evian. If Aquagold's premium product is eqivalent to Fiji and or Evian they can attack both the high end and the mediocre market with the lower end product they plan on developing.
No water company currently caters to both so Aquagold has a unique opportunity to do that.
Ok AQUI holders I would like to specifically speak to anyone who attended the investors meeting so please be prepared to talk about specifics about bottled water. First let it be known I am long on the stock and own shares.
First question, do they plan on marketing their product in the US? I ask this because I have over 20 years of experience selling for a full service wholesale distributor and I personally used to sell bottle water by the truckloads on a weekly basis.
If the Aquagold water is a premium product is it comparable to Fiji or is it closer to Evian? Fiji is by far the cadillac of bottled waters with Evian a distant second. Both of those products market share could easily be stolen by a comparable product as their price points are outrageous.
I know they probably consider the US market saturated but it is saturated with garbage. I refuse to drink any of the bottled waters in any stores except Fiji. Nestle has prostituted the market with the garbage they sell. They ruined the Zephyrhills name and they now have lower end labels that I wouldn't give to my dog.
If they want to market their product in the US they just need to sign an agreement with a major Food Broker who will sell their porduct for them at a small percent commission. They should concentrate on retail first, wholesale second. A membership club like Costco or BJ's would be a great avenue. Give one of them a two year exclusive and sales would go through the roof.
Let's face it, once China gets rolling they will need other markets and I think they should attack Fiji and Evian if their water is of equal or better quality.
How do I get a sample case of the product? Did I see a post where it said shareholders can get a free sample case?
Let's get some intelligent discussion going on this to get our own product rolling right here in the USA.
Great post Oil Can. IMO the only thing holding LLEG back is the flippers that continually flip this stock. They have a pattern of buying between 0026 and 0029 and then selling once it hits 0040. They have manipulated this stock for weeks and held it back. Whether or not these flippers are the same people that have continually pumped this stock on this board has yet to be proven. But that really doesn't matter does it. I'll admit I sold some for profits that I bought down at 0016 and 0019. I did that in order to buy into the future April stock of the month which has already doubled for me, AQUI. But I will hold the balance of my LLEG stock until it's at least a 400 bagger.
The LLEG flippers constantly flip this stock. They buy between 0026 and 0029 and as soon as it hits 0040 they start selling
I doubt it, this is the real world...once a PR is released it is official. Maybe LLEG should change from E&E to someone else that can put out a better PR
Well put Oil Can. I wanted to join you last week about the unnecessary pumping that goes on on this board but they put me in jail. I like the stocks long term potential but I think I'll join the flipping crowd for a while. Buy between 0024 and 0028 and sell between 0038 and 0042
Howard
jump back in tomorrow. There's a possibility it crashes below the 0024/0026 support wall. You might be able to get some under .002
Based on what is required of them from the press release (see below), it's possible they won't see that first $8million for quite some time.
I'll say something Howard................if it falls below .0024.............look out below!!!
In using Paul's football analogy. We scored the touchdown, now do we go for two or kick the extra point?
Changing one's mind is natural. I just wish I woulda changed my mind about my first marriage before I said "I DO". I'll bet you that bridge that Howard will jump back in with two feet once he gets his questions answered.
IMO the reason they chose this option is because it was their only alternative. I imagine the management of the other firms mentioned in the PR got weak knees at the thought of having to explain to stockholders why they took such a risk getting involved with a pink sheet stock while the country is in such a credit crunch.
Howard
you just keep on posting. It is the companies that can answer the tough questions (like the ones you pose) that become real Wall STreet killers. If stockholders have problems answering tough questions it's one of two things. Either they didn't do their DD or they are afraid of the answers.
Just don't get thrown in jail again Howard. Here's an idea Howard, buy more LLEG next week if it falls below that 0026 support.
Amy
what do you base that close on? or is it just a guess?
Howard
I'll give you one share of LLEG stock for that bridge!!! At least I save the broker commissions and I'll take it unpainted.
I have a feeling the stock will close even for the day. It just seems like it's been doing that a lot lately.
