SAN DIEGO, May 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Group, Inc. (Pinksheets: AXGO - News) announced today a 10,000 to 1 reverse split of its common stock. The Company also has a new ticker symbol: AXGO. Axia Group provides a panel based technology for residential and commercial buildings in Sri Lanka, Pakistan and India. The company introduced the technology to the region in 2005 and since that time has built several hundred homes and has worked with both private contractors and government agencies on a variety of construction projects.

yeah man. both company's webpages are down. know what? there's a chance getting back our investments. in my opinion Fraudery released misleading and false press releases during the time AXGO used to trade on the OTCBB exchange. but nobody of you guys out there wants to file a class suit so we aren't able to get our investments back. we have to do something - seriously!

Hey ho! Oktoberfest was great - but we went there around 12 afternoon - much tooooo late- no chance to get entrance in the tents. I don't know if you know it: No tent entrance no beer! Awful! Luckily my friend met an owner of a tent, he was on same university. So we went in! I drank 2 litres of beer (man this beer is so strong!) and went in another tent - i know a woman who works there - i drank another 2 litres of beer......gee i felt so bad after! but women were awesome! ;)
i had to go home around 5 o'clock and slept till next day....

too short - but beer over there is tricky.

i know, i already got such an automatically respond. Maybe it would be more efficient to organize this open letter to the CEO. I think it will cost a bit but it's worth to keep others or upcoming investors informed that Flim Flannery is driving down every company where he is CEO. DILUTION and re-splits are destroying each investment when you buy shares on the open market where flannery is involved.

so why don't we join together to inform the SEC. Is someboday able to write such a letter or e-mail etc. or maybe we can release an open letter to Flannery, contact businesswire or somebody else to release it? My english isn't very well.

Hey there. Yes it is unbelievable what happened again to the stock. Did you already inform SEC? Everybody should. i know SEC doesn't really care about pinkies, but i am sure the more people inform the SEC about the criminal intense of jeff the more they will check out what is going on there. This guy is destroying our money without any tears. And indeed yes, i got the msem shares.
