LVVV, ahh, what a tale, pros and cons abide on this board without borders! What to believe? The same points both positive and negative presented in repetition almost non-stop. How does a investor or potential investor choose which presentation is the most correct? Yes, the filings are a good place to start. But they are old news. This company has not been very forthcoming and timely in their updates which leaves many to question the integrity of the company. Car lot salesman, half naked women, associations with known con men....murky waters to say the least. Bill and Tony really need to step up to the plate and come clean and be forthright and honest and let shareholders know where they stand. If not LVVV will soon be trading in the .01's! Do you buy in or continue to hover on the sidelines? Waiting for answers as are many investors. The clock is ticking!!

It is always easier for companies to have these hard to verify relationships with foreign entities where share holders love the message but cannot confirm the reality! Such as the China connection with LVVV. And this relationship LVVV has with ADIA is most unsettling! For the sake of closure and transparency, I hope Jason and Bill and Tony step up to the plate and resolve this issue.
I for one bought more shares of LVVV because of the "million dollar deal" with ADIA! Fraud,hmmm. Let's see!

I believe Jason has very solid grounds for a lawsuit against the principles of LVVV. However, I hope all parties follow the letter of the law and resolve this matter quickly, legally and with the best interest of all shareholders in mind!

Sometimes when you have 100'S OF THOUSANDS OR PERHAPS AS SOME CLAIM MILLIONS OF SHARES, WHY COMMIT MORE DOLLARS UNTIL THE MASTER PLAN UNFOLDS. WHILE I HAVE ONLY 550000 SHARES AT A COST BASIS OF A LITTLE OVER .03, I AM NOT SELLING OR ADDING. It is up to LVVV to show increased sales and revenue before I put any more funds into this stock. My guess is ADIA products are ready for the shelves. I believe we will hear an announcement to this effect, shortly! ADIA products were being sold before in Whole Foods and and Albertsons last year. Can you imagine ADIA, APRU and LVVV products being carried by these mega chains! And with the recent news of Albertsons acquiring Safeway and Von stores, this would add so many more potential outlets for our combined products. The future is certainly looking very bright!

If ADIA was in production and with its present share count, I would value ADIA shares at around .05. On par with LVVV! A lot of "ifs" need to be answered first. Personally, I think an investment at .015 for ADIA shares would give you a better or equal return to LVVV. If Jason's Homeland forensics gets spun off, for sure this would be the better investment. IMO!

I am not sure what Bill has in mind for ADIA. I do think it will remain a public company. Why give up a existing stock symbol and a shareholder base? Best case scenario is Bill getting the monies to bring the company up to date on filings and monies for product production. I am also hoping that in the process, Jason's company gets spun off. Where will this money come from, the increase in LVVV AS or private or cloud based equity financing? Not sure!

Sitting with free shares. I did take a few off the table at $36.50.
But I do have to agree with you somewhat, it is overbought. But I was also in agreement at $30! So maybe I am wrong!
