abyss-Thanks for providing the links. That's great news for Diego Pellicer and shows the industry respects what they have accomplished with just 2 dispensaries to date.
Hopefully we can get copy of their conversations via video or transcript after the upcoming conference.
DPWW is on the right track and getting stronger everyday. I firmly believe before end of 2019, we will see our SP substantially higher.
Peace.
CF
I had buy orders for 10k shares each in low 5's that were both passed over on way down to .0501 low of day. Yet neither filled.
The MM's are being selective on letting shares go close to or at ask as there isn't a lot of float. They'll try and maximize profit while we stay in this tight channel.
If we can get the US Congress to focus on cannabis legalization or States Act and try to ignore the infant, narcissistic crook in the WH, we will be able to have DPWW trade where it rightfully should. I believe it will get done in 2019 at some point, but not at the pace that would really help DPWW move the needle by acquiring the dispensaries.
Until the rules change, we will trade similarly to now with ups and downs along the way.

CF
Noy-Thank you for providing the nice published statement. Another feather in the bonnet for Diego Pellicer (DPWW).
With any investment volume, we've seen how quick DPWW moves north. Just need some large investment groups to see the value and invest to get the SP to around $.15-$.25 where it should be sitting based on MC, OS, awards numerous, leadership team seem to know what they want to accomplish.
I agree, would be good to have DPWW leadership put out a power point deck highlighting the key attributes of the company in it's present form along with showing the future with cannabis rules changes.
Still think it's a great opportunity for some investor to step in and buy the rest of the float at these prices and then be able to have some sway in how things progress forward.
Peace.
CF
Agreed Pennyes. Ron Throgmartin should be contacted via phone or email by every shareholder. Not doing so and owning stock is not doing your DD.
Ron can be reached at Ron@diego-pellicer.com. DPWW is sitting on a goldmine but Ron thinks he's too smart. He has no real connection to the cannabis industry as he doesn't partake, but is guided by wanting to make money and be a "business man".
It is important all shareholders reach out to him with questions/concerns/opportunities as they are a small outfit.
I've stated before, Ron is very familiar with me but we need others to let him know our concerns or they fall on deaf ears.
Peace.
CF
Too funny stalking Ron in parking lot! I vote for option A, the all expense paid trip to your own private island.
CF
For those with a little patience, the next 6 months should prove profitable. I'm finally just above breakeven on 875k shares. I don't plan to sell any for 6 months as INND has just brought 3 retail clinics online with another to open next week in Elk Grove.
As the general public gains awareness of these locations and begins buying their hearing aids from Value Hearing locations, we will start seeing revenue on Q reports that will be growing.
This next Q due soon won't have much revenue as things are really just starting to ramp up. But I would expect some better rev on Q'1 report in May and some solid revenue on Q'2 due in July and continued retail, online sales increases each Q going forward throughout 2019.
I know the stores and the areas of each well. They have picked good locations that are strategic. Only 3 for Sac but they have the main suburbs geographically covered between Elk Grove, Sac store and Roseville. They also have a location in Fairfield which is in a good spot on the i80 corridor and now one in south bay area.
They know what they are doing with picking the locations and buildouts. For the patient folks with vision, this will be a good investment. Leadership has 36M of the 120M+ shares locked and the float is getting tighter as folks lock them up.
Peace.
CF
I hear you AJ. "I hear you INND + we're goin' back up" those need to be a couple of verses for sure! Could be a Grammy winner with the right singer and band to perform. Miss Wedman, can you sing?
Goin back up! Goin back up! Should be a song about that...need to work on lyrics.
Not selling until we hit $.10 Miss Wedman as we have a campaign to run and need all the funds we can get!
Nice to see the volume and SP rebound today. Feels like it is just warming up considering such a low float and INND opening new stores which are now going to produce revenue going forward.
I still expect us to get above $.15 at some point this year as revenues build on the Q reports.
Be interesting if more folks on the hub catch wind and begin investing soon if we move higher more quickly than I expected.
GLTA
CF
Agreed! I was jilted at the alter last week Monday when we hit 3 and then everyone sold and we started back down. I have 4M at 33 and just wanted to break even on that decent investment.
With more volume pressure, I believe the next run will go right past 30 and get to 50-70 maybe even a penny.
Jeff Garon did not willingly join a company with his background based on the East Coast and him living in SF/Bay for no reason. There is a plan and it's going to be interesting to see how it develops over the next bit of time.
The SP with our current OS is low compared to Howco attributes. Let alone what Garon can bring on the drone front. Someone knows something!
CF
Thanks for posting the new OS Noy. I believe they (Ron, Nello and Chris) learned some hard knocks the past 2 years on the stock just as some of us who bought in the beginning of last year feel. I still have shares from $1.60 on down!
So I think they are now being prudent and releasing when necessary as they want OS to go up having a major amount of float locked up between them.
News this week should be positive.
CF
DPWW-Another positive step closer to the promised land. Patience will pay off for those who know what they own. Buy at lower prices to average down so when this is completed sometime in the next 6 months, you're ready for the real blast off of DPWW.
Peace.

