Go back and check my post from earlier today and I listed four other companies using this firm for the same purposes. Looks like a solid, legit company and looks like good news and business moving forward to me.

Ultradata Systems eyes growth through acquisitions
Ultradata Systems Inc. has retained New York-based Stanton Walker & Co. to help it find ways to increase its revenue and profit, possibly through acquisitions, the company said Tuesday.
As one of the newbie's who has been silent on that one, my silence is because I'm waiting for someone else to give a reasonable explanation for that one. I don't have one.
Thanks again
I appreciate chart posters like you. Still trying to figure out some of those things. Checked out the chart boards and reading up on that. Any other suggestions on learning about how to read charts and signals?
Thanks, I hadn't found that board yet. I will start working through some of the ideas there. Most of what I have learned so far has been from the school of hard knocks, as they say. The tuition hasn't been too steep yet. Knowing how ignorant I was going in kept me from putting all of my eggs in one basket. Needless to say a few eggs have ended up scrambled, but I've been learning some things from that.
That is why I say I'm not a kool-aid drinker on HISC. Not that anyone else is either. Most of what I read on IHUB is helpful and useful info. I'm just pretty cautious after some previous mistakes I've made.
Thanks again for the direction.
I see your point, I guess I was looking more at the % of loss over the past week as opposed to the pps drop. The tenths of a penny does seem insignificant in one sense, but when a stock is only .05 to begin with it is more of a factor. Basically an 8% loss (on paper only unless you sold) over the week. No doubt that could rebound in a matter of minutes and I fully expect it will and more in time. And if it does continue to drop into the 4's then I'll look at buying more. Still a believer but not a kool-aid drinker yet.
I for one bought some more today as it went down. Wasn't able to buy at the bottom but close enough. Avg. pps for me is now at .0125. I feel pretty good about that. Shoot if it goes to .026 I've doubled my investment. My basic strategy is to buy on dips hold for it to double, sell half my shares, then let the rest ride - they are free shares at that point - nothing to lose.
I'm a newbie and just learning so any wisdom on that is appreciated. Just watching, trying to learn and get smarter about these things.
PPS has been basically sideways for a while, but I notice that we closed below .05 and have been slowly closing lower over the past week.

Hoping this isn't a continuing trend. Have to watch it though.
I believe this to be a correct view. The only way this is going up is for there to be some really big news. I think anyone not already in and waiting to see what is going to happen yawns at the PR's usually put out by Apple Pie.
Still not understanding what they do for that kind of dough.
Looking at the chart for the day we had a slight bump up around 10Am to .054 which was due to the PR. I suspect when those on the sideline looked further and realized that "Substantial" was not all that substantial they had to wonder if someone wasn't trying to pump this for a dump.
I will also say this, if Apple Jacks is just pumping the stock for pps reasons - he's really bad at it.
Sentinel,
That "time being" made me laugh. Needed to laugh as the pps drops. Beats crying over spilt milk.
OT. Noticed that a lot of misspelling and poor use of the English language happens on these boards. Is that a result of hurried keyboarding or is it a reflection of the posters?
Wish it would have been a bigger deal, but on the positive side of things a satisfied customer will do nothing but help generate more sales down the road. This customer apparently is a stock holder, so he is going to want this to work as much as anyone else.
Having said all that, does the fact that they PRed this sale nix the idea that has been thrown around here that they are withholding pr's on contracts and sales until the uplist?
As one of the major belly-aching posters concerning Apple seeds, I will say this is a much better PR than what has been coming out for the past few months. An actual sale. That is what we have all been looking for, so a good day IMHO. Wish they would have told us some numbers other than "substantial." Maybe there is a good reason for the vauge language.
Goes back to my question about Gala Apple - If they know that and therefore know the pps is going to go up wouldn't they be holding their shares and not dumping them? Is there a way to know how they are handling the shares they are getting?
Don't want to beat a dead horse, but what bothers me is Carmel Apple gets 50,000 and bennet 6,000. Seems out of whack.
thanks for the DD on that topic. Maybe the Rotten Apple doesn't raise any concerns for many people, but I would like to know what they do for that huge amount of shares. They put out some fluff pr - and they bring on more dilution of shares by what they are paid and I assume dumping on the market. Does that about sum it up?
Is there any way of knowing if Apple Jacks is dumping all the shares or are they hanging on to some? If Johnny Apple Seed thought the PPS was going up wouldn't they be hanging on to some? Does he need $50,000 a month to live on?
I have some of the same concerns and I do think you raise some valid points. Actsoft is an important element in this equation. But I don't think it answers the questions about the number of shares. Moody has apparently said there won't be a R/S, but I'm not sure how the PPS goes up long term without it.
I look for a bounce in pps when the uplist and acquistion happens. Personally, I'm in a good position right now because my average pps is .048. Breaking even. If it goes to .10 I'll sell half my shares, getting my original investment back and let the rest ride to see what happens.
I guess we are bored with HISC talk. The Tubercin thing is in the courts with HTDS and artec (I think I have those names right). Don't know which one will win out but either play is a crapshot IMHO.
