Wow, PR has almost no measurable volume change.
Has the TA always been willing to provide float information before? I don't see the red flag as you call it, at least not yet. After all, we're only talking about $4,500.
Only 10Million. Could be just one investor bailing.
10 holes? they have been busy!
No, you are thinking of Lyle Lanley. The monorail salesman. Not very bright himself, but a good salesman. You're familiar with him, right?
I'm a new poster to this board here. Been watching this stock for a long time. Will see what happens Monday before getting in, but things are looking good IMO.
Predict good volume will happen opening bell Monday. I wish I had been able to fill my 8 million order at .0004, UGH! That may never happen. .0004 is history IMO. Lots of excitement building here...even without pending news we are on the move!
Bill, Yeah you were close enough. Personally, I would be just as happy with either 100,000% or 99,900% increase. How nice it is to dream.
The outstanding Shares (1,797,025,996) X 0.50 = approx $900 million Market Cap.
.7 would be 99,900% increase from our current price of .0007
.07 would be 9,900% increase from our current price.
Subtract the low price from the higher price...then divide by the lower price.
Lets use the stock price percentage increase from yesterday as an example:
Thursday’s close was .0006
Fridays close was .0007
.0007 minus .0006 = .0001
.0001 divided by .0006 = .16666 or 16.6%
There will be a test tomorrow :)
What investors should realize is the many months, if not years before product is likely to be removed from the ground and turned into cash for this company. This is a VERY long investment opportunity IMO and if one expects share value to increase significantly anytime soon, I think they will be (or have been) disappointed.
Nothing has changed for the company except we purchased equipment and have begun drilling. While the PR has great news, no value is identified by the recent PR, it was another fluff PR with no material value. We have equipment now, but how was it paid for?
Either way, we obviously need to drill lots of holes. I only hope no negative surprise in share price results from paying for and operating the equipment.
Symbol Change, Revers Split
Noticed the symbol change to TWCI beginning tomorrow. and 1-2605 R/S. See Link Below

Better trading today! Friday and Monday trading may improve as we approach the anticipated news of mining permits.
Faz,
I unsuccessfully searched for information on that 310 limit by the Feds. What I found interesting was the wording of "Guideline" and did not refer to this as law in the PR... fwiw.
Good Luck

Because of the volume, I find charts are almost worthless when a 5 cent trade will toggle the tick mark. I don't know if we'll be trading .0003 soon, but I was worried to see the ratio of bid to ask volume today was 21:1.
The share price dropping as projected by the chart appears to be reliable so far and IMO, we'll see more .0004 trades tomorrow. The volume and painting with a nickel displays the LOW liquidity of this stock.
faz, Yes the release of the report will be great...provided good news is inside. My thought is that drilling will continue and samples tested until good results are detected... then a report will be performed. I just don't have a clue how long that will take. I don't know if anyone does.

This is my perception of share price.
Shareholders are expecting the company to be pulling ore from the ground within days of receiving permits and become disenchanted. They eventually sell and purchase another stock that is showing activity NOW. The truth is, we are many months away from pulling ore from the ground IMO. If buyers understanding this, they are likely to hold onto their shares. There are too many Pump posts and not enough "reality check" posts letting people know the time line that is likely before company execution may be reached. The responsibility of providing balanced information is often "missing" on this board.
The price of this stock will stay low as long as company PRs use phrases like "letter of Intent", "...will allow the companies to begin the process...", "We have begun pursuing...". These are fluff PRs because nothing has actually happened. As shareholders, we welcome any news, however the bottom line in the eyes of potential investors, nothing has really happened. The same can be said about the permits. We all welcome the news of the permits being delivered, however the truth is the ore is still very deep in the ground for potential investors to get excited about the permits. They don't care about permits, "show me the money" is what they want. That's why we saw little share movement when news of the permits were released. What makes a stock run is real and verifiable execution of a plan. When we see audited Financial Statements showing actual income, then we will know company progress is real.
It's my opinion the company has been doing a great job. They have fumbled a couple times with dates given in PRs. I can accept a limited number of these. Progress will seem slow as the hundreds of required steps are completed to reach the goal of cash flow.
L2 screen shot please :)
My order (no restrictions) for 8 million has been sitting for over a week. No nibbles yet. I feel I'm at the end of the buying line. Wish they had a "10 item or less" express checkout line.
Makes, I was responding to your original post and the example you originally provided. If the original post and example did not define your point, I can do nothing about that. Later put words in my mouth and change your example in later posts so that you can be "right". You win Makes, What was I thinking?
Are you talking about stocks?? :) Either way, Good luck !
Actually Makes, the math is simple. all those .005 transactions were on the "BID" side of the spread today. We like to call that "selling pressure" and keeps share price down. If more transactions occur on the "ASK", then we would call that "buying Pressure".
Here is a book I can recommend to newbies. It's called "The Market Maker's Edge" by Josh Lukeman. It talks about some of the myths spread about Market Makers.
I hope that helps

