Why is the market cap of this company less than 2 million when they have a video game better than NBA 2k, a movie with Jennifer Lawrence, an NFT marketplace with over 20,000 NFT's, and now a show better than American Idol? The stock should be over a dollar by now right?
You say very few, can you tell me how many shares you think are retail from what you see?
Hey you did call SYSX before the run, GJ! PACV definitely going much higher, just hope it's this week and I hope you're right about .10+
Gap filled
The share price didn't move? It went to .034 and there were millions of shares on the bid. If you held all your shares that's too bad because you could be buying them all back under .02.
They are probably trying to close the gap before going higher. Stupid but happens all the time
News on accesswire, just highlights of the 10-k and they are continuing growth going forward. The fact they mention becoming more efficient and plan to grow instead of go out of business means this stock will go into an uptrend.
Everyone keeps saying it was trading at $15 only a year ago. More like touched $15 where very few profited from. That was a very short-lived price spike around the end of a bull market where over 90% of otc tickers were hundreds or thousands of % higher than their current beaten prices. We are living in a downtrend still where retail interest is incredibly low. This stock will see a huge sell-off WAY before it sees 1.00 and then it won't go higher.
People here don't realize how many tickers are trading way under their assets and revenues. Sure this can run to .05,..10 etc a few more hundred %, but "dollar land" is just hilarious and is literally a dream for 99.999999999% of traders.
LOL 99% of OTC tickers trading 90-99% under their highs. Even with this ticker at .01 the market cap is still 5 million, can't tell you how many tickers were valued in the tens or hundreds of millions and went down to worth 2-5 million dollars from failure and dilution. What makes this company worth 500 million dollars vs the current 15 million dollars? A bunch of dreamers here.
How many times have you heard the words "dollar land" and actually see it?
Can someone please explain the excitement going on with this company right now? I don't see any news posted since February, what did I miss? I see the charts and potential, but why is this company worth dollars? 1.00 would make the market cap about 500 million dollars, doesn't seem plausible, has the company been diluting like crazy the last year? Thanks.

Yea I'm still not seeing pink limited. Stock has CE and unsolicited quotes, no change at all.
Where are you guys seeing pink limited? I don't see any change on otcmarkets.
Also, I trade lots of penny stocks, and a couple others that had CE first became pink limited before going pink current.
I increased my position by 33% at 0012, feeling pretty good about this
There is a setting for your Etrade account to choose lot priority when selling - first in first out or opposite. I think default setting is first in first out, but that's also used for tax purposes and you should research that as well.
By the way, I'm not at all a professional at accounting, I'm only good at trading long term trends... that being said I only read somewhere online about having separate brokerage accounts, something you may want to look into further before executing any trades.
If you've had your shares for over 1 year and you want to sell some, maybe open a different account for the shares you decide to trade, this will make taxes very easy and clear to separate your long term and your short terms for both gains and loss reporting. You can either set up a share transfer between accounts, transfer funds from one account to the other after selling shares, or fund a new account, then pay yourself back after selling shares (fastest)
Just to help you out... there is nothing wrong with this company or this stock. The problem is the lack of retail interest in investing in the whole country (or even the world). Fundamentals, hype, dilution or no dilution does not matter these days as none of those things can drive a price higher, cause prices to go lower, or prevent anything - ultimately it's simply the market makers and naked shorting due to lack of interest in general. Until something changes and retail traders begin to buy more, the market makers will continue to drag along the downtrend or at least sideways trend. This can be another 6 months to 1 year.
Any good news that comes out for any OTC company may drive the price up, but it will get sold for profits and the price will fall again if the overall market is in the same condition. Hope this helps with your decisions.
I agree. Need an expert to dive into this to explain.
Less than 2.4 million shares added. This is not a lot of shares. Even after the dilution it's still falling too much, the problem is not the dilution it's the market overall and buying interest in this stock is low. At .02 the market cap is only $840,000. If 10% dilution reduces share price by 35-40% every time, I hope they continue to dilute.
My question is, do they know who has been selling the past few months to get the stock to such a low price? Do they have any idea, and do they plan to do anything about the share price or address it to shareholders?
I'm just buying more, the market cap is only 1 million down here. How can you sell at this level? Not a good choice IMO, does not matter if they company does not say anything when market cap is so incredibly low compared to revenues especially when the numbers were just put out via 10k.
Look at the market cap
$PACV market cap 1.2 mil, revenues 41 mil! Makes no sense! 10-k filed last week shows 41 mil in revenues, up 10 mil from last year, with 5 mil in profits! Market makers have driven the price so low, it's ridiculous!
$PACV Market Cap 1.2 Mil, 41 Mil Revenues!
Unbelievable ratio of market cap to sales here. Recent 10-k filing shows 41 million in revenues with profits and the value of the company is only 1.2 million dollars! This is easily a 10 bagger.
Share price in September was .03. Now it's not even .01. So shares were diluted 11% in 7 months, and share price reduced by over 70%. Way oversold even after the rise from .0040.
Looking for about a 400-1000% increase in share price from current.
Exactly my thoughts. Market makers controlling price, they are no doubt doing it to profit, but I'm sure nobody can profit selling under .06.
Market Cap 1.2 million, revenues 41 million with profits. This makes me smile, as an owner of over 2% of the company, all I have to do is wait with 0 stress.
As is true with the whole OTC
The outstanding share count is meaningless. What matters is the market cap (what the company is currently worth based on share price and outstanding shares), and how quickly the outstanding shares has been rising (dilution) vs volume. The real and only problem here is interest and volume. The company is very bad at getting their name out there, very bad at communicating with shareholders (basically nobody is in contact with the company, company does not answer a single question via tweets or website inquiries). No name change, so random people looking into the company decide not to buy because the name is biodiesel.
This can go much much lower. Even at this -50% "discount", the company is still at a market cap of 20 million and they haven't even posted a quarter with a million revenues yet. Even with "projected" revenues of 10 million, the market cap is still double that. WAY overbought IMO. Compare to another company I'm loaded on, which has just posted a 10-k annual of 41 million revenues (with profits) and their market cap is less than 2 million. If KGKG were to go down to the same ratio the price would be in the trips. So it can definitely go to trips.
A lot of companies listed on NASD worth half a billion with the same revenues, even much larger operating losses. And here worth only 2 million even when that 41 million generates millions in profits. It'll pop eventually, only problem is attention to the stock which is a problem for most OTC stocks lately.
This is probably a good thing for this stock. Increasing revenues for XTRM made the stock go down, so many decreasing revenues will make it go up.
After that happened, there was nothing on the ask all the way up to .09. So the spread was over 100% (.04 bid .092 ask). This can go boom in a big way with a small amount of money when someone decides to make it go boom.
That's a big lie. Hilarious when people say they are short on an OTC stock, especially when the short value is $200,000 LMAO
Oh really you're short 10 million shares? Which broker let you short?
There's no Q, it's the annual that is due. Last year you can see they filed NT-10K end of March and filed the 10-k on April 15, so just expect to wait 2 more weeks for that.
LGBS always has the same tweets, obviously from the same guy, pretty sure that's Vic Devlaeminck. LGBS a few months back had news they had a 50% acquisition of "North Star Developers", and when I researched that it was the same address as North Star Homes. And to date all these "news" releases contain no information about any partnership which makes me believe we are getting scammed or left out of some profits somehow.
