More worthless clutter.
Looks like ST James is making some worhtless "clutter" on
IHUB today.
Miller - you are not what you pretend
to be and everyone knows it.
Management laughs at you.
And they should - you cant
raise 79 cents for a lollipop
and you are a menace to this
company.
You are the only person that has no identity.
That is where this all started with your famous
I wanted to help bs. Start over Jim
No
I am happy with my investment.
Why should I
Nothing.
It will
about a nickel. Cant you read.
Miller - you are not what you say you are.
Miller - I must have hit a true nerve. You are a
hidden confidential penny stock loser.
Gator - you are not required to stay invested in this stock.
However, the market is closed until Tuesday.
Miller - The real issue is - you are all "confidential"
no website, no proof, no history, no verifiable
track record - deleted from RB no recourse.
You cant raise .79 cents for a lollipop
Joe Siebert and I met and talked. He resigned
and moved on.
You need to simply accept the fact that you
are a penny stock investor with no desire to
verify any creditability as to your posts as
you have none.
Goodby Jim
Miller - as usual - all your information if you had any is
is CONFIDENTIA:L - Notice to all posters on
IHUB this red flags Jim as a non creditable.
Of course, 90% knows that already.
Post your valid information about the fininacing
and other boasts or simply move on.
Miller - Joe Siebert - I met and he - as you- are lost
in yesterday of CVIA. He is out and resigned
as well he should have. All the others are gone.
Only you remain and everything about you is
confidential - as well as it should be - It does
not amount to NOTHING.
You can take your confidential
garbage and file it in X and CVIA does not
need you and management has verified that.
Again I say - In business you cant raise .79
for a lollipop.
You can speak of how and what you have done or
what you can do. Yet, no proof ever shows up
except your printed word which is worthless.
Give websites, case histories, etc. no you have not.
You may have some posters fooled or duped, but
I am not one them.
Miller - Since you were nice to me, then
I will be nice to you by saying
this. I do not think you could
raise 79 cents for a lollipop
muchless raise business money.
If you could you would be elsewhere
and not here.
The thing that really impresses me is
that they had and exercised the right
to decline Millers offer. Thats some
thing the KAA could not refuse. But,
it got the company exactly nothing
when KAA bit.
Tomodachi - At what time in your life did you decide to
invest in a penny stock and make a windfall
fortune? And when you did how did you
decide that KAA and CVIA was the right
choice? Just wondering.
Is that all you have to do Gator? - You ever heard of a real job.
Is that all you got to do man? - Ever heard of a real job.
Do you want me to say it again?
You seem to like it here in the mist of this
company.
Campe - they merely bought a dying shell of which
you, me, and many others had shares.
We have all stayed for the duration, which
of course, was each persons option.
Jack - with all your wealth and happiness, its strange
to see you complain about your CVIA shares.
An SEC investigaiton - Aw come on Jack do
you think management is that stupid.
Again - who in this company and in this
management promised you a pot of gold.
You sound like a man with financial problems
other than this stock.
Are you accusing this management of
cheating you?
This management knows where they stand IMO.
They know they have support with the investors
who account for the majority of the stock.
Jack - one can only blame himself or herself
their investment decisions.
When did this management promise you
a profit on your shares? How much of
a profit did they promise you?
Just wondering.
Yes willy I have -
St James is not a success story.
Gator - Just thought you would like to know that it was
was not possible to get everything completed
in January for double digits. But it is still coming
and soon IMO. Of course, no matter how long
it takes you and I will still be here right.
Yep you see how conveniently he ignored Jacks post
about an e-mail address. I dont know if he is even a
US citizen. I wonder what country to which he has
ties. One thing for sure he keeps it well concealed.
Yep filings listed the income for him - but other than
that all was a mystery and still is and now he wants
the SEC involved. A move he probably could not
stand IMO.
You fail to realize that all your posts and history
was deleted from RB. Good try. Nothing
IMO was ever explained.
Willy - If he got his shares from posting on
RB, now that he cant maybe his shares
should be cancelled. LMAO
I have checked the law I am perfectly legal.
You need to know what is going on before you open
your mouth. Otherwise you only speculate and make
assumptions which is normal for you.
How you obtained your shares is no mystery.
There seems to be no clear information as to what
you performed to get them. Thats the brow raiser.
Of course, you and KAA have the clear information.
Cheers
James - While you are reporting to the SEC
maybe you should explain to them
how you got your shares, that would
be a real brow raiser.
I will second your motion Rocky.
I think management should cancel the preferred shares as they were a
bogus deal by a bogus management. I guess they
are already gone as they were not issued to common
on Sep 1, 2003.
Gator - When I get ready to sell I will let you know. I do not have any
shares for sale at this price. I am waiting. Thank you.
You cant hire me and you cant afford me.
NEVER. IMO
