I don't have PM Tuslog....I am not sure about it. There are bigger plans down the road but I haven't heard anything yet about it. AK
NO he is not....Someone posted an old PR. There were talks of him doing one more but nothing has come of it yet...AK
Too bad you sold your shares...Thanks for your contribution to the board...AK
I have no reason to doubt anything Chris has said. One of the reasons the company is afraid to release names is because of 'investors' harassing the distributors, stores, etc. Things are in motion. They just got the certificate so it takes time to make the product, send it to all the pre-order customers, and then get the money to start production for all the other orders. Pointing fingers does nothing....AK
It is our competition so not OT....AK
Chris, why are you wasting your time on these posts? You and I know what is going on with the company and the future looks bright. If PPS don't go high, RSHN can buy back shares cheap with all the dough they will make. If the PPS go high, they we don't have to worry about it. Either way, relax and enjoy the peaceful night shift. AK
Chris, We don't own 51% of Rush stuff. We get 2/3 of profit from it. AK
Please tell us something new.
From the board info: " RushNet, Inc. is the sole brand owner of e-water™ and the sole owner of recently purchased Garden Beverages. 2006 Sales revenue for Garden Beverages were well in excess of $5 million. RushNet recently developed and owns 51% of the Organic Apple RUSH™ line. Apple Rush products are 100% USDA Organic. RushNet also acts as licensed marketing agent for Rush Beverage Company whose products list include all-natural soft drinks such as Ginseng Rush®, Ginseng Rush XXX™, and Rush Ginseng Cola™ "
AK
Please provide this 'info' from the poster...If not, thanks for visiting us.
AK
PS: Please don't send any of the old info like bankrupcy before RSHN started, etc.....
check the rush info board. It has all the info. AK
In "two weeks", they will be...AK
I just got back from vacation this morning...The pictures are bit of a mystery. We don't know what happen to them. It seems someone just deleted the code from the Board info. I didn't do it, MadTony said he didn't do it, and Matt said he didn't do it. Matt has no way to track who did it. I am planning to put some of the pics back on but don't have the image saved so need to go back and rehost it. I am busy at work so will try to do it sometime this week....
AK
Has anyone else received the Yahoo RSHN phone alert? I got it yesterday at 6:05 pm CT stating "MN1.com sets sights on RushNet.Inc (Marketwire)"
I am out of town so haven't kept up but did a quick view of the posts but no one mentioned it....
AK
MadTony did you delete them? I don't know what the f happen to them. It seems someone erased the code....
AK
New trade shows info posted on the Board Info...AK
It doesn't matter what they release, this board is going to hammer the new company....AK
Shooter5 from KSP found RSHN products all over the place. Here is Shooter's post:

Tooflets, check the board info. See if that's accurate. AK
Thanks for the info. As of yet, I have no reason to doubt you so I won't start now....
Thanks,

