Potential is also a factor. Tesla would be a good example. Their market cap is about 50b on revs of under 10b.
With the conservative approach tesla market cap should be throttled back to 10b. If their potential isnt realized the market will do the throttling.
With onci going from zero revs a year ago to 2-3m this year and 20-100m next year warrant the higher market cap taking the high growth potential into account. And not the rigid rev to market cap value.
Just another perspective on why this probably should be trading higher.

Value in being able to market as additional safety feature from the factory.

The automakers are creating distractions with all of their tech in vehicles. why not promote and deflect away to phones only and present the solution.

If all else fails regarding big auto, qvc, Ford Fleet, Enterprise, San Antonio, etc. Not likely all will be a fail. Most may come through.
The blueprint for dealerships is in place to leverage the additional sales folks to kill it. I see minimal risk moving from the few dealerships we have locked up now to seeing how many of the 20000 dealerships would like to give us 200k, 500k or 1m per year. At a minimum if the dealership sales model is executed half-assed revs will still be impressive moving forward. If executed at a high level the explosive growth will come.
If QVC is added as a rev channel for consumer app then holy shit.
If Ford, BMW, GM, Chrysler, Asian Auto Companies, etc. join the party then holy phuck!
If fleet side starts ramping then holy phuckin shit. (IMO this is where the real revs should come from longer term)
If the other 5 sides of the hex pull their weight and add some revs then good.

I would want to see the fleet piece take off prior to buyout whether that is 2018 or 2019 or longer.
If consumer and fleet take off would it not be wise to hold and uplist out of otc then entertain buyouts down the road when revs are hundreds of millions instead of tens of millions? Ride the pps all the way up and then buyout. Is there enough patience out there for this scenario or do most just want nickle, dime then move on? Thoughts???
The pps and revs arent the only factors especially when we know there will need to eventually be a broader community of investors and to bring back some that we have lost.
Website - Though appears to be minor when taking progress into account. Simple google search for company leads to facebook page with what appears to be a legit link. It brings you to a bashing site. No on4 legit website. Just sloppy and lack of detail. No on4 reference on cogosense site yet. Other investors dont care about the redomicile sob story. Should have been an on4 website all year.
Debt settlement - needed but will have short term effect until done.
Dental plans - SB announced what will be about 5m per year liability for more practices. 500k avg to open 1 practice. he intends to open 10 per year over next 3 years. Hit to net revs.
Above items are easily overcome with more rev growth. Huge contracts will make above go away.

Agree. Fleet should eventually dwarf consumer sales. Hopefully for fleet there will be service and support contracts for the devices and web portals to keep revs rolling after fleet is fully outfitted. Future add-on dev and rev for integrations with major telematics and logistics platforms - I would hire someone for this today.(Again, Stevie B. give a shot out to Telematics vendors get some backend integrations underway. Walk into fleet sales meeting with an api integration with Fleetmatics, Telogis many others. And yes my commission is waived for opening up upsell revenue stream for us). I could go on forever unlocking revs. Steve should just hire me.
There are some legit issues with how the web presense has been handled. Waiting for name change doesnt cut it for me. On4 should have had a web site this year. Cogosense should have some reference to on4 on their website. I know I will visit a companies web site to do some digging if evaluating to invest - ONCI has enough going for it to overlook that piece for - for now.
As the company grows, Fly gets involved, I would hope the web piece gets solidified with or without the redomicile being done.

Onci generating net profits and impressive sales growth. Not one contract . Many contracts and globally. Q3 was good and Q4 will be much better. Q1 will be amazing - only 20,000 more dealerships to talk to. This is without big auto.... But big auto irons are in the fire simmering. QVC is simmering. Chrysler could have told Berman to piss off but instead they requested some mods and are now evaluating the updated product - thats just one example. NDAs arent a contract but more often than not it is a first step towards solidifying a relationship.
Debt holders getting their cash is fine short term even if pps takes a hit. Those that are not debt holders selling now could be loosing out on big continued pay days at various levels on the way up.
Great spot to add here before this mornings dip evaporates especially for flippers. Longs already know the deal and cant add enough at these levels.
QVC could = mega revs for the consumer app, basafemobile. QVC reaches 360m homes globally. 1 of the larger dealership contracts was 1mil or about 5000 units annually. QVC has the potential to make all the dealerships deals recently announced look like peanuts. Every gramma with a new teen driver grandkid will buy this if the presentation is on point.
The concern with the above (which is a good problem) is could Steve ramp production to meet this potentially bonkers demand.