JTFM-Thank you for all your efforts. I held my 40K shares in large part to the great DD yourself and Linda1 provided over the past two weeks.
You both deserve a round of applause for providing factual, non biased reporting and doing the heavy lifting of reading so many documents while providing shareholders with summary of knowledge.
Best wishes to you both.
CF
Love it! I'm going to write the CEO of Ihub and see if he'll exchange my food stamps for free PM's. That's why you're the brains of our relationship. Always thinking of good ideas Miss Wedman!
RDGL-Except you're much more attractive and smarter than Mary. I'm more handsome and athletic than James and have my hair! I need the right girl by my side and skies the limit. You know DC and can be the Ying to my Yang, LOL!
Sorry folks but I don't have PM capability and not a social media guy and just needed to talk to my girl for a moment. Please excuse this conversation and go RDGL!
CF
RDGL-You know exactly what to say to get my attention Miss Wedman! I miss our little chats and hope we can meet sometime for a round of golf. We can talk about you being my campaign partner. We'd be like Mary Matalin and James Carville. Opposites that fit like a glove!
Hope your pain issues have subsided and you're back lifting.
CF
If you believe George Sharp is a good businessman, I would have to think he's coached RDGL's CEO Korenko on when to perform the RS. I would be surprised if there is not some positive news and MM's allow SP to rebound to closer to a penny right before RS, so the company and shareholders get maximum value.
It just makes good business sense with an 8 to 1 to have the SP at a penny or close too. Perform the RS, then bring forward another PR of progress made to keep the SP from dropping right after RS.
After reading George's letter from this past weekend, I believe he's smart enough and Korenko trusts him enough to help perform the RS at the right time.
Until then, I'm adding 3's as they are a gift.
Peace.
CF
DRUS-Got your PM Sleepy. Don't have that capability but marked you back.
Should be interesting how this plays out over the next few weeks.
Peace.
CF
You and Stock Barber are correct that only Jeff Garon was officially hired via PR with Bantek. My apologies. However, I believe after studying LinkedIn profiles and the little info on Dbus available, the controller and marketing individual will come into play as things unfold soon.
Howco is the key piece and those relationships with DOD for 28 years. I agree MOTA and Bantek will merge in some capacity and my hunch is Dbus will be involved as well.
We'll see.
Love the clip. Frank doing his thing! Hope we do fly to the moon, brother. Keep on fighting the good fight!
CF
I believe the 3 MOTA new employees were hired for a specific reason. They have connections to capital to assist DRUS to get out of their mess and right the ship.
More importantly is Howco and it's relationships with the DOD. It would not surprise me if an Asian company is backing them to get access to the DOD contracts. Howco is a perfect target. They have a small workforce are productive and have strong ties to US DOD over 28 year period.
Plus being based in Vancouver, WA they are removed from the DC exposure and could be acquired on the down low. DRUS is an additional piece to get Howco. But Howco is what is wanted by an outside the US entity.
Look at the new hires, their backgrounds, etc., and you will begin to connect dots to what I'm suggesting. Drones built in China sold through Howco to DOD.
These folks didn't join DRUS/Howco for no reason and it wasn't just a job with a floundering company based on the east coast. To think there's not a specific plan that will unfold with time is naïve at best.
Peace.
CF
ABBA- Thanks for all the efforts on the SECI board. My Fidelity account shows values again for SECI after showing N/A for months. That's a positive.
Regarding Pericles and SECI, they should reach out to Ronan Farrow who is a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist who does great investigative work. He may find the David and Goliath corporate greed corruption to be worth his time.
They may also want to reach out to 60 Minutes as they could also take this investigative work to a whole 'nother level like Ronan Farrow (who is Frank Sinatra's kid with Mia Farrow).
With the SP at $8, I will be watching and may pick up 100 shares soon just to see how the stock reacts.
Peace.
CF
The key is Diego Pellicer is operating as a real estate company until cannabis rules change. Which they will this year.
With cannabis federally illegal, they don't have access to regular banking channels, plus taxes are insanely high because of the way cannabis is viewed by IRS.
That's why DPWW leadership have not bought the dispensaries out yet as it's a huge tax liability and operate based on rental income which is much lower as a real estate company. However, they still have debt from building out the dispensaries rather than having the folks who are current owners doing so as they have contractual rights to purchase at a low price.
We will have dilution to pay for the new dispensary getting up and running and operations. As soon as cannabis rules change, DPWW will exercise their contractual purchase rights and those dispensary revenue figures will transfer to DPWW. Tax rules will adjust and they will show a much stronger balance sheet on their reporting and the stock will LAUNCH!
Until that time, we will go up and down. I continue to add as I did 10k this morning to average down. Folks need to read and really understand this company and how it presently operates vs how it will operate.
Once you do that, you'll be much more comfortable with your investment knowing that at some point this year, things will get much, much better. But that may not happen until later in the year. Be patient, sell or buy more. Up to you. I'm just presenting what I know from studying this company for 5 years.
I would like to get to 750k shares between my IRA and cash account before the cannabis rules change. That's when things get really interesting and this SP will be much, much higher and will hold at a higher price as millions of dollars in revenue will hit the Q report.
Peace.
CF
John, what are your expectations. We had a great push Th/Fri and many big pumpers evacuated Mon morning. I was close to breakeven on 4M shares right when they abandoned ship when it appeared we could move to 4 and then 5 fairly easily.
DRUS hired Jeff Garon for a reason. He has a good track record and skills which must be of value to DRUS vision for Howco moving forward. He didn't need to join DRUS being based in SF Bay Area where there are many opportunities.
Curious your take.
Thanks,
CF
We washed out the flippers yesterday. With any buying pressure today, we move north after a bit of a dip to start. Teamwork on this board can get us through resistance and to the next level.
Jeff Garon did not join a sinking ship! He has a track record and living in SF Bay where there are plenty of opportunities (well paid) for him to utilize his background and talents. He joined for a reason which will unfold.
They are diluting for operations and whatever plan they are putting forth. These guys aren't dumb. They know what's a stake.
I expect good things to come. We just need to work on this board as a team and get to the DRUS promise land and not flip when it goes up but build a new base. Outsiders will come again and bring a lot more volume once we break 3 and then 4.
Peace.
CF
SP seems to be staying in the $.05-$.08 channel now and stable. I had an order for 20k shares in low 5's since early last week. It went over my price and didn't sell me the shares so float even with dilution is very low. I'm still at $.15AWP on 550k shares but adding when I can to lower it further.
The new store should be great and create excitement. The 10Q will show improvement.
Once cannabis rules change and Diego Pellicer acquires those dispensaries and their $10M combined annual revenue, then we really launch as they hit the balance sheet.
Patience is important. I'm looking at this 90 days at a time and will post periodically when things happen. But my 550k shares are all locked with GTC of $1 and I suggest everyone else lock yours with GTC at a high price to keep them away from MM's who hunt for shares.
There are many folks outside Ihub who are acquiring as well. Before 2019 comes to a close, we will have a very strong run and many $$ will be made for patient ones.
Peace.
CF
DRUS-Added nice chunks today at 24, 27 and 28. We can break through the next resistance point if folks work together and move up to 4 by close of market today. Teamwork will win!
I'm buying blocks on ASK. If everyone on this board contributes and doesn't look at things based on getting the lowest price to brag about, we move north quickly and bust through the 3's resistance. Up to you all if you want this to get to a penny or not.
Benrnk-Thank you for providing George's letter to RDGL shareholders. I have not followed George personally; however, someone who owns shares in another stock CEL* I'm in whom I respect, speaks highly of his character.
If you believe this management team at RDGL are competent and committed to doing the best for the company and shareholders, this 1 for 8 RS is not bad as George confirms. My gut is saying, 2019 will be a positive year on multiple fronts for RDGL so I plan to hold my 1.2M shares and see how things develop. If I can buy more at a reduced price between now and the RS to lower my AWP further, great!
We're going to get a lot of FUD between now and the RS. The key is to remember why you invested in the first place with RDGL and let that guide your decision process. Not what anyone including me says on an Ihub board. Too many liars, cheats and thieves hanging out who don't have people's best interests at heart.
Peace.

