There is a high probability that they are not releasing their financials due to the forward looking statements in their filings.

I feel they will be rolling them out when the deal is announced

That is the point of the LOI

The merger details would obviously be in the DA

This is obvious and simple to comprehend

LOIs are legally binding for the terms and contents in which they contain.

Therefore, in this case, CLX has a legal obligation to not solicit any other company besides PASO unless the LOI is terminated or a DA with PASO is executed.

We are being told the DA is in its final stages

So CLX and PASO are doing it together. Otherwise, why would CLXH Joseph Gonzalez put out a tweet that the share structure (for PASO) would be explained in the AM??? Then, the next morning a PR came out explaining it

The LOI would have been terminated by CLX if PASO increased their share structure without the blessing of CLX while bound with their standing LOI

The LOI would have been instantly terminated if PASO BOD did this process without the blessing of the CLX team.

If not then CLX Partners would be complicit in the perpetuation of fraud

This is a ridiculous statement. PASO has to abide by an NDA that coincides with the LOI.

This is obviously the reason they are not disclosing any information right now to its shareholders

They indicated that they are working with the PubCo (that’s PASO) for an early Q4 date

PASO has the share structure with the control block all set to go for the merger

Anyone saying not to listen to JG has not followed the progression of this deal. He is the kingpin and the mastermind behind this entire venture 100%

All of these items you listed are very positive indicators that the DA is in track.

Also the fact that the LOI is still in place gives us extremely high percentage chance that PASO will be the vehicle for CLX to go public. It is very doubtful they will restart this process all over again