I guess our potential shareholders must be slow readers, or maybe my Time & Sales window is broken.
Is this the same Cache claim that RSDS posted on Pinksheets July 25th?
July 25th posting of Short Interest has dropped.
Pinksheets.com website shows Short Interest at lowest level since December 06.

Makes, As I recall, there is no purchase required here to make a valid post on this board. I really don't care if a poster has shares or not. It's the content of the post that is important. I also know the quality of a post does not improve with the number of shares one holds.
Lets use your analogy about someone living in your home. This time however it's someone actually paying rent (the shareholder), but the home owner doesn't keep up the property, Doesn't respond to the tenants requests for repairs, and gives an unlikely date when he will start digging up the broken water main but doesn't start as stated, then delays the date. Now the landlord has gone silent with no communication.
"....Then [the non-shareholding poster] take it a step farther, and make statements to the effect that maybe the family who resides in it should move out..."
That is exactly what is happening with share price, IMO. People are moving out. Some may agree with their statement to, in effect, move out if they are not satisfied.
Now, lets say a third party observer suggests the renter move out. Is the third party observer wrong because he does not live with the homeowner? I see no problem with people bringing their appropriate comments to the board.
Appropriate does not always equate to "positive" post.
Good Post. I Always appreciate your thoughts here. Helps balance out the kool-aid posts that somehow never get deleted.
IR sucks big time. Most, I think, will agree with you 100%. Shareholders don't require a PR for each activity, just major milestones achieved and new events would be ok. What is certainly lacking is clarification of the PRs that have been released, such as the acquisition of AUMN. The only thing I know about AUMN, is that it had ZERO volume today, and it has a average volume of 58 shares. I would simply like expanded information from RSDS on what has already been announced by the company.
I have read posts suggesting that once RSDS has permit in hand, that massive extraction of uranium rich ore will begin immediately and begin lining our pockets with riches beyond the imagination (ok, that last part was a dream I had). I claim zero knowledge of mining, however, being a human with average reasoning power, below are my thoughts and questions. I know this board embraces discussion. I welcome others to poke holes and challenge my post…and add any valuable steps I may have missed.
I would expect drilling (plural) needs to be done at each claim. I find it unreasonable to expect each claim to be uranium rich. A big unknown to me is the cost of, and quantity of times drilling will occur at each claim, and how will it be financed? I assume this step will be repeated until a claim is determined to be low risk for production purposes.
How will claim value be determined? I’m wondering if a NI43-101 is valuable at each claim, or would it only be used at a claim once value was already determined by less costly methods? It was previously stated in a PR that NI43-101 report should be done by end of the year. I just don’t know if it’s necessary at each claim until a claim is selected for production mining.
Are the claims accessible to equipment moving in and out? Do roads need improvements? I haven’t read any applications. Normally, any improvement of this kind would be disclosed during permitting process. It’s seems reasonable that some road improvements and preparation may be needed before moving trucks in and out from the claim area.
Someone has to pull the ore from the ground. Equipment is expensive. If RSDS does not have the equipment or manpower, this work can be outsourced. Perhaps a percentage profit share can be negotiated with a contractor to mine the ore. This method could leverage incentive by the contractor to perform well, and allow RSDS to skip purchasing expensive equipment for now. I haven’t read any plans RSDS has for this step and welcome information that may already have been released.
