After dragging along for quite a long time, in the last 18 months things having finally been shaping up and forming a more definitive picture with increasing financials every Qtr, better PRS and a takeover coming in the near future.

At least you said rarely and not the word "never". GBHD did state they would try to have them audited within the 1st Qtr, so we shall see if they succeeded. With that said, obviously no company would be considering a takeover if they had doubts of their numbers, officially audited or not. Personally I'm not concerned. SM

That's true and it will be good to see just how well they did. I hope this time they are audited so we can get past that milestone and one step closer to the takeover. If they're released audited, I feel we have a greater chance of getting the final details this month and things moving forward. SM

Not surprised that it did a pullback. As everyone knows, nothing continues to rise without some news support, plus the RSI was high too so it needed some correction. Overall market sucked big time as well, but I doubt it had little to do with Global as this train is on its' own track. Looking for a rebound soon. IMO! SM

My feeling is, things will change drastically later this month. I could very well be wrong, but just a gut feeling. If not, then not too far into June. I just can't see these negotiations taking that much longer. Global has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to negotiating with other companies and I don't see them changing their ways at this point. IMO, our continuing PPS rise is merely setting the stage for bigger events to come. JMHO! SM

Not sure the last ones weren't as they don't have to say they were, even though you would think it would be advantageous to say so. Even if they weren't, you should know the numbers are correct or someone would be in jail. Knowing how GBHD works, I would not be surprised to see them not announce them audited. With the takeover officially coming soon, and the 1st Qtr fins due soon, I wouldn't be the least surprised to see them announce the audited fins and co-announce the takeover company. May not happen that way, but I just know how they do things many times, being around them for so long. Either way all the answers to GBHD should be coming soon. I'm out of here for the day. IMO! SM

Your DD search should have already answered that question for you. For starters, this has been a slow growing & long await stock for many such as myself. The take-over announcement has not been that long ago and all are waiting for final announcement as to who it is and the details. The thoughts among some is it'll be MEGA size when it comes. Until that's revealed it's basically off the big radar screen. IMO, this is a smart buy at the right time except for about 2 weeks ago when it was half the current price. Could fall back some, but wouldn't bet on that either based on the past 2 weeks trading. My opinion is get in while you can. Once announcement comes, you are probably going to be too late and that can be any day. All JMO! SM
