Read the dd, there's plenty there.
It does get old reading his same empty scare tactics, but some people still fall for it.
Sure, no problem.
"Back to 0.085 in no time". Hmm, 8 1/2 cents, eh...
The Authorized Shares should be 250M according to the filings. Also, I would assume the 130M shares David Lazar issued/sold to "Chan Ku EE" is meant to be a control block, which is typical for Lazar plays. This would be a controlling interest with an A/S of 250M, however it would not be with an A/S of 500M.
The relevant link and my breakdown are below and I have referenced the pdf page numbers also: https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/56039/content
January 1991 - Original Articles of Incorporation when company was called "Industries International, Incorporated" (pages 3-22) - Authorized Shares 20M (page 9)
April 2003 - Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation when company was called "Industries International, Incorporated" (pages 23-27) - Authorized Shares 500M (page 23)
June 2003 - 1 for 4 Split with corresponding reduction in authorized shares when company was called "Industries International, Incorporated" (pages 28-30) - Authorized Shares 125M (page 28)
April 2007 - Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation under current name "SIPP International Industries, Inc." (pages 31-32) - Authorized Shares 250M (page 31)
This is another possibility. When I have some time this weekend I'll see if I can find a link to Chan Ku EE.

Since unit A6, 22/F was recently sold in July 2019, this is either the company who sold that unit or bought that unit. Trying to link Angel Wong to Chan Ku Ee would be the next step. If there's no link, then this is likely the prior occupant and meaningless info.

Lol, I will take my chances and go down with the ship.
They are mainly a B2B company, so they have no intention of trying to advertise/sell products to end users. They are "composed of Taiwanese industry and academia" and those "industry" individuals have been around the block. Their networking is in place and they are doing business old school.
The products they produce under the iMeier brand are along the lines of B2C, and they have an informational website, http://www.imeier.tw/en/index.html, but they wholesale those products, so that business is also technically B2B.
It's from a chat app called "LINE" the company uses to put out communication. The message from 10/25 is the one MP7773 translated. Here is the screenshot: https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2019/10/20/ileyfScreenshot_20191020-183103_LINE.jpg
The Qualcomm conversation grew out of this post: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151703557. As I stated before, a potential supplier or collaboration relationship is what would make sense to me.
It's also clear to me that some on this board either don't read the dd or don't understand the dd. I cannot do either of those for them.
Edit: 2nd to last paragraph should read
Read the info in this post, https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151252447
The scope of the business for Dazheng Longding Technology Co., Ltd. is cut off in the above post, but it is as follows:
I'm in both. We don't have an RM here yet, but I would gladly take what's coming to the other one for this one, as well.
Ok, thanks. I figured you would be able to clear up any confusion.
Great, thanks for your insight on this.
Thanks. I guess that gives some reassurance that the handoff was finalized before the end of the quarter.
That would certainly be interesting. What they mean by "listing" wasn't clear to me. Since they referred to the project on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange as a "listing", I wasn't sure if they were referring to progress related to "listings" for projects such as that.
It's a google translation of text, so not completely clear, but here is my interpretation of it.
IMO "progress report on 5G projects" is exactly as it reads, being an update on current 5G projects.
I think "listing progress report" refers to an update regarding proposed/solicited 5G projects. The "home and abroad" part leads me to believe it's all project related.
I think this might be a regular monthly meeting, with the prior one being 09/29 that MP7773 had brought up, so might not have any special timing.
From the company's LINE chat account about 10 minutes ago:
10/25 Friday, 3 pm to 5:30 pm Dongke R&D Office Technology Forum: Future 5G life and company progress report on 5G projects and listing progress report at home and abroad Dinner at 6 o'clock in the evening Good restaurant The partner who participated for the first time, please contact the company at work time 0287850039
This could certainly trade in dollars, not disputing that, just pointing out that it was simply a calculation based on the company's revenue goal, not a prediction as it was misrepresented to be.
Yeah, most of these RM companies have little to no history and run on potential and/or hype, so agreed TRDX is not the norm, and IMO we got extremely lucky in that sense. Also, the current private shareholders will most likely be represented by the assumed control block.
Floridany didn't predict a share price of $8, they simply provided a calculation based on projected revenue from the company. See the end of this post: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151430740
I'm sitting at 30.2 after pickups in the 5s for potential permanent holding. Shares are only going to get harder to come by as info spreads.
I say this in my head all the time.
The address alternatively reads like this:
Unit A6, 22/F, TML Tower, 3 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong
Also from this page, https://www.oneday.com.hk/en_US/buildings/tml-tower/, you can see Unit A6 of the 22nd floor sold on July 16, 2019 for 38.60M Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), which converts to about $5M USD. Screenshot - https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2019/10/17/[ombfTML_tower.JPG
Executives are probably not monitoring that email, it's probably someone like an assistant/secretary. Those emails probably also stick out like a sore thumb compared to their normal email correspondence. They are probably writing it off as spam, just as I do with the many foreign spam emails I get telling me I've inherited a large sum of money from a long lost relative.

