Nice find Preston. It makes me more sceptical of Scorzelli stating that Kidde won't help them settle with Tiax. Let's see what happens but if he puts the cost of settlement on us through a special share offering or whatever..I think that stinks.

It may be dated info but it is certainly still relevent in connecting All-clear with the US army. Now, if someone had the inside track on when this litigation with TIAX was going to wrap up then that would be some valuable info.

We have seen this link before. It almost coincides with EPA approval of All-clear and the subsequent law suit from Tiax (which I believe that there is a hearing for this week 2/14/2008 at Middlesex court. docket# 07-589)

Thank you for your inquiry. DEFENZ is the decontamination enzyme product inside the All-Clear product. As far as I know, Kidde Fire has not progressed with this product. However, DEFENZ will work without a foam formulation depending upon your end use.

It seems the Army has its own formaulation of a dry Decon product using defenz but All-clear appears to superior in its practicality.

When we get news on the outcome of this law suit I will try to follow up with Cindy. Hopefully it's soon.

Preston, it has been my experience that NITe shows up when a stock is about to show some volume and they are never on the wrong side.

You're right Q. The whole thing just stinks of sandbagging. They have a great product with a big market and they want to tell us can't get financing? They want to put their screw ups on shareholders by dilluting to clean-up the legal mess they made. What balls on these guys!

J, I think that there are SEC rules governing cash infusions from private parties. Technically, it's a public company and Robinson is the majority shareholder. I think he would have to buy up $100K in shares in order to get cash in the hands of the company. In doing so the share price would rise rapidly and with flippers and shorts it's probably cost prohibitive. Some one else may be able to verify this opinion.

Nice work Preston. I'm still sceptical of anything Scorzelli says but let's put that aside for now. I appreciate your efforts. Doesn't it seem strange that Kidde would invest so much time and effort in R&D, formulation and marketing of All-Clear to not want go the last 9 yards and help it's weak sister,Usga, wrap up this lawsuit and get to the point where they can recoup their investment? I know that it's difficult to judge the relationship between Usga and Kidde. I have a feeling that it's strained at best, but business is business.

I think by going private they will want to focus more on their core business and there will be a greater sense of urgency in locking up the All-Clear licensing rights. Under the UTC unbrella I don't think there was that urgency. IMO

We also have to keep in mind that although the move coincides with the Tiax trial, the news could be unrelated. It could be nano-filters or even DOD related.

Q and J. No update at the court yet but this price action smells like a settlement. I tried to buy a little @ .005 and they partial filled me 5000 shares and kicked the ask up to .0065. Not much supply I suppose.

I checked with the court this morning. Still no decision from the judge. I assume the case is complicated based on my conversation last year with PS. He said that the judge had to remind both sides that he was not a chemist. Also, when both sides waived the jury trial the judge instucted them that they had only that one session on 1/28 to make their case, even if all the evidence was not available at that time. I guess they agreed.

I disagree DOS. When a company's credibility is on the line, I can't imagine there would be no sense of urgency. You could argue that AURC does not see it that way but at a minimum, Slava is aware of this sentiment. There is more to these delays,imo. I just have no idea what they could be.
