Well gee, think about that for just a sec, and see how pointless that statement is (no offense)---if someone is going to go after a company,(or person) it would only be due to the reasons you stated in A or B, correct? Burden of proof is a given. Bottom line is it is either a scam or not, and they either lied or they didn't. Not a little or a lot, but whether or not they did, or didn't. Correct? If they did then those forward looking statements do not protect them, as I previously stated. Deals such as the 350M cement deal occasionally do fall thru, sure, and that was retracted as such, no biggie-- but if it is found that MANY or even ALL of the other PR's were cheese too, well then that is a whole nuther ball game, isn't it? :-o
I think HOG is on the right track by wanting to confirm each and every one while up there. I'll bet that will bring much squirming, lol JMO
Forward looking statements are pretty much just a bunch of smoke, they rank in the same category as signing a liability insurance waiver--- they only scare away those who don't know any better--- bottom line tho is that if someone "wants you" and has a good case, you lose regardless. A company is always libel for anything they say publically, especially when released "with intent" via press release. JMHO GLTA
No, certainly not. em
Post of the day. This whole thing smells really, really bad now IMO. Smells like a waste transfer station.
First, if they give Airys and HOG insider info, then it MUST all be put out publically also for all to see, otherwise it is illegal. Plus the lawyers would be ripping mad...DUH.
Second, if they go against the lawyers, then they are essentially spitting into the wind, bucking the tide against those who are trying to help them. Doesn't make sense at all--dumbazzes.
Third, others are correct, simply fire the lawyers if you cannot work with them, and hire some with who you can. If they are also the "trustees", then tell the trustees to go pound sand too---there are ALOT of pissed people who are going to seek justice VERY soon if this doesn't get straightened out QUICKLY. Trustees can make money, but the shareholders MUST be allowed to make some also. Doesn't matter how much stolen money you have tucked away, it doesn't do one much good if not around to enjoy it for many years--if at all.
Personally I think they are playing everyone (again?) with this AirHOG thing too. No reputable company would do that, think about it. They would hire a reputable IR firm that offered a confidentiality clause in the contract, that way they could control them. Of course, it WOULD be a contracted company too, not the two or three amigos from a messageboard, LOL--(no offense to them, they are doing a good job but are getting setup, IMO) Please, WAKE UP. This whole thing is so bush league it wreaks. Airys and HOG are going to get porked on this one by being the middlemen too IMO, which will once again take focus off of the true conmen---another smoke and mirrors diversionary tactic....
I am continuing on with my investigations, and when and if the time comes to serve or arrest people, those involved will certainly be the first to know. I would suggest to all that have lost big to hire counsel immediately, either individual or Class action group, and go that route if you want to see this bunch of wannabee conmen clowns get their due, which may help stop this nonsense thruout the markets in the future. If you simply want to get some money back, wait for the next run up---it will come IF the ongoing investigations don't catch up to them first, or the SEC doesn't shut them down.(another large possibility)Just don't be greedy or you will be no better off than you are now. I'm in the same boat and still holding to get back into "palatable numbers", but like everyone else, I'm pizzed too that I've been had.
If you don't want to go either of those routes and prefer swifter justice, hire snips-- I heard he works cheap, lol. (JK) JMHO GLTA
Nice! That would be one heckova start. Thanks!
Nah, too slow. lol.
Good post.
Gee, did that surprise you? lol.
Don't worry, lots of people are now fed up and the wheels are starting to turn in many areas behind the scenes. I have a few tricks up my sleeve too and hopefully we can soon get to the bottom of this. JMO GLTA
Thanks Rook, I will do just that in the morning-- haven't been down that road yet.
