I can not find any historical reference. I have scanned the SEC archives and I didn't see anything. This is so rare that I believe their might not be any thing to base it on. Look by the EOD and escecially at the end of Friday this wont matter however I would like to explain. I was bored last night and posted to 10 boards or so. I did it out of boredom if anything. As far as I know they are not able to cover the shares sold under the old cusip# untill SEC enforces action. When SEC enforces action they will have to buy back all those shares at market price in one day's trading and then cancell them immediately. Do not quote me on this. However it is what I understand to be true.

No I do not think so. They put out that pr because people where calling them day and night bothering them all the time. They put out a pr so people would leave them alone. I think that maybe some fickle weak hands sold, but that was for only 200,000 or less if that. No it was not what people were expecting, so it gave the mm an excuse to try and walk the price down! The main thing is it allowed people to know that the NOBO pr will be coming out Friday! I have told the truth. Every thing I post is true and has merit. I KNOW PERSONALLY ENOUGH PEOPLE WHO ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY WILL NOT SELL A SINGLE SHARE UNTILL WAY OVER A DOLLAR INCLUDING MYSELF. The folks that I know have more than 20m(and that is a very conservative figure) of the float. That leaves only 16m for IHUB and elsewhere and I know that IHUB has more than that!

I know of a guy who bought millions of shares at .007. He has already made over half a million and will not sell a single share for under a dollar. Of course he has been trading for over 12 years and has the experience to know when there is opportunity!!!

NOBO pr will be out friday. Will show that 10's of millions of shares have been sold under old cusip# and will have to be recalled at market price in one day's trading enforced by the SEC. This will be above .50 before then IMO and toward a dollar when the public finally knows just how many millions of shares are shorted. Nathan1