RSDS needs money, LOTS and LOTS of money. Speculating on how RSDS will get operating cash probably would not be of much value. Most people who have traded pennies for any time already know where start-up companies go for money, right? The end of the year will be coming before we know it. I’m expecting a very long time before we are trucking ore. In my opinion, I don’t see this happening before the end of 2008, even if we had the cash today.
What I also want understood, is that mining can be for more than one purpose. Mining can be drilling for exploratory reasons, or it can be a to remove massive amounts of ore. Never is massive extraction done before exploring and the time between to two can be a very long time.
Those are my partial fills at 8k. I had the same thing happen yesterday and I was wondering the same thing....what is so special about the number 8K? Maybe its a MM good luck number :)
Must not be many on the BID today.
Were not ready for mining. The mines still need to be assayed. That should be finished by the end of the year. Then plans can begin once it's known which mines have value. IMO.
I hope so. I did OK with that last pop. Filling at .0005 is slow, but should improve in the near future IMO. I'd like to get one more run at this baby before Rick writes himself another paycheck.
skiytreem: Positive CMF is always welcome. As with many indicators, they become less reliable when we see little trading volume ... and painting we've experienced at the end of the trading day does influence the reliability of CMF. I don't rely on any one indicator. I like CMF as a slow indicator for chart behavior influence over many days. Aroon and ADX are other favorites. In short, I use several indicators to validate what one indicator may be projecting.
As I mentioned in earlier post,
"It's a personal choice based on individual risk threshold".
I use a 12.5% loss threshold. When I enter a position, I take the total amount of shares I want to enter into a position, and divide that number by 4. I make my first entry with 1/4th of my total based on stock performance. If things go well, I will continue to add another 1/4 until I have reached my predetermined position share count. The performance that determines how and when I add these 1/4 steps, insures I will not lose more than 12.5% of my investment. I exit a position the same way... 1/4 at a time depending on share performance. My target is 20-25% profit. I always exit upon a predetermined gain....just like I always exit at a predetermined loss. This is a trick I picked up long ago...and has worked very well. Remember the phrase, "Pigs get slaughtered". I can thank Lowtrade for providing me with the 1/4 trade technique. This is a swing trade technique (less than 2-3 weeks in a position). IMO, pink sheets is not the place to have long positions.
How long do you wait?
"I disagree, low volume is the worst time to sell, best time to sell is during MOMO"
The best time to sell is at a profit. But that's not happening now, is it? Plus we haven't had "MOMO" since MAYO. In absence of a crystal ball, when will this MOMO happen? You don't know, do you? What is your loss threshold....when there hasn't been volume in months while the share price keeps falling?
It's a personal choice based on individual risk threshold.... hopefully planned and decided long before you purchased and not based on if/when MOMO might come. It's all about capital preservation IMO.
Probably a good idea. Many have lost more than 50% of their investment here. I've seen it many times when people don't know when to cut the line.
At this point, I'd be happy with a PR announcing a new Administrative Secretary!! Or that ITR re-painted the stripes in the parking lot....Something!
The only company web page change I noticed...was the removal of the job posting for Administrative Secretary. There may be other changes, but I didn't see it.
I'm still reading the posts here. I pulled my shares off the table as long as price was dropping. I still see good potential and like what the company is doing (slowly). When the chart looks better, I may get in again. I still visit the company website for news, and take time to check out the pictures in spockster's signature box :)
Who will buy the $20 .0007 trade today? EOM