And his resume I had posted a while back:

Thanks for providing dd like this. I really appreciate it, because it's much more difficult to find info like this trying to use something like google translate.
I've been wondering what this list from http://www.wisinfo.com.tw/ refers to in relation to their 5G involvement. Any opinions on what "The performance of the team of the general manager of the country for the 5G optical communication" means? Are these prospective companies they are targeting to work with or are these companies they are already working with? Or something else?

Within the supposed control block that was assumed to be transferred would be my guess.
The parent company and it's subs apparently are, and have been, operating in "business as usual" mode for quite some time. They are "running" the company(ies), which just now also includes handling the RM. As with any of their other business dealings involving legal matters, they would move forward when legally prepared to do so.
Yeah, there is no way to value this company at this point with so many moving parts and so many unknowns, but there's a lot of info pointing to the potential for decent past/current/future revenues. I would like to think this would be undervalued at multi pennies, since they don't appear to be dealing with kindergarten cash.
Potentially a collaboration and/or supplier relationship with Qualcomm just within Taiwan alone is a real possibility.
Many articles are available with this info, just picked the PR from their site.
https://www.qualcomm.com/news/releases/2018/08/09/qualcomm-and-taiwan-fair-trade-commission-reach-settlement
"In addition, Qualcomm will drive certain commercial initiatives in Taiwan over the next five years for the benefit of the mobile and semiconductor ecosystem, SMEs and consumers, including 5G collaborations, new market expansion, start-up and university collaborations and the development of a Taiwanese center for operations and manufacturing engineering. Qualcomm will work with the TFTC and sister agencies within the Taiwanese government to implement these initiatives and investments."
Project proposal the company listed on the Shanghai Intellectual Property Exchange on Nov 12, 2018. The currency values in this listing are in Chinese Yuan (RMB).

Lol at "garbage", the parent/sub-cos have been around for 2-3 decades.
The owners of that grocery business might ALSO be shareholders of Dazheng.
Ugh, mobile sucks trying to do anything related to this, especially with translations. If you're looking to do dd on the merging parent/sub-cos, I listed them below. These are at least the main ones for the most part. They are established, but since they are private it's going to be hard to find a whole lot. I'm pretty satisfied with the dd we have. I'm not saying quit doing dd, I'm just saying don't drive yourself crazy. The company gave us a lot of info we didn't have to do much digging for and they flat out specify their plans/projects/products.

I told you the liquid shares are in the 5s/6s. I'm trying to be honest here. This short-term movement is irrelevant to me. If you get shares in the 4s or even the 3s, congrats to you.
It's not the same company. You are proving my point on people not reading the dd that has been here for 3 weeks.
It's a different company/products.
These are sites with some of the products from the sub-companies.