Sulja yards are open today. And, why can't we contact the attorneys? Why are they such a well kept secret? We only received half-azzed info there too---everything is half-azzed....very non-professional. Where are the attorney contact numbers? Did anyone even DEFINITELY find out who the attorneys are yet? Markle, merkle, mingo, diddledork, dingbat, and dumbf88k? Ernest F. Duh? Who? I don't want to speak with Petey who lies to my face while his hand is tugging at my wallet, I don't want to speak with Steve his accomplice either, or Dave or Leslie who are hired to say whatever Petar and Steve tell them to say or lose their jobs. I want to speak with those who can give me STRAIGHT answers (with PROOF to back them up at the same time) with regards to what this company is worth and what I can expect in the future with regards to it's worth to we the shareholders. We are going about this all wrong IMO.
I'll bring the party favors.
Thing is, everything doesn't just stop because a relative of someone in the company passes away. And, CEO's or BOD members freely sign up for receiving important phone calls no matter what is going on, when they accept the job---funerals, weddings, family outings and vacations, or in the middle of banging wives or girlfriends or mistresses, that is what they sign up for, even tho it is admittedly a very tough job. It is their job to answer tough questions when running a public company at all times, and to OFFER verifiable proof of those answers, not make shareholders go dig for it time and time again. Anything less is unprofessional at least, or total BS at worst.
JMHO GLTA
I would expect nothing less! I would too...
That means it's workable, IMO. Nice.
Thanks, and you as well.
Always a possibility, yes. Sometimes ya gotta have big nads to play this game, it ain't always rosy---ya win some, and lose some, but it's the thrill of the game itself that brings many to this table.
For some, it's simply better to invest in annuities if you want guaranteed profits. JMHO GLTA
Thanks snips, good ol fashioned DD even, imagine that!
It ain't over till the fat lady sings. Or my bank acount is full, lol
Fish--Sorry to hear you couldn't stand the heat and dropped some weight. Takes some seriously big balls (or seriously tapped brain, lol) to hold here, but...what the heck. Good luck on your new play.
Have a great holiday, and safe travel. 12ring
Thanks, just telling it as I see it..JMO.
Yep, agree. If they are stupid enough to think that they will walk scot free if they are scamming, then they are dumber than I thought. I think they may have tried at first, but figured out it is not the way to do it and they probably like their freedom too much to continue.
They've had many chances to walk away too, and haven't.Hmmm. They are either TRYING to do things right, or they are just plain stupid. I don't think they are stupid, but that's IMO. That is why altho pizzed right along with everyone else as to how they are handling things, I still think this will certainly turn around and go back up, so I will hold. Remember you only lose if you sell for a loss...
Not stupid enough to buy any more until something solid comes out, but I'll hold 'em all till the end. I'll either win, or lose and pay more for the litigation. Too early to tell yet, but the clock is definitely winding down, and it's all gonna play out very soon...... JMHO GLTA
Yep. Me too.
Great post Fish, agree 100%.
I wouldn't count on "netting nothing" if it comes to legal process-- that is what the companies want you to think---that it would be pointless. It's never pointless, and I say BS to that, especially when we have valid arguements and proof to back it up, and retain a reputable firm to represent us. Either way, it would be fun watching someone else squirm for a change other than the shareholders, wouldn't it? What's another few grand anyway, if we've already lost a small fortune as it is?
If it all comes to that, I will certainly continue forward, as will others. And, the clock is ticking. JMHO GLTA
Good post. You are certainly entitled to you opinion, and the "basher" label IMO has no weight here now whatsoever, simply because that whatever "bashing" is now being done, the company has certainly brought it upon themselves regardless. So IMO, beeotch all you want....I too am upset that they have once again missed a deadline, and that I will quite possibly have to follow thru with legal proceedings and spend even more money for resolution of the matter. Oh well, is what it is--no scumbags are going to get away with screwing me tho, no matter the loss of $ or the cost of counsel, etc., it's the principle. Too many people simply give in and walk away and that is what stock crooks bank on-- if we continue to do that then the crooks will simply keep on and the stocks will always be volatile. It needs to stop somewhere, and this is as good a place as any to start IF it is indeed as it seems. That's the way I see it.