I'm in GZFX also, but this is the hisc board. Is big money a pumper for GZFX?
Nice summation and DD on posting and posters
Chill pill man, I was just conversing, asking questions, don't take it personal
Spencer, great job on the research, lots of good info there.
Thanks, sounds reasonable. I didn't doubt that there is a deal in the works, just wondering why Actsoft didn't mention it in any of their press releases or on their web site.
Looking at the Actsoft web site and can't find any mention of HISC anywere. I reckon there's a good reason. I thought in there might be a least a mention of being bought by HISC in the news releases or on the page that shows their partners. Maybe I'm missing it somewhere.
just thought I would reply to you so you know I'm here
I saw an article on that yesterday. don't have time this morning to go back and see what company it was doing that but it was not HISC.
The following is from Thestreet.com it is Cramer's Homeland Security pick for what it is worth.
http://www.thestreet.com/_yahoo/funds/madmoneywrap/10261689_2.html
Cramer wrapped up the show with what he called the best in homeland security and domestic security buys, welcoming Bob LaPenta, chairman of Viisage Technology (VISGD:Nasdaq - commentary - research - Cramer's Take) to the show.
Viisage just agreed to acquire Identix (IDNX:Nasdaq - commentary - research - Cramer's Take) for $770 million in stock, a move that LaPenta said would integrate key law enforcement and homeland security products under a single platform.
Viisage already had the market on driver's licenses and passport security products, the key documents for U.S. security. And both companies offered face-recognition technology.
But LaPenta said that Identix brought fingerprint identification -- the most commonly used biometric identifier -- to the company and that Viisage has brought great management to a crowded field.
Giving shares instead of cash raises some questions in my mind. The $50,000 of stock is based upon the share value in the past ten days. So if the pps remains low - more shares for Johnny Appleseed, if pps goes up that means fewer shares. Does Appleman want more shares now so when pps goes up he comes out better? Does Applebutter not care about pps because he is dumping shares on market as soon as he recieves them? If carmelapple has a strategy isn't that likely to affect how he pumps HISC? I don't even mean to suggest it would be intentional, but applejacks has a vested interest in how he handles the prs because of how he is paid. Just thinking outloud, and having said all that it is up to F.M. and company to make this a go. Even if I find a worm in the apple, the apple can only work with what HISC is. The PR's might be fluff, but they certainly aren't lies. If they were making stuff up it would be better than what they've been putting out.
What are the requirements of the quiet period? Just curious.
Apple's pr's get old because they don't tell us anything other than "hey great porduct here." We know that. But having read the posts for some time, only recently jumping into the fray, a lot of the impatience is a result of expectations posters have developed through the speculation as to when certain things will happen. Before Jan. 1 you all had me believing the first week of the month the uplist would happen and then a whole bunch of contracts would fall into place. Did Moody ever promise that? Am I anxious? Yea. Am I little worried? Yea. We could all get burned on this deal. Moody and Apple could be dumping shares, the ProSec deal could fall through, they may not have the money to carry out the business plan.... But this is a pink sheet stock and that means it is high risk. I think based on the product and the business plan it is worth the risk, so I'll take the gamble and wait it out. If you don't think it will you should probably bail and put some money in Microsoft or another big board stock.
JMHO and confessedly a newbie at this so feel free to tell me where I'm wrong.
Spencer, I think at this point only someone new to HISC is going to get excited about another puff pr from apple. I hope you are right in thinking they've got some deals done and are waiting for the right time to release the news, but their pattern has been to tell you everytime Frank has a pleasant day at the office. Can't imagine them holding back good news unless the deals aren't done. I'm not worried about it because I believe in the company and the product, just thinking it will take more time than we thought and pps will be sideways for a while.
I'll believe it when I see it. Notice they encourage you to keep on buying cause the pot of gold is at the end of the rainbow. You can still get in on the promised dividends. Not buying any more, just gonna sit on what I've already got. I'd dump it but lost so much already what the heck, wait it out.
I agree that .10 would be great. At the price I'm in at now that would be more than double my investment in a relatively short period of time. .50? I'd do a dance (privately cause believe me you don't want to see it). I'm a newbie but I don't see the uplisting itself getting this to .50. There are going to have to be some signed contracts and some big ones at that for it to move that far. JMO but Apple is ust blowing smoke if they think the uplist itself is getting this to .50. Hope I'm wrong cause I am long.
Thanks for the reply. I'm new at this and don't want to be in and out of stocks all the time - rather be long. I'm in no hurry and will wait. I'm just trying to figure out when you take your profits and be happy with what that and when you hold out for more.
Being a newbie to this, I have had a similar question. Generally, is it possible to keep a penny stock like this going up? I'm only investing money I can afford to lose and don't need it anytime soon, so I can wait. But I think a lot of people will sell when they make 100% or better profits and this will stall the pps. Am I wrong?
I've been holding HISC for a while, still green (barely) and thought for a while I should have sold when it got up to .11-.14 range, but hoping for better days ahead. Been reading all your posts for a while and finally decided to join in.
