THE COMPANY IS SUPER SMART!!!!!!!!

GSAT IS ULTIMATE STOCK.
Hello Mr. Monroe:
I’m invested in Globalstar. I believe N53 is a valuable 2.4GHz asset with incredible value for shareholders and Globalstar, alike. My suggestion is to implement N53 as a Cellular Carrier telephone network like, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc, with SIM cards for the N53 network, aside from SPOT and other emergency communication frequencies.

“Advantages of Open RAN
An open environment expands the ecosystem, and with more vendors providing the building blocks, there is more innovation and more options for the Operators. They can also add new services. For example, Artificial Intelligence can be introduced via the RIC to optimize the network in the vicinity of a football stadium on a match day.
Nokia and Open RAN
Nokia is a firm supporter of Open RAN and was the first major telco equipment vendor to join both the O-RAN ALLIANCE and the Open RAN Policy Coalition.
Brian Hendricks, Vice President of Government Relations Americas, Nokia said: “Nokia believes that policymakers, operators and equipment providers should work together to support research and development of emerging network technologies that include open systems, advanced 5G technologies and foundational 6G research, with policies that support a robust ecosystem of trusted suppliers that will create a strong U.S. position in secure wireless technology. We believe this coalition strongly supports this approach and we are pleased to join and help the industry move forward on this important effort.”

“However, there are widespread indications that operators won't be able to use open RAN (radio access network) equipment – at least initially – to build out their midband, C-band 5G networks. That's noteworthy considering that open RAN technology is being touted as an important lever in the "race to 5G" with China.“

GAME OVER. DON’T SELL. 2.4GHz, N53 is the Key.
Read carefully: No Doubt!!!
n53 acts as a single channel and/or an anchor for other channels to piggyback. N53 will be the main channel for the other two on the iPhone 13 @ 2.4GHz. N53 anchor is a dual function of the n53 S-band, alternating from the C-band.
Here's the X65 spec. Look for n70 and n259 under “features.” There's the answer. N53 is a big hit at 2.4GHz.

N259 not 2.4GHz. https://www.everythingrf.com/tech-resources/5g-nr-frequency-bands/5G-NR-Band-n259
N53 is 2.4GHz. We already know this.

Undervalued, excess OS/float, poor management. Buyback, restructuring, necessary - - obvious in light of tech & pipeline. Company mentality/habitually seems rigid - - reflected in 3yr SP. Adversely diluted, excessive share structure + 2.68 B Market cap / including restricted shares = All counterproductive. Something shady going on internally & most definitely.

CORRUPT TDAMERITRADE:
“Meanwhile, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, which oversees brokerage firms, has sought more information about such practices. And in August 2017, Massachusetts’ top securities regulator launched an investigation into the practice.
https://www.wsj.com/articles/judge-oks-class-action-lawsuit-against-td-ameritrade-1537559644
In its latest quarterly report, TD Ameritrade said “certain regulatory authorities are conducting examinations and investigations regarding the routing of client orders.” The firm collected $320 million from order-routing incentives in the 12 months ended Sept. 2017, according to a regulatory filing.
“Are they routing orders in ways that give their customers the best prices, or make them the biggest profits?” said Tyler Gellasch, executive director of the Healthy Markets Association, which is critical of rebates.
The legal action against TD Ameritrade has its roots in a June 2014 Congressional hearing when a senior TD Ameritrade executive said the firm almost always routed customer orders to markets that paid it the most money. Former Sen. Carl Levin (D., Mich.) said at the hearing he found that practice to be a “pretty incredible coincidence” and questioned whether the firm in fact provided best execution to its clients.“
Judge Rules Lawsuit Against TD Ameritrade Proceed: “Incentives from the exchanges” - - MARKET MAKERS!!!
https://www.wsj.com/articles/judge-oks-class-action-lawsuit-against-td-ameritrade-1537559644
“Plaintiffs allege the discount brokerage prioritized its profits over their best interest on stock transactions”
“The TD Ameritrade customers who brought the suit alleged the company, which provides investing and trading services for 11 million client accounts, prioritized its profits over their best interests. They claim it did so by accepting incentives from stock exchanges and large electronic trading firms to route customer orders to them without ensuring the customers would get the best prices available – an obligation that along with related factors is known as “best execution.”
“The decision comes at a time of growing focus on how brokerages handle customer orders. In its Oct. 2017 blueprint for streamlining financial regulations, the U.S. Treasury Department said it is concerned payments to brokerages “may create misaligned incentives” for brokers and their customers. It urged the Securities and Exchange Commission to boost regulation of such payments and require more disclosure.
In March, the SEC proposed a study that would impose temporary restrictions on stock exchanges’ fee and rebate payments and measure the impact on order routing behavior and trade execution quality. On Wednesday, an SEC commissioner called on the agency to move ahead with the study and faulted it for not doing more to ensure transparency and fairness in the stock market.“
