The company has more than one lawyer. Scott Sulliva was the one who was in the ME getting all the doc.s from there to give to the OSC. The Chicago law frim is for Drago. Thats why Markle was in Florida and Chicago lawyers were not. Why would you go to represent a company that does not exist. Its pretty simple to see what is goiung on.

Petar, Steve and Devries received their paperwork. The company paperwork was sent back to Drago lawyers by CRA of America, INC because it was sent to Nevada. The company that they need to sue never received the lawsuit paperwork. You are the ones that has it all wrong, yet none of you will make the phone calls to get the right answers. Leslie said she would love to answer your issues but none of you will ever call her...why is this? The real proof is there but you are afraid to hear it.

The high end lawyers you refer to were let go by the Sulja they did not quit. Contact Leslie for the exact reason why. Markle did not quit, he said he no longer rep. the defendents in the lawsuit because the lawsuit paperwork was directed to the wrong company which means the paperwork has to be refiled, all this is, is legal mumbo jumbo. Binzur, you are correct that there has been no council change for the plantiff. The info that was given to me by the court clerk on the phone yesterday was incorrect. I tried to regisiter yesterday with PACER but I'm still having a connection problem with their system. I called this morning and the court verified a system problem and the girl that I spoke with sent me the Doc's that I needed to see. I now have all the Doc's.

Hey man, thats the info I received from the court clerk, make the call yourself, I know what he told me and it was nowhere close to what what posted on AB. I'm just going on what I was told and by the way I would'nt consider AB a great place for credibly DD. I guess when you have that many lawsuits filed against you its a sign of success.

I just talked to a gentleman at the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA clerks office 1-305-523-5100 and asked him to pull up the doc's on case CASE NO. 07-60072-CIV-COOKE/BROWN. He said the last Doc. entered was May 1 ,2007 that the defendant (Drago) had a request for a change of leed counsel because Drago's lawyers want to be released from the case. This was his exact words. He could not find anywhere where it states that the defendants have not be in contact with
Mr. Markle. Anyone can call and verify this info.

They (Sulja) want the proceedings to take place in Nevada or Detroit, good enough DD for you. This will be verified in the near future then everyone here will know who is full of BS and it isn't me.

UPDATE FROM LESLIE, She spoke to Sandy at Coco homes and verified that you called and asked if they purchased lumber from Sulja and she told you yes. Great DD.... Sandy also said that you told her that Coco should not do business with Sulja. She also said that the girl( bowlingo..aka little angle) that called said she was related to Al Finelli of Mastercreaft Homes in Windsor. Sandy at Coco said that they will not tolerate these type of calls. She said that they were laughing at you when you got off the phone and Leslie knows exactley who you are.

It sounded like the delay was due to things that came up during the consumer test. The JV wanted certain things taken care of. This info I was told came from Denny who handles PR for PLYCF. Hopefully we are getting close. GLTA
