the delisting went thru the appealing process the next day and are still in court for it,....they got there patent approval last tuesday, for there first few products, people were just pissed cause they didnt have there products ready but you cant sell things with out fda approval, soo after getting there first approval everything should follow after thru after that, it will be a bit of work to get it commercially really meaning mass production of there product, they already made money from there last business soo they are good. meeting in canada this month to apply for licenses