You read my mind: My post on Monday- "Maybe Corr left many of the details out of the PR so we investors wouldn’t waste our Memorial Day weekend calling the company rather than honoring the people who died for us?"
AK
It doesn't matter which drink as long as long as it doesn't have HFCS. fructose/glucose is normal and required for your body to work correctly. Sugar cane is sounds great but at the end of the day, sugar cane is fructose/glucose.
AK
We don't have high fructose corn syrup in our drinks. We have fructose which is not the problem.
AK
Maybe Corr left many of the details out of the PR so we investors wouldn’t waste our Memorial Day weekend calling the company rather than honoring the people who died for us?
Relax folks, if by now you haven't sold your shares then you believe in the company. Things are rolling and you will see the results trickling soon. The key thing to remember in the PR is that we have our first steps in the Asian markets with AR. True there are no specifics but you have to start from somewhere.
AK
I didn't delete those posts. The IHub people did since someone here complained they were Off-topic and/or personal attacks. I just logged in few minutes ago.
AK
First, Gen 2 is still a mystery to me. Just because here is limited information about it, I do not automatically conclude it is a scam. I work in the financial sector and there are many secretive hedge funds that control billions of dollars. Most don’t have websites and are not listed on Yellow Pages. If you think I am full of shit, check out SAC Capital who’s CEO/Founder made over $1 billion in salary and profit last year. Here is there website which is only a login page: https://www.sac.com/SAC/SOURCE/me.get?web.home
Do I think it is a scam because that page is the only public information they give out? No I don’t.
Second, Garden is done. Please provide some original DD before you post that they are not registered with IL. If they are bought by RSHN, why do they have to operate as a separate entity?
Third, “Everybody knows that Press Releases are put out to sell stock. period.”….Are you sure about that absolute statement?
Fourth, why have you never answered this question? If RSHN is a scam, why do you waste your valuable time doing DD? There are thousands of other companies out there that can be beneficial to you financially then wasting time on RSHN? Please don’t tell me some basic answer like ‘Free board; Free world” or any other BS. I like RSHN because it is cheap stock with high payoff possibilities. I was able to buy their products from 2 different stores/chains (which were 991 miles apart).
Enjoy the weekend,
AK
BTW, my personal attacks were on your relative only. And yes, I still have the PM that he wrote saying you and him are related.
I don’t want to have a pissing contest with you. If you don’t like the PR, then it is not my problem. AK
Maybe you didn't read the PR: Best part: "Already there is serious pre-order activity for the brand in some of these countries"....AK
This was just a 'fluff' PR to keep the masses happy until they start relasing some AR info. We will probably hear something end of next week (JMO) about some AR numbers...
AK
Why the f would they sell 5's :(...AK
Check post #15782. It was the first mention on Gen 2...AK
Just got off the phone with Tom Shaw. I made the mistake of dropping your name (in connection with SI, etc) ... he almost hung up the phone right then and there!!!!! LOL.
Anyways, it's doubtful that the new website will allow for shipment to Canada, as they're having difficulties (the odd time, thanks to our Customs officials) getting the product across the border. I suggested they have a mirror site for Canadians where the orders get directed to the Canadian distributor (Procon Canada 2000), thereby making shipment much easier, as the product is already in Canada. Not sure what he thought of that idea though.
Got information that RushNet has provided eWater to a marathon runner and a college football player for them to drink and keep track of how they felt afterwards, etc in order to get an understanding of the benefits.
Tom is trying to find a professional sports team trainer who might be willing to bring in eWater for the team to try/use, etc with possible hopes of having the team endorse the product as being "The Official Water of ______________".
Anyone have any contacts out there for Tom on this front?
Japan is heavy in RushNet's sites for eWater. The owners of the marketing company in Japan, Gen 2, are the sons of the gentleman in the US who ran the procurement for Denny's and a number of other major chains and of the current owners of 7/11. Interesting connections.
Work is being done for Latin and South America. Brazil being a major target in the near future. An upcoming show in Miami is going to help this along.
Overall, a great talk with Tom. Mike at Procon Canada 2000 just emailed me with apologies that he hasn't replied in full to me. Promised me answers today/tomorrow re: Canada distribution, etc.
Cheers, R.
PR on 9/28/2006 has it also. #18205
RushNet, Inc. Nets Great Opportunities At Expo Japan
Thursday September 28, 11:50 am ET
BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN - News) exhibited at Expo Japan last weekend with the solid results that were anticipated. Held at Tokyo's Big Sight Convention Center, Japan's premier trade show facility, the 12,000 attendees at Expo Japan were Buyers and key personnel from Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, and Wholesale Distributors from throughout the Pacific Rim. For those seeking the future of beverages, e-water(TM) was the talk of the show.
RushNet made strong contact with numerous major Wholesalers, and Grocery and Convenience Store Chains who directly sought out its products from the advance promotion done by Gen 2 Marketing, RushNet's ally in the Japanese market. By far, the buzz of the show was RushNet's e-water(TM). Show attendees were much impressed with the concept of e-water(TM) and many were especially taken with its design. Some commented that it looked better than FIJI(TM) water. The Japanese beverage market, even more than in the U.S., is shifting into a rapidly expanding water category. The abundant nourishment of active ionic electrolytes in e-water(TM) easily made it the Expo's top item among all the beverages available. The timing for e-water(TM) in Asia could not be better.
Dr. Henry Meissner from Australia, who was hired to represent a major Japanese Wholesaler, directly queried Robert Corr, President of RushNet, on the details of e-water(TM). He was then quoted as saying, "e-water(TM) is the hottest product at this show and I will be recommending it to my Principal for purchase."
The large Retailers like Watson's, a Hong Kong-based Chain with over 1,000 stores in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, also showed a great deal of interest in RushNet's Ginseng Rush and new Ginseng Rush XXX Energy Drink in cans. Senior buyers from Watson's and Japanese Chains are eager to bring these to market, once the governmental approval process is complete.
RushNet, Inc. has already commenced its process for securing e-water's approval in Japan and is presently working with Sogo Clinical Pharmacology Ltd., based in Tokyo, to assist in the approval process. While RushNet concedes that the process is arduous and time consuming, Sogo's guidance will enable e-water(TM) to move more quickly to an approved status.
Robert Corr said: "I mentioned in an earlier press release about the market potential for RushNet in Japan, but those expectations are now dwarfed by the feed back I have received and the genuine enthusiasm I witnessed by attending this show. The bonanza of marketing opportunities for e-water(TM), our new Ginseng Energy Drink and American Ginseng based soft drinks are far more than I had imagined. With over 10,000 retailers just in Tokyo, and vending machines on every corner, I am even more confident that we will be able to develop a significant amount of business in Japan alone. I sat with Importers, Wholesalers and Retailers in Tokyo and we worked through the margins everyone wants to make on top of our selling price plus shipping costs, and RushNet will be making a significant return on its investment for all e-water(TM) product sold there, based on those conversations. With Japan being the gateway and cornerstone of the Asian market, approval of our products will surely launch RushNet into a whole new magnitude, both for us and our investors."
RushNet is presently responding to all show inquiries. The marketing feedback from the show is refining the promotional support programs for e-water(TM) to optimize market placements once the approval process is completed.
Here is what we found last year. Post #15850 and #15878. AK

