I agree with first statement as for second financing fell apart because brokers kept wanting more shares and warrants as price of share kept dropping pos. manipulation lex says f your financing, now we have 2 big brokers with sour grapes. this may also be part of lex exec plan to get better deal for themselves and special investors they have plenty of money.

I don't think they have lack of funds, if you look at back round of these guys. I was always curious insiders own 30% of shares, they just did new financing with insiders expected to participate, makes sense now
