Perhaps because the price has been cut to a 1/3 in only a few weeks.
You want to be the moderator you are welcome to the job. I think they may have something going in the near future, but the are dumping shares right now to fund it. Don't see exactly why I am supposed to be happy about that. I am just glad I got out with most of my position.
A 1/2 atmo suit then? :D
That was the dang fastest reply I have ever had.
What? Is he buying a 1 atmo suit? ;)
Looks like a nice string of PRs they've been dumping shares into. I'm glad I got out of this when I did.
How long and how deep are you in and you've learned nothing about the permit process and mess that is? If you find a wreck you don't just come back the next day with a barge and haul off everything you can find by yourself. Whoever found it is dang lucky someone had active permits in the area that could be extended, IMO.
Thanks for the input, I'll check out oanda.com
I am definitely not planning on paying for either of the 2 expensive Forex systems that I have seen. I mostly curious if anyone knows what they are doing underneath. Like I mentioned, I know of someone who has worked out their own 'system' using one of those systems and has been consistently successful.
Newbie questions.
Is everyone using forex.com as mentioned in the iBox or something else?
Is anyone doing algo or blackbox trading? (I ask because I know of someone doing this very successfully)
Does anyone know what the deal is with $3-4K systems with the pretty colored lights, are they using MAs or what?
I'm doing a crash course here and just looking for any feedback.
Thanks all!
Wilf as much as admitted to it a few months back on the old blog before it was lost.
No.
Let's put some perspective on the dumping of shares Wilf has done according to the information previously posted:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?Message_id=20246183&txt2find=float
Obviously this has hurt folks to have the share price cut to an 1/8th of what it was last April. The float has increased dramatically which ruins the dynamics of this stock in the market.
However, the outstanding shares has less than doubled in that time. In an ideal world where everything is valued as it should be, this should only have cut the share price in half not 1/4 or 1/8. The market cap is determined by the O/S not the float.
So if last year Deep Blue found 500M in loot, we would have been worth ~$2/share. Instead, if we find that now we'll be worth ~$1/share. While long term holders can't be happy about that, it isn't as bad as it could be. (Or as bad as what Wilf has done to some of his other companies apparently.)
I know some folks are stuck with restricted shares, but I am amazed that people would hold their shares while this was happening during the winter when DPBM couldn't dive.
There was almost another 1M shares dumped again today. You can see as a large single formT trade after hours. This is almost always a sign that someone is continuing to dump shares.
Problem here is Wilf has already run this into the ground. Even if he was done dumping shares, which apparently he is not, it doesn't matter anyway as the damage has been done. There were tens of millions of shares already dumped below the current share price. This will never run with 30M of the float sold below us and all the rest of the bag holders above us wanting out.
Wilf has given the MMs and the flippers way too much ammunition and looks to be still doing so.
I've got to admit this is taking a little longer than you first thought, but I've learned that pinks+patience can be very, very rewarding.
The other option is to be earning 10% in a nice mutual fund, or if you're an old fogey like my pop, its 5% in a CD. Give me high risk, high reward anyday - keeps you feeling young. ;)
:) That's why I am still here and holding. We get off the grays to anywhere and I will be green almost right away I am sure. :)
I'd be happy with $.20 right now.
I think that is my favorite word in all of pinkyland (or grayland) ... Soon. ;)
Patience is a virtue.
I made money on SLJB, BHUB and broke even on CKYS. It isn't the stocks you are picking it is how you are playing them.
I hear you, but this is much more fun as a lotto ticket than say some bankrupt RM candidate shell or something. :)
Thanks for sharing Schmeg. This confirms what a number have been hoping for.
Any hint at all at the timeline? I know things like that are never set in stone, but it would be nice to know approximately how much more time I have to add a few more shares. :)
Go IVAY.
I'm refering to your posting history in general which speaks for itself.
It's all pump and up and go go go, which has mostly been incorrect and IMO is starting to sound desperate.
You want to disagree that's fine, but posting that we are getting news 'this week' because of weeks old posts about news 'before the end of the month' is a little tenuous. I'd bet my whole position we won't see said news in the next 2 days.
Considering the desperation of the repeated posts probably a little bird, that only talks to him. The message was a little garbled as every other sentence was 'kill them all!'.
Regardless of whether or not fringe has been posting, GBITQ has tripled since he brought it to people's attention!
Yes, it has retraced some, but it is holding well above the initial levels.
This is lotto ticket folks and was never claimed to be anything else. If people aren't riding freebies by now after this tripled in price then that is their own fault and due to greed.
Hmmmmm. Kinda fun like yesterday?
A year ago we were below $.10, hence the 'in the past year' part of my comment.
Your right I don't own shares. I sold the last ones I bought at $.02 at around .028. Not bad for a few days work.
How many DPBM shareholders do you know who made 40% on their shares this past year?
Ha. Wilf owns SIS too. Do some homework.
Good idea, I think she'll know.
