Risk vs Reward. That's about all you can do with Companies like this.
Yes. Mr. Holcombe has written a paper to that affect. It can be found in the Industrial journal of gastro technology. Page 6 paragraph 3 talks in detail about its effectiveness.Mr Holcombes compensation for writing it was 2M freshly printed shares exercisable upon receipt. The effectiveness was confirmed by Fred the janitor upon cleaning GG's personal bathroom.
There was a purchase order for 1M gallons but it was deemed invalid upon collection because GG forgot to have it signed when he issued it.
Nice to hear from you D.E. Hope all is well with the business
I bet that really frosts your cake!
There was confirmation that Q1,'22 is going to be poor. Don't see anything happening here at best until this Fall and even then what would that be. My hunch is that O+G is going to be as big a flop as so many of the other misses. If it was a go, someone would be on board and the Co. would be Tweeting from the roof tops.
Someone has a reason for it to stay at or above a penny.I do feel that once the 3rd party selling stops and there's even just 1 positive PR this will gain at least 30% immediately. I thought that the .01 threshold maybe had something to do with the OTC QB . Looks like that only needs to be maintained prior to acceptance. This is already OTC QB so that's not it.
Best to you in your endeavor. And yes, there is a note of personal dislike. I'm funny that way. I tend to dislike individuals who knowingly lie about events that in turn have a greatly adverse effect on a persons investment.I know pennies are a huge risk, but if you take away the GG factor for instance it makes for a much more level playing field. It different when economic factors and events out of ones control takes a toll on a Co.'s share price, it's different when a compensated officer of that same company almost single handed keeps it depressed due to incompetence, and an over zealous pie hole.
That's how the pennies work. There is always someone a rung higher on the ladder than retail investors/ traders.
Risk/reward . That's what the retail guy/gal has to weigh before plopping down funds on a penny stock. The thrill of that 100-200-300%.... gain is what drives it.JMO
I feel you've greatly overestimated GG's stature in the O+G field. If this processs is as effective as we are led to believe it would be being used even in its infancy. Just look to all the past endeavors that have NEVER materialized, add
gas and oil to the list. And why isn't D.E. on here touting this great find? Here we have a professional who's very well versed in this particular field and he surely doesn't seem to be too interested in spelling out its effectiveness.Ag will be another long drawn out testing event that will ultimately end up falling by the wayside. Healthcare is probably here to stay for a bit as long as the Co. can stay afloat and have capital to work with. Loans that are secured with unfavorable terms to the shareholders will keep the stock price depressed as it has for 2 years.
On the surface it all appears to be this high tech operation with many revenue streams just waiting to explode.
In reality it's just another poorly managed penny stock Co. with a lot of big hopes and dreams that will never amount to anything.
I respect your opinion on the Co. but by no means agree with it
Difficult to believe any estimates given by the Co.
I realize Art is cut from a different cloth than the other execs . He still has GG to contend with who has proven over and over again to be 100% wrong in just about everything.
I see little substantive movement forward with GG being involved.
Hmmm.
That would be unfortunate.
He just failed to say WHAT he was all in:
- a huge mess
- over his head
- a no win situation
- taking orders from an incompetent CEO
- a losing battle.
No but there will soon be a Tweet that the person in shipping and receiving called in sick today. Appears to have diarrhea from a burrito he ate yesterday. Janitor will be responsible for pasting on the one sticker today.GG couldn't do it, he was too busy setting up another contract that they won't be able to collect on in a month.
Trivial tweets like this show how much of a Mickey Mouse operation this really is. Stay tuned.... "Sally the receptionist just watered the two plants in the lobby"!Its like they feel the need to post SOMETHING just to post it.
I guess everyones idea of a "good" investment varies.
This will trade to very near a penny if not a penny. It will see that long before it sees .02. I have plenty of time to buy for a flip. Why tie up funds here now and sit on it for a year in the hopes of decent return?
Safely can cut the $5M by 50%. Doing quick math shows this at a .02-.025 stock at BEST with a 10X multiplier.Long time to wait if it ever happens for a minimal return. JMO
Nothing in podcast that shows ANY substantive growth for this Co.Basically every issue discussed is either projected out further than thought or simply never existed in a manner that would account for revenue. More talk of what's coming down the road that will most likely never get here.$5M revs is a complete joke! Art should know better than to throw out numbers, never once has the Co. ever come remotely close to achieving them This is at best a flip, but after the dismal talk yesterday I don't even see it being that in the next 6-8 months.$300K for Q1 22', if it even comes true will do nothing to move it.Dead money here folks, many better plays out there.
Wasn't there mention today in the pod cast that it's at least 6 months out for re applying?
I knew that the Ag card would be dealt out sooner than later. It's the last hurrah, everything else has been milked.JMO
More bullshit, excuses, and carrot dangling to keep the masses pacified. GG will be pulling the strings and Art will be the puppet delivering the message. JMO
That's Odd!
When are Grassy Creek results expected?
All 4 of the traits you mentioned is my answer.
"He believed what he was told" Isn't the role of a CEO to sift through the bullshit and have the ability to see beyond someone blowing smoke up your ass? Once again you strengthen my argument that he has no place in a leadership role.If GG was half as business savvy as you claim this would have and could have been a .10 ticker a year ago.But it isn't.
I don't have a problem with Art. As long as Greico is there it will be his influence that keeps this from obtaining
any success. You can call that dwelling in the past but at the end of the day it's reality.
Ok.
Because .03 won't happen.
Depends if GG is the CEO of the Ices Co. If so my answer would be December
because that makes the least sense.
I'll buy anyone's when it hits a penny.
You don't need to be suffering.Just change the strategy.
Nope! Just the same 2 cups black...
More hiring?Just what a Co. needs that is barely staying afloat. More payroll...Or maybe there will just be some b ackdoor bullshit stock deal as a form of compensation. Seems to be working with all the past lenders.JMO
What's impressive about $50K in revenues for Q4?Why would it appear sales are about to explode? Are we talking about the same Company?
Dismal 4Q numbers need to be explained.
Huge red flag here.
Would appear Co. sales were non existent.
Good ole Art needs to clear the air here.
Unfortunately you have listed the resume of 95% of all penny stock Co. CEO's.
There's a reason why GG is the CEO of a Co. such as PCTLtd.He couldn't make it doing anything else that rewards him as handsomely as this does.
Stop for a minute and try to picture him in a Fortune 500 Company.
For that matter, any legitimate Co.
JMO
Gary promised emphatically!
NO REVERSE SPLIT
We all know he is a man of his word.
Integrity, honesty, decicivness, all traits of a seasoned responsible CEO
You seem to be a knowledgeable, common sense type of person.
Why do you continue to think that GG is just going
mysteriously change and start making decisions that are good for shareholders.
2+ years of continual disappointment caused for the most part by the CEO should open your eyes to what’s going on here.
You appear to be a “long” waiting for the huge payoff that will make this all worthwhile.
Maybe just play the dips and peaks and forget about the “big one”
Stop and think of the funds you’ve tied up waiting for this clown to deliver.
How many more years does he have to play this game?
JMO
Pages 46-53 of the 10K paint a pretty dismal picure.
That's going to be very interesting if he doesn't.
