$RECHF Spinoff December 5th, 2022

Recharge Resources Ltd. (“Recharge” or the “Company”) (RR: CSE) (RECHF: OTC) (SL5: Frankfurt) announces plans to transfer it’s 100% owned Pinchi Lake Nickel Project, located approximately 15 to 30 km northwest of Fort St. James and 120 km northwest of Prince George in central British Columbia, to a new subsidiary ("SpinCo" or “NextCharge”), provide funding to SpinCo, then spin-out the shares of SpinCo ("SpinCo Shares") to Recharge's shareholders of record on a 1 for 3 basis. Recharge's shareholders would end up owning shares in both Recharge and SpinCo in these proposed proportions.

Recharge is targeting December 5th, 2022 as the effective date of the proposed spin-out whereby shareholders of record on that date will receive shares in the new SpinCo. The name NextCharge Battery Metals Corp. has been reserved for SpinCo. The Company has secured the website (www.nextchargemetals.com) and has commenced construction of the proposed NextCharge website.

Lithium is a good place to be, RECHF is on my watchlist.

IDEX up big pre market looking really good lately.

The December 5th spinoff is interesting, on my watchlist.

Not only a nice looking chart, they have great products and should do great going forward.

The main thing is timing, take a look at the EV and battery companies etc., investors were way too early. Now, some have spent their money on R&D and now are looking for more money. You have to watch and be patient with these companies.
AABB had its run and now it bottomed out, so that is why I like it for a trade.

I am very confident, the low .03's is the bottom and it is not a guessing game for me.. You don't win in life by sitting on your hands.

Clive sells at the expense of shareholders. I purchased a bundle of shares a week or so ago and I will sell for a profit likewise. You have to play to win and that is why I watch this board. If I had no interest in trading AABB shares I would not be here.

Sometimes you have to hit back and go on the offense to send a message.

gitreal, I have to disagree with you. I do believe AABB is a real company, but extremely mismanaged and shows a lack of integrity.
There is money to be made here on a trade only at this time.

If people can't exchange their tokens that means there is no market for their tokens.
There are other gold backed tokens so why invest in something nobody wants?
Why isn't management addressing these problems along with the other questions people have?
A conference call for investors where they would answer questions would show some integrity from management.
Did you ever ask yourself what are they afraid of?
Can anyone really say that this is a quality run company, the answer is no, they don't care about shareholders.

4.5 million more buys than sells today, it has been awhile, maybe a reversal in the works.

Nice run on good volume, will be interesting to see if it will continue.

Benny is not the problem here, it falls on the ones who listen and believe in what he says as fact, it's all noise.

And management is another problem for not supporting shareholders by doing an audit now. How many hands are receiving from the Clive note? Too many unanswered questions that need to be revealed.

Looks to me like .04 is the bottom for now and might be time for traders to take advantage for a short term trade.

I believe they should do an audit so everything is out in the open. What are you believing for?

The only thing they need to do is get an independent audit. You don't want a bias auditor because who would audit the auditors.
They have the money so what is the hold up?

Were you there? Or just hoping they are working daily?

Around .04 could be a good buying opportunity and better if assets were confirmed.

If the company is honest about their cash and gold position then I believe we have bottomed out at .04

Why to people talk so much about what benny says or said on this board?

This is crazy amateur investing!

This is a good start for someone to look into if thinking about investing in AABB. After doing their due diligence one should come to the conclusion that AABB is not an investment.
Gold can be $2000 an ounce or $1700 and their 30 million in gold never changes. And 1/10 of a gram of gold doesn't make these tokens valuable, it's hype. And some posters say they can't sell them because there are no buyers?
Now, that there is a history concerning AABB where is the incentive to invest here?

The only thing I know is that they need to spend some of their money on an audit.

So an angel investor looked at this company and thought wow! that Clive never ending toxic note is great, this is where I want to park my money?

I never bought any of these tokens, never liked the idea of not being able to purchase with cash.
Anyway, I own physical gold and silver as a hedge.

I thought right at the beginning these tokens should have been able to be bought with fiat money and then if one wanted to sell you could exchange back to fiat money.

This is true!

Without an audit everything is suspect, they have the money for an audit so what is the problem? They are keeping shareholders from the truth, so how can they be trusted!