Sorry guys, but like Jimmy Carter the HMGP board is becoming increasingly irrelevant. It's all fluff and cheerleading. The few people who might actually know more than they can say are consistently ignored.
Rather than argue about it I think I'll just take a break for a while like I said in my other post that was deleted.
I'm not sure who deleted my 2 HMGP posts today, but whoever it was is a complete arse.
I'm not the first that I know of who doesn't bother reading that board and I'm sure I won't be the last.
Have fun over there.
I would be more than happy to see Mr. Nimoy back in his famous 'In Search Of' type role. In fact, it would also fit nicely into your black hole theories, as this was one of my favorite episodes:
Season 1, Episode 21: UFOs
Original Air Date: 13 July 1977
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0894237/
Coincidentally, July 13 the original air date is Wilf's birthday, quite amazing if you ask me! And we all know the relationship between current shareholder equity and black holes.
GBITQ on stockcharts.
Thank you for your recent symbol request.
Based on your suggestion, we have added [GBITQ] to our charting database:

Nice catch. I forgot and closed my Time&Sales too early today.
That was more than half of the days volume.
The funniest thing I ever saw on the DPBM blog was when people started making outrageous price projections, I mean these folks didn't even know what the concept of 'share structure' meant.
So anyway, Wilf gets on and shoots them down and ran through some basic numbers for them. You know what they did? They completely ignored him. I mean the CEO himself gets on and tells them they're being unrealistic and they blow it off. That's the level of sophistication we have here amoungst our beloved DPBM shareholders. They couldn't find their A/S with both hands.
FYI, I don't think he said anything near $5 and if he did that was before the last 6 months of dilution.
Didn't their stock double on this latest find? Cool. As soon as Wilf finds the big one, we'll be sitting at $.05 easy.
Agreed. That is why it usually isn't normal shares they are grabbing. The other times I have seen this there was a large amount of shares being unloaded by the company or someone who had a large amount of shares that have become unrestricted.
They turn these shares over to some financial entity, who is likely an MM or connected with one, to sell for them. So when the other MMs buy up those shares and don't report them until later there is no one really to notice or cry foul. The selling entity/MM doesn't complain either, because that's just how the game is played. Most of this is speculation.
I watched NHYB for month and months last year not taking a position. Both the company and newly unrestricted shares were selling into the market. The MMs saw these shares coming and drove it into the ground. The CEO whined and complained, but it was his own doing. The MMs finally started covering and there was a week of formT trades often doubling the days volume. Eventually the selling stopped and the share price doubled.
They got driven into the ground again later because the company had no revenues and was lame and probably continued to dilute. In our case I think we will see a reversal because of the known fundementals.
If you were an MM trying to cover, which shares would you grab the cheapest ones coming through or the expensive ones?
If they are grabbing the cheapest ones then there average would be lower than the LOD that the rest of us saw. It was only a small fraction of a penny below the low of day.
We've had this discussion days ago. The trades took place during trading hours but are not reported until after hours. That is what these 'formT' trades are.

Metal's post on formT trade types:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=19638860
3 of 4 as I saw it, but I almost missed one and may have missed previous.
I have two portfolios I am managing, one for someone else. The latter is a much smaller position and I made entry at .41 shortly before the run to .90.
I've left my shares alone for the most part. In retrospect I would have done it differently, but hindsight... For the most part I didn't want to make the problem worse, which I certainly could have.
However, in the other account I had to be much more careful especially as we dipped near my entry. I've played it by T/A and guesswork, but have managed to stay green from .41 down to .21 or whatever our low was.
I have completely reentered in that smaller account and for me the trigger was those formT trades. I think we have definitely found bottom and there is a good chance we have started a permanent reversal. I've also got a bunch more shares at now averaged at .24 than I did at .41.
The only problem is they do not represent a significant number of shares yet. Probably single digit percentage of what it took to drive us down. We moved down from the .50s on small blocks of 10K shares at the bid day after day, but probably only 50-60K. There has been significantly more shares let go in the .20s.
I think the MMs saw someone consistently unloading and used it to their advantage. Helping the trend here and there with some of their own shorting to make sure those shares got sold for as little as possible. This is their bread and butter in pinkyland, but usually it is dilution unlike our case. IMO they see the end in sight and are preparing for the journey back up.
67K shares in a formT trade at below $.26 average.
I think this is a very good sign. Some MM is grabbing the very cheapest shares for himself. Trying to start covering?
I'm glad I picked up a few more @ $.26.
Looks like we've got a shareholder trying to dump shares, look at him coming down the ask. MM wouldn't be doing that, so we must have some yokel who got in big and early letting go some shares.
You're right, it didn't. Almost no volume under $.06. That's a Good Thing.
Yes, next bit of news or really even next solid rumor and this will move.
Mostly likely we'll see the volume before the news as those things always seem to leak out before they hit the general public. That's why I'm in now, because otherwise you miss it and end up chasing.
