Could someone answer this for me. If the deal goes through and the price does go to $15 how are we guaranteed that amount? It is not a stock buyback, so we would have to sell our shares on the open market. Who's going to buy them back? I believe that 99.9% of the shareholders are not long so with that being said, wouldnt the massive selloff cause the pps to drop down to $1 if everyone tries to sell all at once.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

I'm holding till the outcome, but what you say is true. Even if the the stock does open at $15 if theres no buyers it will drop back down. I sure 99.9% of the people holding this stock are not long term, so we will see a massive selloff if the conversion happens and we will be back at $1. This is just my opinion but I hope I'm proven wrong.

What about PPS? Isnt anybody worried about this breaking the .16 support level. Its at its lowest in over three months and theres no news expected in the near weeks. Is this going to go below .10 again? I know theres low volume, but still this is a bit scary.

Well on a brighter note maybe corvetteman's findings will light a fire under Parkin's A** and he'll actually start paying attention to investors and actually keeping them in the loop. After the NDOL fiasco I would have thought just to make ammends and to bring confidence back in investors he would be more clear as to what direction the company is going.

In one week how do we go from merger/buyout rumors and PRs coming out to 'I can't trust the company' or 'its time to sell'.

Why all the buyout/merger talk? Did Parkin ever hint that this was in the near future?

What was the significance of this week that some posters were expecting a PR?

The idea of bashing this stock to get a lower entry price is simply ridiculous, this stock is sinking just fine on its own.

I wanted to believe this thing was true but I just couldnt take it anymore another valuable lesson learned in pennnyland.

The first hint I should have taken was when the longs were in total disbelief of the PR and were already planning their exits on the Monday following the PR.

After the price plummeted from its Monday high I began to think maybe they were on to something.

Later that day I called Lyamec. On their website they list offices throughout the world. I called the Houston, Washington and Toronto offices and a peculiar thing happened, each number I called the same lady answered. WTF!!! This seemed really shady to say the least to perpetrate a large multinational but really have only one office. She said the person I needed to speak to was not in.

I then called and emailed the Lyamec I.R. guy and I still never recieved a call or email back.

This is too much of a shady gamble that I learned a valuable lesson from, just like the saying goes'If it sounds to good to be true it problably is.

I didnt expect this stock to shoot to $2.00 in a day but why are investors so leary of this PR. If it were any other company people would be jumping for joy. Is there something I'm missing?

Why would this supposed PR today have a major impact on the pps if the one yesterday caused it to tank. I'm not bashing, I'm just really confused. I really thought yesterdays PR was great news but the market didnt seem to respond positively. I really want to hold this stock but it appears that to many people know that it can be easily flipped so the pps doesnt hold for long.

If any sane person (NO PUMPERS/BASHERS) could answer this it would be greatly appreciated

I know everybodies upset about the recent decline in pps (myself included), but I find it hard to believe this is the end for this company. What ever happened with the financials or the potential otc listing isnt this still an important factor to look forward to.

I'm a newbie in this stock but its just very discouraging these past two weeks. Any insight as to what we should be looking forward to short term?