Thank you for providing your DD on this board as well as VRU* which I'm a shareholder of also.
It's no wonder you have so many followers in such a short period in the swamp that is the hub. If you're 24, you are wise well beyond your years TF and will be a success in whatever endeavors you pursue in your career. I've gained from reading your insights.

Thank you for all the work reviewing doc's and providing us a summary JTFM!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and thanks for the effort.

Barchart moved DRUS to 56% BUY and strengthening. We bust through the second resistance point at .0042 and there's no stopping to 200MA. Let's do this and get DRUS back above a penny by mid week. Work as a team and it will happen.

Thanks for the feedback IP. You and I both are on the same page that Diego Pellicer dispensaries should be in key US cities with money and cannabis friendly customers. Love to see a DP location in the Bellagio hotel or Venetician along with LA, NYC, Miami and others.
I think if you have time at some point, it would be good to reach out to Ron Throgmartin or Nello G at Diego. You have knowledge and experience from a strategic perspective that would be beneficial to the company. Heck, they may hire you as a consultant even though you have a lot on your plate.
Still think with their upscale dispensaries and unique products like the $10K El Diablo cannagar, it would behoove them to get a free one to a celeb who is a cannabis connoisseur and let them help drive much greater awareness and potential investment $ to Diego Pellicer brand. He/she could post smoking it on their social media platforms to the world and their followers making the El Diablo a must have for any true player.
Peace.