Holding long and strong, abyss or moonshot, riches or legal proceedings. JMHO GLTA
Frankie good post. We'll have to see what develops over the weekend. JMHO, GLTA
Yep, agree. But if we still haven't heard anything, it will be time to unleash the Kracken! Anyone who thinks they are going to get away with this IF it turns out to be "sour", is sorely mistaken. I still think that is part of the master plan anyway-- to get everyone to sell and walk away and forget about it. Problem for them is, too many people have been burned on pinks before and are mad about that to begin with, and I've noticed that many are simply NOT going to just walk away from this one without a fight. IMO it would be in the company's best interest to heed the warning signs, fly straight, and keep their promises, or it could certainly prove to be very costly for THEM in the long run. JMHO GLTA
Actually, look at the calendar---a week starts on Sunday, and goes until Saturday---technically. So they have until tomorrow night at 12:00--technically.
Bunch of BS either way. JMHO GLTA
Guys and gals, no-one is this stupid to miss another deadline unless it was choreographed. No-one. I gotta believe it is all a big game to piss us off and shake our shares into others' hands, IMO.
If it is true they lied again, nothing ever comes to fruition and the stock falls into the abyss, then yep, we lost a pile but certainly can (and will) press legal action.. I dunno about anyone else but I really don't have all that much to lose at this point seeing as we are all the way back down to about bottom in the PPS toilet again anyway. If this is as I expect however we may be smiling later on by holding tight. JMHO.
Either way, they'll have to pry my cold dead fingers from my shares now-- I'm riding this one all the way to the bottom, or all the way to the moon. JMHO GLTA
OT--LOL, yeah, something like that!
OT-Commercial: AIRHOG: "Making Pigs Fly since 2006".
Gotta love it!
Airys--with all due respect, you are in the exact same position as the rest of us who have been here many months that are still holding. Nothing more or less IMO.
I continue to hold both hope and shares as well. GLTUA
Agree with that HOG. They could be at much higher levels so easily here it makes the head spin----but they seemingly love to keep shooting themselves in the foot at every turn.
They simply need to back up what they say as fact, that's all. Dump all of the shady characters in this play and get with the program. Their "trustees" have to be pretty narrowminded not to see the potential of this company all opened up and running at full steam ahead, it could be a proverbial goldmine if set-up, structured, and run correctly, and they could be making some serious profits in no time with just a few ME contracts each year---that's why I continue to hold and try to overlook the repeated stumbles into the pungy pit they've made. If you are a trustee of a public company, you have to understand that your name will be revealed. I think that's as lame an excuse as I've ever heard, to be honest.
They are seemingly now scrambling a bit to gain contracts and right the ship, but we need to see proof of everything that is now being done, and quickly too before this falls into the abyss.. Once we see a few deals closed and verified, investor confidence will build again quickly and this will take off--but unfortunately, not until then. They need to put the whip on whomever is doing the AF's too, and get them done-- good, bad, or ugly, at least we'll know where we stand.
Hopefully we can all sustain the beatings until we see clearer skies. JMHO GLTA
Haha, no, not stockholm syndrome, but maybe a bit of PTSD from watching this stock and board...lol. It can only get better, so that's a definite plus!
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Huh? What? They relesed AF's? PPS is at $5 and climbing? Cooooolllll!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Snork, gakkk, huh, darn, dreaming again... sniff....another Christmas might go by without any new toys, or any money to buy them.....wish Santa Steve would remember us all here at the island of misfit investors....if only Petar V's nose would just glow red instead of grow like pinocchios, we'd be on our way...sniff...
Wow. And I don't even drink! lol (maybe I should start?)
ot--And as we all know, "ya can't fix stupid!"
Good morning--Great work gentlemen for taling the time to update, much appreciated.
Altho we have yet to see any legitimacy and documentation of PROOF come from the company, at least they explained out of alot of things. Course ol Pete is pretty good at that too, if you look at all of the PR's from the past year, hehe! We'll see I guess...
I will be in the middle of our "expo season" in January, and will not be able to attend the shareholder meeting, but will be with you in spirit and if this puppy gets off the ground look forward to a Vegas party where we can meet. I will continue to hold and hopefully see some true legitimacy soon that will give us great returns. JMHO GLTA
