Shares Outstanding per the TA:
3/7/17 365,527,898
3/9/17 453,000,000
3/13/17 487,598,170
3/20/17 495,626,582
3/27/17 488,849,090
Why do we have ~7M shares less outstanding this week? Did the company buy them back as treasury shares???
Agree totally
MMs trading with each other hoping weak retail coughs up some shares while they wait for the pump.
Don't be fooled. I'm sure he has a position already. He is trying to get folks to sell so he can buy more a few ticks lower before the run. His profile has been around since 2006 LOL.
There will be no "shakeout" at this level plain and simple! There are too few shares available and the avg cost basis for the float is below.04.
They have a technical solution. Software is not patented. This is not a drug company so that comparison is not relevant. Please keep in mind the majority of the float is held at .04 or lower cost basis. There is nothing you can say to convince anyone to sell. Sorry!
All of the above
simple answer. No, they do not! That was then, this is now!
They are already approved for listing on the OTC QX. They just need to get the pps to .25 or above. I think they will do this in conjunction with the 1:4 RS, but hopefully, they pump it up prior to the RS. Asset sale news to cancel out remaining senior debt would get it over .20 IMO
They don't need a shareholder vote to buyback shares.
http://www.rightline.net/education/buybacks.html
They would need to submit a filing
I admit it's a reach, but the share count did seem to drop last week from the high at 495M. I also email the TA a few days a week and have been tracking the OS since late December.
The CD note holders do not want to short at this level. They will wait until is goes over .20 before shorting. The shorting at .095 was "naked shorting" and those are the ones who will get squeezed. Capeesh?
There is a wealth of valuable information in your post. However, it means nothing in terms of how the stock will react in the near term IMO. There is only one direction now that dilution is paused and that is up!. Keep in mind the MMS are trading between themselves and most of the float is locked up at .035. Munro will be releasing news soon enough to cause a squeeze before he enacts an RS. Otherwise, he would be really stupid IMO and I don't think he is.
If they are truly buying back shares, then they may not need to do a RS to meet the 10M reserve share reserve for the remaining convertibles? Wouldn't that be a bombshell news release!
Thanks. And the 1:4 RS will force shorts to get shares with none to be found. SQUEEZE TIME!
Also, naked shorts are struggling to get shares to cover!
The first two words of your post are very telling...
One thing pumpers and bashers can agree on is that the chart does not lie. That said, ICLD is up over 200% in the last month and the trend is up over that period. BOOYA!
ICLD is a freight train picking up speed and there is not a thing anyone posting in iHUB can do to stop it!
Funny, just noticed the same thing. Does not pass the smell test. To me that is a massive positive indicator. As I read in a post yesterday, ICLD is a freight train picking up speed and there is not a GD thing anyone posting in iHUB can do to stop it!
Your math is not correct. You would have only needed to buy $200K worth of shares at the low to make a million if you sold at .08. It's really simple math!
It's still low enough to buy safely IMO. Maybe not next week though.
Agree, but to me that means the RS can happen at any between now and August. It does give them some time to get the PPS up though.
They usually don't release news on a Friday, but you never know. My guess is there is a barrage of news next week before the RS (if it even happens by March 31). There is debate on whether the 8K or 10K shows the correct date for the RS. My guess is it happens on or around March 31st. We will see. Should be exciting.
Agree ABBA.
I was kidding. Just looking for valid reasons not to hold at these levels. I can't seem to get anyone to provide a good argument IMO.
Only thing is, those peeps who invested below .02 are in the money. If you feel only thoroughbred stocks are worth your investment then why waste time here? Sometimes, the real money is made on distressed stocks that have been beaten down way below reasonable values (e.g., ICLD).
I'm still a "bag holder" of 1.9M shares with at avg of .0165. Looking for advice on why I should keep holding this bag or sell? So many opinions here. Any good advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
There is a reason this stock is on the OTC and has been beaten down to penny levels as you point out with all of your "facts". However, they are making progress paying down debt and the pps can easily appreciate from here. The reason to invest in stocks is to make money.
Looking for a break above .045 today.
No one's selling here! Just waiting for some positive news to launch this bad boy in to orbit. See video for below launch, Munro is the one pumping. Larry Sands is the one holding a beer in the cameo shot.
sounds credible. LOL
They already gave 10 days of advanced notice in the 8K. The exact timing will not be revealed until after market close the day before the RS. That is how it is always done.
Not saying that scenario is out of the realm, just not counting on it.
Exactly. Thanks for stating is much clearer than I did.
Unfortunately, no. They usually announce these things at the end of the day before the RS. It's done on purpose to keep investors off guard. If you see a big spike with no news, then the RS is most likely gonna happen in the near future. IMO
I'm looking for a pump from now until the RS (whenever that is).
They don't pay up front and they would have to be huge contracts. Most likely they have an asset sale to pay off the remaining 5.8M senior debt then refi the remaining debt with more favorable terms around the time of the RS and uplisting to the OTC QX. At least, that is their plan...
Just .058? LOL