Thanks Orion. Are you a Duck or grad? My ex wife went to OSU and many friends are Ducks. The civil war brings out the best in them, LOL! Great campus and location.
CF
Based on your assumptions IP, when we look specifically at DPWW and their contractual agreements to purchase their dispensaries once cannabis rules change, wouldn't the premium be higher.
For example, when I read their 10k it stated Seattle with 2018 revenue of approx. $4.2M was to be bought for $8M. Denver let's assume based on it's 2018 retail sales DPWW has shown in Q reports is higher at revenue of $6.5M would probably be around $11M to purchase.
If I look at current retail cannabis dispensaries, they should sell at 4-5 times revenue, maybe higher as it's in it's infancy. Let's use 4 times for this example.
If DPWW purchases both dispensaries outright when rules change for $19M and have current sales of $10M with a 4X buyout for any outsider, that puts their value at $40M for the two premium locations in Seattle downtown and Denver (multiple award winner).
Let's assume DPWW OS goes to 40M by time of buyout completion, if we take the $21M premium and divide by 40M OS, that gives us $1.90. Wouldn't that be a close to actual value of SP given those figures?
This analysis doesn't include the 3rd location which will open this quarter soon. That will be contractually purchases as well. It also doesn't take in a premium for their branding and how beautiful the dispensaries are relative to others I've visited in the NW. The Seattle location is downtown and in a high traffic area of Seattle I'm familiar with from living in Seattle and the Denver one is on Alameda Blvd near downtown and high traffic road I'm familiar with from a prior employer HQ nearby I'd fly in to visit periodically.
Right now our OS is around 28M, so putting the numbers I'm reflecting is conservative I believe relative to what you laid out. So my thought is that DPWW once they can acquire those dispensaries and put them on the books with $10M annual revenue and growing will offset any debt liability and still yield a SP above $1 and closer to $2.
Your thoughts and any other posters who have read their doc's is appreciated.
Peace.

linda- Thank you for taking the time to read through the arduous legal docs and provide an easily understood, comprehensive perspective. I have learned a lot from your comments as well as justthefactsmam. Both of you are very helpful to this board. Thank you both!
Enjoy the day.
CF
You sound vicious and feisty! Ruff!!
I may be wrong but think the RDGL RS will be positive in the long term. Of the 2 RS's been through recently one (RNV+) is corrupt, run by a crook who did a 1/500 and is now going to do a 1/10000. So, there goes $17K flushed down the toilet.
The other DPW+ did a 1/20 to preserve their QB status without ever coming close to maxing AS first and had a nice run in December. Now it has settled until news but with cannabis legalization around the corner, it will be much, much higher by later this year as they have very low float and over 1/2 is locked. The management is strong so the trust level is much higher.
I bought into RDGL in part because I love animals and don't like cancer, but mainly because it made good business sense. When researching the leadership, they are scientists with strong pedigree's and moral integrity. I trust them to do the right thing and that's key with an RS. Do you believe the leadership are sound, fiscally responsible and have a plan or does your gut feel they could be crooks out for their own interests.
I have 1.2M shares riding through the RS, but with them now beginning commercialization, I believe long term, we'll be fine.
And since you're in this Miss Wedman, I know it's going to rock!!
In addition to the strong DD provided by some major folks on the DRUS board, new folks to the stock should also become acquainted with Howco Distributing, their subsidiary.
I am speculating here, but believe the strong ties Howco has to the US Gov't and specifically DOD is playing a role in the hiring of the new CFO, Controller and Marketing Specialists.
There could very well be an outside the US entity interested in acquiring Howco to get access to their procurement relationships, supply chain, etc. at a relatively cheap price.
Plus Howco is based just across the Columbia River from Portland in Vancouver and the new hires are from down the way in SF which has a very strong Asian population.
Attached is their website for review. It will be interesting to watch things play out here. With so much loading outside the hub Friday, there are folks in the know who know how this will play out.
I've been in this stock for months and finally back to break even on 3.6M shares and will be adding as I believe we're just getting started.
Peace.

Someone wants the 18 year track record Howco has with the Federal Gov't. Howco for a little operation has won awards for service so they have good relations.
As you said the background of the CFO with $350M in merger activity he's been involved in, shows there is a plan.
It will be interesting to watch it unfold.
Love the play by play X. You're the Howard Cosell of DRUS! Keep it going and let us know of the roadblocks so we can assist in moving the boulders out of the way.
