I bet there is a legion of folks on this board who would happily sell their stock for .05 per share.
I've been told that yes, indeed, it WILL PASS!
Thank you for clearing that up.
As a said, anyone with a logical mind...just like yours. Nicely done.
Anyone with a logical brain can deduce that VNUE will benefit enormously when Congress passes the American Music Fairness Act. Radio stations and other mediums will be REQUIRED to pay artists for music they present over the air.
This ain't complicate and it ain't chicken feed.
As should we all.
If and when this bill passes VNUE will be golden.
It's worth the effort to lobby for the bill by calling every member of congress on the House Judiciary Committee as well as our very own representative. It's our inalienable right. Exercise it, folks!
This is no time to be passive.
You can find their phone numbers using the link you provided us, namely...
https://judiciary.house.gov/about/members.htm
Click on the link and then click on the pictures and you will find their websites and phone numbers.
Now let's everybody make phone calls stating Monday. Start with your very own member of congress. Just Google the rep's name and you will find their phone numbers.
I have been making calls to members of Congress.
The feedback I've received is this bill will pass the House.
Good job. Well done. Thanks.
Now we should all call our representatives, especially the ones who represent our respective states. Tell then you want Congress to pass
the American Music Fairness Act...
HR14130
I will call my congressman's office in the morning to learn more and try to get a list of those on the committee and subcommittees and their respective states.
When I have it I will post the lists for all of us to make contact with those representatives who will largely decide the future of VNUE.
Thanks for sharing that news.
Please find out the name of the committee and who is on it.
I don't know either. Chalk it up to government bureaucracy.
I don't get it either, but I'm much more interested in seeing what Zach plans to do with the $10 million.
That should be far more impactful.
You might call your broker and ask.
When Zach releases good news you will be able to hear the shorts squealing like fat pigs being led to slaughter. Squeeze those shorts!
Who cares?
Zach is busy making VNUE a huge success.
He doesn't have time dealing with incessant hand wringing and pearl clutching.
Go Zach. Make us all rich!
You can always find the time to tell the whole story in your memoirs.
There's an old expression often used in retail...
"Does Macy's tell Gimbel's?
If you think Zach is going to tell you everything, you're nuts!
Not to upstage you, but I devoted 21 years to the investment business and VNUE is an unique opportunity while selling for less than two cents. We both know this is something special.
BTW, it's not Zach's job to answer every investor question. It's his job to make a profit.
Wow!
May VNUE duplicate those results.
And stop the Second Guessing!
VNUE trades at less than two cents.
It's a speculative penny stock found on the Pink Sheets.
It doesn't require any in depth analysis on a daily basis.
It could be a huge success if a number of factors become reality.
Trying to guess what the CEO will do now or into the future has proven
useless. So let him do his job and let's show him our support.
What is $SHM and where is it now?
Thank you.
Let's dispense with all the hand wringing...on the one hand and on the other hand discourse. We can play that game all day and to what avail?
Just to see our name in print?
I'm not concerned about how much money the opposition throws against us,
( and I do mean US ), money doesn't win all battles in politics. Just ask Hillary!
We can take the initiative and contact our Members of Congress to voice our support for the bill. And, make sure spouses and kids do so as well. After all, it's to our benefit as stockholders in VNUE to do so as well. Exercise your rights!
That will take months.
First, the bill has to pass through a subcommittee and then a committee and then to the full House. The Senate then will need to take it up in committee, etc.
Think several months.

Filled out.
Thanks!
Thanks for that.
I highly recommend you repeat that on this board at least once a week until passed by Congress.
Congress will likely pass this act and when it does you can be assured VNUE stock will skyrocket. Just takes a little deductive reasoning to figure that out.

VNUE Endorses The American Music Fairness Act
3:16 PM ET, 06/29/2021 - PR Newswire
NEW YORK, June 29, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- For years, at VNUE (OTC: VNUE) we've been saying one of our primary missions is to protect songwriters, artists and others in the music industry, so they get their fair pay via royalties – fair meaning fair to the stakeholders, but also fair to the business owners. This not only involves music played in public spaces such as bars, restaurants and others in the "general licensing" space, but also with radio.
Did you know the US is the ONLY country in the world that does not legally compel radio stations to pay royalties to performers? Now, there's some hopeful news for the music industry.
Ted Deutch (D-FL) and Darrell Issa (R-CA), with the full support of legendary musicians including Dionne Warwick and Sam Moore, just went to Congress to introduce a bill so musicians and copy-right owners can be paid for royalties. VNUE fully supports and endorses this proposed legislation.
The American Music Fairness Act (AMFA) would compel radio stations to pay performance royalties to all musicians and copyright owners.
This is where VNUE comes in. Our Soundstr music recognition technology (MRT) was made for this. Soundstr can identify music played on radio stations and create an accurate log of the music being played, and married together with additional data we compile, who the stakeholders are as well as their PRO (performing rights organization) affiliation. VNUE's technology has the capability of creating a clearinghouse of this data – not just limited to radio but also for physical locations, so that the end-to-end trail exists of what was played, when, and where.
Zach Bair, CEO of VNUE, said, "Although we value our radio partners and the contribution that radio has played in the industry, artists should be fairly compensated for their work. In today's world of streaming and the Internet, radio must adapt to the changing world. Soundstr can help on both ends – we can help make sure the correct artists and writers get paid, and at the same time, ensure that radio is only paying what they should, not more. I'm excited to see this develop, and we are hopeful VNUE and Soundstr can play a role. We are ready."
At a news conference announcing the introduction of the new Act, Deutch said, "The American Music Fairness Act will protect the artists we know as they make the music we love. For the first time, artists would see a piece of the massive profits made on the backs of their creative work. Congress must end the unfair deal AM/FM radio has forced on musicians."
The American Music Fairness Act would change the music industry by:
Requiring terrestrial radio stations to compensate all artists for their property. Creating a fair market value for music performance royalties by closing the loophole that allows AM/FM radio stations to play music without compensating artists. Exempting radio stations that fall under $1.5 million in annual revenue and whose parent companies fall under less than $10 million in annual revenue overall. For less than $2 per day ($500 annually), small and local stations can play unlimited music. Ensuring that foreign countries pay U.S. artists when their songs are played overseas.
The American Music Fairness Act is endorsed by: the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM), the American Federation of Musicians, The Recording Academy, The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), SAG-AFTRA, SoundExchange, and now VNUE.

Save Story
I wouldn't be surprised to see some good news from Zach after the holiday.
This is huge news!
I just sent this to both congressmen to let them know that there is a company that can facilitate their bill.
If it passes we could expect a spike in the stock of VNUE.
This is a great country despite what some spoiled brats may think. There is so much to do and so much to see and enjoy. So I wonder what possesses a mature person to spend his time loitering on a stock message board to disparage a company and its progress.
Is it envy? Is it boredom? Is it Marxism? Or is he being paid to do so? Just curious.
Thanks for sending the short report.
Looking forward to Zach releasing good news and watch the shorts get squeezed. That will be fun.
Welcome back, Pepsiman. We missed you and the kids. Ha!
but welcome being told I'm wrong.
OK. You're wrong!
Well, knowing that I think the Twins should buy those stocks. Why bother with this "loser". Right?
Great post. I did think, with Zach's connections and prior successes, that we'd have a bit more reputable funding source or at least, more protections. GHS is, from my research, a typical penny funder. Not at all what I expected here based on the reputation of Zach. Also, Jock has many connections, WHY did we need to go to GHS...
Because VNUE is a penny stock. This isn't rocket science. Get a GRIP!
Now that's what some call "hard news". LOL!