ONCI had 73% earnings increase last Q. 4th Q IMO based on what I think I know should be 200% increase minimum - could be less depending on hits for buying Cogosense and dental practice. Revs should be minimum 2mil for the year - Could be much higher based on what could delivered by 10/31 for auto biz and what other business lines kick in.
Next 3-12 months is going to be such a fun ride upward in PPS. Uplisting out of the sewer. Just upward all the way around.

Companies trying to get their product to market generally burn cash. In order to do so they "sell" shares and more shares to keep the lights on. Many get to the point where there are an insane amount of shares and RS. The shitty companies will give the RS some time to cool off and start issuing more shares...endless cycle until they die.
IMO a reverse split wouldnt be completely horrible way down the road if it would help any prospect of uplisting to a big board. 3 or 4 to 1...nothing crazy . As long as growth trend remains upward it shouldnt kill the PPS.

Dealerships - Easy upsell for parents to protect the kids. ONCI is there
Municipalties - School bus fleets (protect the kids), All other fleets that service and maintain a town or city. ONCI is there.
Utility Fleets - Protect everyone from the cable guy and electric company distracted. ONCI may be there or will be soon.
Trucking, Delivery - Suck to get hit by a rig cuz of distracted driving. Grammas christmas gift destroyed cuz UPS guy was playing pokemon go.
Big Auto - May as well protect everyone since their own research acknowledges the problem. ONCI is there.
2 years from now when the product is mainstream and selling like hotcakes on QVC and you are smiling cuz of the patience and profit, be sure to go to the ONCI dentist to keep that big smile bright.

The reason people are buying this ticker is because this media empire may or may not have completed restoring a mustang to flip and sell....maybe thats the asset you speak. That appears to be the only thing of any value. The other endeavors of this media empire appear to be a non-revenue genarating pile of trash without any meaningful catalyst on the horizon.
Other than that as previous posters mentioned....lotto play. Buying it based on shate price alone hoping it will bounce a few ticks.
Selling the mustang (yes a single car) would be a monumental achievement for this media empire.
Regarding these potential fleet deals - middle east, Ford Fleet,etc.
For example if middle east deal gets maxed out. 2mil revs. Is that a one shot deal and additional revs would be based on the growth of the fleet itself or does anyone have any insight as to addional goodies for recurring rev from these fleet/corporate customers? Service contracts, SAAS, etc.
My understanding was that the hardware and app was a "unit".
Any insight would be appreciated.This type of deal would look much different if after initial 2mil purchase there is also some monthly rev for "something".

One way to look at the propsed plan is 36 months of cash drain or debt to buy or stand up 30 urgent care dental facilities. Then reap the rewards later by keeping and operating the business or selling some or all of the sites at some point.
This could have an impact on the evaluation from many here. To flippers any news should be taken as good news so they can pump. The 1-3 month short-term longs are waiting for the giant news and the big spike to dump - this wasnt sexy enough to entice more buys . The longer longs, 6-24 months probably want more details on how this will be financed - the rumored 10m credit facilty wont cut it for this type of endeavor.
I think its more folks chomping at the bit for other bigger news and contracts than the corporate structure and how it fits. The beauty of a holding company is it can be diversified.
Just a balancing act going from no revs to one year of some revs to 2nd year with more and growing revs off set by standing up 10 urgent health care facilities. What does net income look like down the road with the siphon running.
It wouldnt be regular ice. This ice would be thinner and lighter than regular ice so you could strap a milpak full of ice on the energizer bunny and send it to space.
Only thing is to get the ice made he would need to give away a gazillion more shares but should be ready with another decade of r&D.
Though by the time its ready he would sell the ice division to the folks that bought enerplex so they could cool off while hiking with their charged up iphone.
A theory for the decline aside from evil manipulation could be too simple for some just worried about ford signing for a big pop.
Aside from the sales news recently which is great. What are the other big items that will hit the bottom line....2 aquisitions. We have a couple mil in revs on the books for 2017 and we have 3.5 mil on the other side of the ledger for cogosense and just announced we will go on a shopping spree over the next 3 years to open 30 urgent care dental offices.
Both of those are good for long term but they are spends that need to be factored in....when we are not busy fawning and drooling over SB.
Simple - Company doing the acquiring usually takes a hit.

Im of the opinion there is no good reason for not having an on4 website this past year. Flip to hexa when ready. Though some will say 1 guy cant do everything or some other emotional response.
Cogosense website should already have something added that says we are a subsidiary of on4.Just as aegis has a reference to cogosense.Then flip when hexa is ready.
No business or logical reason for a company not to have a web presence.
The only website you can find for on4 is on some linked page. When you get to the site is is a bash.
