No, a wrong turn again.
The ONLY thing we need to establish is:
Hs somebody paid well over a million for the lawsuits.
Wow, if we could get an answer on that one… then it would be a new ballgame of course, in terms of proof.
This is PIVITOL, as it could be the only 'proof' we can get at this time, therefore these share prices.
How can we get proof that these lawsuits were indeed paid for by ERHC (or an inside stakeholder of course)
Please hold your horses for a second.
I'm finally getting somewhere with SSC, some sort of levelling.
Give us some time, tia.
If we could get a certain price range on these lawsuits, we could say, indirectly, something about the value of the company (behind the scenes).
Ok, thanks.
This is the beginning of getting an answer to the question about the black holes theory.
But this is the first 20% of that answer I'm looking for, approx.
Can you elaborate some more.
Some might think that ERHC is (theoretically) bankrupt now, for a long time now. This is what makes the black holes theory so important, since it does not make sense, when combined.
I distill from your answer, in which I (strangely) now suddenly get investing advice on ERHC, that you would never buy, no matter what price…
brings me right back to post: 335440
That is what needs to be addressed first regarding ERHC and its value. There is evidently value on both sides of the spectrum.
You are incorrect. Krom is right.
Indeed, if I were so sure I would pay a higher price. But I am not, and also never said I was.
So I am willing to accumulate, but only at very low prices.
If I had inside information maybe I offered more, lol.
But in the end, nobody knows how much oil is present, so…
it is at this time smart to buy shares in stead of NOT buying shares...
That is a very good post, indeed true.
Either way: that still leaves that other question open.
Care to give it a shot?

At first your elaborate explanation seems logic, but things are missing.
But before all that, there is still:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=153957598
That needs to be explained first. It cannot be skipped, and it is skipped every time...
After that all:

Black hole theory is right on the money when it comes to ERHC.
You can't 'see' the ERHC shorters, but you can 'feel' the existence of them ERHC shorters e-v-e-r-y single day.
I don't believe that ERHC will make it to $8,-
Should I change my view on investing in ERHE?
Should I change my view on investing in ERHE?
I have a standing order open for 150 million shares... is that enough?
Pretty tight held shares indeed.
And a healthy bunch of company followers.
Always a good sign.
According to some ERHC shares are not tightly held.
Well, today's volume was 70.000 shares.
That is less than 1/400th of 1% of all shares...
Pretty tight in my book.
Well,
Shorters are like black holes:
How do we know that black holes exist if we Cannot see them?
The gravitational field of a black hole tugs on the stars in its vicinity. A super-massive black hole will make whole swarms of stars whip around as they fall under its influence. By following the motions of the orbiting stars, astronomers can deduce the location, and size, of the central black hole they cannot see.
Hope this helps.
The real short report is right in front of you, every single day. Numerous times.

The shorters seem to be in bigger problems than I originally thought.
Krombacher could be right, after all.
NO serious volumes of shares will be sold by the longs.
Not now, not tomorrow, not in 5 years…
We wait for news from the company. And that's it.
No news = no sell.
No problemos.
I'm from the Netherlands, and even I know how inexpensive lawsuits in the US of A are...
Study post 335266 carefully.
I'm the owner of 50 million shares, and that will stay that way.
There is not much need to speculate on this one.
There have been several lawsuits, and the total costs are certainly not limited to the costs of lawyers…
So, ERHC is doing some necessary things, still. One could say: a train wreck in restoration? And that is also what is generating the continued interest in this company by stakeholders, and others…
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=153875659
Obviously not your usual OTCBB train wreck… but we all know that by now, right?
Almost all of that is indeed true…
… and still somebody, or some entity facilitated those probably wildly expensive lawsuits. Mmmm...
Ok, could be your opinion.
I must note here that there are a lot of train wrecks on the OTCBB, but ERHC could very well be the exception, since evidently somebody or some entity kept/is keeping ERHC from going bankrupt, and... even paid for those probably very, very expensive lawsuits. Not your typical train wreck action.
Normally a wreck is being demolished within a short period of time.
All stakeholders are very very happy with their decision to buy shares.
What the rest thinks is not really that important, since they sidelined themselves, when it comes to ERHC energy.
I want to thank everybody again who sold me ERHC shares.
I sit back, have a glass of wine, and wait what will evolve over the coming year. There could be some interesting news, it's a possibility at least, since ERHC is still not bankrupt. And somebody paid for those expensive lawsuits, must be a huge stakeholder. That is very comforting to know.
The Doc.

I'm so glad that I bought shares when they were for the grabs.
Thanks again to everybody that sold them to me.
The stakeholders will do fine over the next year, very likely.
ERHC is still not bankrupt, which was/is a real blow to the non-stakeholders.
Somebody invested a lot of money into the ERHC lawsuits, obviously a very large stakeholder.
So again, the stakeholders will do fine, as opposed to the ERHC non-stakeholders, a.k.a. the Shorters.
Bullshit?
