Charlie, I apologize for not giving you a call while I was in the states. I only had a few days and just didn't get a chance.
I see from recent posts were looking at mid January for this to run. I didn’t buy more shares last week, still looking for the company to PR something.
Holding at just shy of a million, I don’t mind waiting a few more weeks (like I have an option). It was tuff watching the PPS last week but can’t expect much until the company releases information.

Question for the board; IF worst case scenario the company goes bankrupt; can I claim my entire investment amount as a tax lost in one year? Or am I just entitled to three thousand dollars a year until the total loss is absorbed? Or is it just a one year three thousand dollar entitlement claim?
Honest question here and seeking an honest answer…… Do we have any tax accountants here that can answer this question?

Hey, just checking in to see if we got any news today and I see we drop 27% on 164k shares traded. Someone is manipulating the stock fellas...... and will continue to do so if information isn't released....imo

Hey, I'm all for volume and wish we had a little more, shares seem to be pretty tight at these prices right now. I'd really like to buy some more shares but need to see a little news first, don't care if I have to chase it a little

Wise, I don't mean to sound negative but the volume today equals about $6,700.00 USD.... is that really a lot?
Don't get me wrong, I have one million reasons why I want this stock to succeed. We just need the information to start flowing.......

Why would anyone get out at this point, big news coming within a few short weeks, if not days..... from the information floating on the street.
Strange for someone to bail at this point..... That’s an indicator and imo (not a good one).

I don't think that they would put a PR out on Friday, that hasn't been their MO. It just might be another calm day tomorrow also....but what do I know, I haven't been right on this stock yet....

Although I have never thought that Mike Br was an optimist, I do have to agree with much of what he stated in his last post.....
I'd be happy to see a nickel by end of month. With substantial news coming out very soon, why have we seen a 50% drop in price within the last two weeks? On top of that, no volume.... why isn't anyone buying right now?
It looks like this might go lower tomorrow without news...
You would think everyone and their brothers would be jumping on this one and it's not the case. Why?
I don't have answers and I have no contacts to pass direct questions but can't (won't) buy another share until I see some of the news that has been rumored.
I trust you Charlie, always have and I believe what you post.

First, thanks for replying to my post. I agree there is not any panic like sell off (it's only 53k in trades today) but is that because all of us here and most involved with this stock are longs? The ask right now is .009 and I don't see anyone really buying at these prices, that scares me (a lot) If this is about ready to take off, why isn't anyone buying? Is this going lower?

I jumped in this a month back and I'm now down 33% of my investment. I imagine this is peanuts compared to others invested with more time and money but it hurts to go down this road.
Without news (either way) I can't sell and either is anyone else.
News has to be coming soon, You would think......

Charlie thanks for the up-date. Sure was hoping to see some information from the company this week. I understand that things are progressing a little slower than all imagined but do you or anyone you know close to the company have a tentative timeline?

Three or four weeks it is then, Sure would be nice to see a bone or two before the changes but it's all good.

Absolutely Cajun..... as you can see, I'll keep my day job and stop making predictions that never seem to materialize.

Cajun, very good assessment and agree. It's holding pretty well on no news.... hoping next week brings us a burger or two. I do have a lot of confidence that once the ticker changes (when ever) and the PR's start rolling, we all will be very happy with our investment......IMO

Well, so much for my gut feeling theory today.... not real sure we'll hear anything tomorrow either but let's hope NLT next Monday they start the press rolling with a little news. It seems to me that they should be pretty well set and ready to PR very very soon..... all systems go

I picked up 139,200 shares at .013 around noon today it was all I had in my account..... I'm just short of a million shares total.........Good luck everyone.

It held pretty well today with only three trades. I did have a small bid in at .014 all day and they never went that low....
News would be nice and having rumor street turned back on would certainly help.....

Cajun, looks like your right about the news today, hopefully we see some this week. If it takes til the end of the month or first part of December for the name change and the meaty PR's to start rolling in, so be it. Another month isn't asking to much at all...........IMO

Mike, things seem to be changing and taking shape and the price isn't dropping. What this all means (the filings) I'm not sure but it's safe to say were not out of the game by any means. We need news........ thats for sure but don't look at this glass of water as half empty. Hang in there and have a little faith. I have a good feeling about this one and I'm buying a few more shares today..... IMO

I concur with your thoughts exactly on the filing yesterday, but today's filing scares me a little, not knowing how the shares are going to be used and no PR explaining any actions to date makes me a little nervous.