"Could the” Gen 2” company in Japan, that Rory mentioned, possibly mean Dentsu? Maybe that’s how the Japanese pronounce it??
If that is the case, Corr may be going to meet Dentsu advertising company in NYC, and show the new can designs for Japan.
I couldn’t find Gen 2, or anything close to that in Japan with an office here in the states, except this company.
This is no small company! Check out the last link.

The more I read about Dentsu, the more I believe Corr will or is using them as their advertising agent in Japan, and possibly in other countries. If he's not using them, then he should be, these guys are everywhere. They would be a one stop shop advertising agency.
They have an office in Chicago!

TOKYO, Sept. 27 Kyodo
Leading advertising agency Dentsu Inc. said Thursday it will invest a combined 6.6 billion yen in its operations in Asia chiefly to enhance its business targeting Japanese corporations that have set up offices and subsidiaries in the region.
Breaking down the outlay, Dentsu said 2.01 billion yen of the investment will go to finance a plan to set up what it calls a Dentsu Asia Fund.
The fund will be tapped to aid the activities of other agencies and firms specializing in advertising, media and public relations activities, which 'should help Dentsu establish and improve its own network of agencies in Asia,' it said.
The fund will be also used to help firms specializing in information technology, content production, sports marketing and other ad-related peripheral businesses.
Another 2.5 billion yen will be forked out to bolster the capital base of Dentsu Asia Pte Ltd., a subsidiary set up in Singapore on May 1.
I don't know about that...Lots of hedge funds with billions under management only have login website. They could only have website for their clients. It is Happy Hour now so anyone can search Gen 2.

Best part: "Already there is serious pre-order activity for the brand in some of these countries"....
AK
Kroger, Whole Foods, or Albertsons would be some nice chains to get since they give decent margins. Target is ok but I would stay the hell away from Wal-Mart for a while. They squeeze too hard. Corr has been to Kroger so it would be easier to go there with bigger line-up. They liked it last time but wanted more sku #s....
AK
Yep...Corr mentioned that in a PR when Garden got done. AK
Well the thing with Wal-Mart is the large amount of inventory and production required to supply it. There are about 3400 stores in the US alone and if all of them ordered 10 cases just as a trial, it would be 34,000 cases. Wal-Mart requires a company to prove it has capabilities to keep Wal-Mart stocked whenever it needs especially with JIT (Just-in-Time) delivery requirements. Corr would be better of landing smaller stores, chains, and distributors first so money would start rolling in. Once that happens, it would be easier to sign more brewery contracts and purchase supplies that would be sufficient to meet large demands. Also, to be successful with large chains like Wal-Mart, there has be public interest which can me most effectively achieved with advertising and promotions. Both of these things cost money which is a limited resource right now. Small sells first will bring in money and then the snowball effect will happen.
JMO,
AK
It is interesting how they kicked out Coke from the Seahawks staduim without even having a 'Coke' and 'Diet Coke' product. They are launching those types of product this summer. This give RSHN some hope to play with the big boys. We got the cola, water, and AR products. With little more product development, who know the Bears/Bulls/Cubs/White Sox might pick us up in Chicago. BTW, look at the chart of Jones Soda. That jump from 8 bucks happened after Wal-Mart started to carry their products.

Hi NYCguy; new bloods are always good and welcomed here. Lets hope new bloods are truly new bloods. AK
