Udderly delicious...
Close, between u and me, Earl is between the double doors, following the green line, last door on right just before Women's Lounge. I, on the other hand, am known only as Bob the maintenance guy.
em coniciens accidisse custodiant
Yeah, put on my best don't know who's in charge look, blend right in with the potted plants.
2nd office left of lobby, across from Finance Dept.
The Lord Lombardier rules with iron fist, other chiefs not needed. All it takes is a couple of speed dial numbers and we're in deal town.
They sub it out or roll it into another staffer job description, like any other cash strapped, historically low valued, non performing company. I'd be delighted if they were using her talents to put points on the board. We need em.
Lol... a new job translates to back at work at same place after maternity leave? Just saying...
Ive thought all along she got put into a different job. Took a nice long break before starting. She was in sales/marketing before IR so transitioning to a marketing job is logical. Same church different pew...
Is it a coincidence that a month ago, NASA announced astrophysics experts would be discussing the upcoming launch of NASA’s next planet hunter, the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS)? Silence, MIAs, Bracca, TESS... adds up. St. Tony the Lombardier could be a miracle worker, or, as Noelle would put it, working very hard to maximize sh value. Which is it?
Likely its the awards from when he came on as whatever he was before ICEO, COO? Have nothing to back it up except I thought his anniversary is around now.
He's my hero at $10. In fact, I'll take back everything nasty, outright or inferred, said about him. No more Lombardment humor, ever. Guaranteed.
The good news is AH stops it on my screen.
Is it the same with a paid feed? Likely not... be my guess.
or this...
Surprised someone hasn't accessed satellite imagery at open/close times, or at least deployed a drone at those times. My apologies if someone has and posted the results. That way we know if the aliens have a black out dome over the area, or its been decreed by the following in no particular order of importance, other than that which is imagined by the author, NSA, NASA, NOAA, NRC, NRA, NEA, NBA, NFL, NHL, NOW, NAM, and last but most certainly not least, the NAACP, to be off limits to civilians, or not in membership of the above organizations. Our original agent Murraygreenthumb, is not trained in fieldcraft of the type required for the mission. Grab the nearest 12 yr old and get er done!
Whats funny is, since I dialed out the most of the missing 5 conversation other than what I was having fun with eg., EMP interference, aliens etc. I didn't know, or care for that matter, whether it was relevant. This is a hoot.
She's been on that page for at least 10-14 days, because that's when I found her... lol
Steve, go easy my man. Good luck.
steve, u borrowing against the mortgage guy? U "missed" the proxy result? U missed the dilutive raise? Just making sure bud.
Ask the believers in the "Pharmas have diff rules about reporting". My personal belief is that is hogwash. As to whether there is a scenario where avoiding the statuatory limits of ownership reporting is possible while maintaining control of the whole. Hell yes, thats what the Caymans are for. In this case, AMGN hiding? Highly doubt it. Not logical. Wtf would an AMGN skirt the law for Tony, Sara and Noelle? Come on... If they wanted more, they'd buy. People keep forgetting the dilution was near historic lows. Tony et al, saying reputable biotech investors paticipated. Over subscribed. Pharmas? Not likely...
GB Great wordsmithing per below
As is always the case, it depends on whose self-interests is threatened or whose ox is being gored. Insurers would no doubt carefully weigh the pros and cons of accelerated access to new treatments since they’re dominated by beady eyed actuaries, clothed in morbidity trending charts, and are by necessity slaves to the bottom line.
In my original post, I attempted to downsize the issues, perhaps unfairly so for this forum of fleeting thoughts, to make a point and enable a response. Nice job on the response. I agree 100% the faceless actuaries operate in a binary dominated demographic universe with little to no connection to the human outcomes. I also know the ultimate costs are what the local market will bear. I'll leave it at that for now.
GB Interesting post. Have you or anybody else here done any research into the insurers perspective on more rapid deployment of new therapies? By and large since insurers are footing the bill, along with govt, it stands to reason there would be more liability (cost) for them. I'm wondering about the tradeoff between the reduced time to market thus patients increased access, which is a (cost) to insurers and patients. Pharma benefits greatly no matter what, patients benefit but only to the extent they can afford the insurance which provides the therapy, while insurers take the big hit (who cares), especially if they can't worm out of responsibility for paying, or they can't pass the cost on everybody else. These are musings, nothing more. Perhaps not even germane for our purposes here but a piece of the puzzle nonetheless and perhaps food for thought.
Hov I disagree. The conspiracies are the most fun I've had on this board. As a practical matter there's only a few posters playing it relatively down the middle, so getting everybody speculating is a fun alternative to reality. The likes of which couldn't be worse, literally. Science guys like you lend a perspective often times divorced from the sp reality, which is also a good escape from the reality. I read your posts when I can.
I heard he was Hare today, Tortugas tomorrow.
We will have a better idea about the science when the 1st preclinical data for NEO is presented at upcoming conference. I think that's what I read. Hoping its stellar.
So his old boss gets hired, then agrees to step up and take over, for sure no talking going on there right? All so Dan could sail away unstained as it were. Meanwhile doc lied to anybody who'd listen that he had no idea this was coming. On the flip side the company pr'd it as a resignation. Actually, it was a mutual con job in my view. All I can say is there better be some science behind all this. Or, the aliens turn out to be good guys.
So, just stumbled across this tidbit. I put ADXS HQ address in Google maps. What came up for me was the standard picture of the driveway and low rise bldg with a signpost with company names and arrows. Curious, I enlarged it and there was a Bracco Research on it. Presumably a part of Bracco Diagnostics, of which Tony was the COO. There wasn't an Advaxis on the sign post. Now it's not unusual in my experience with Google maps, especially research parks, to end up on wrong side of street or a building away. But, to find out Tony's ex is next door to ADXS is interesting at the least. Given the size of Princeton relative to the bio, life science, medical device community, overlap is inevitable, but the way this thing is playing
out, now with Tony's ex next door to Advaxis, lends itself to the current narrative of coincidence or by design. Wouldn't it be crazy if Bracco Diag was involved in this thing. In either case, for the folks running out of stuff to speculate, there may be something here. Donja called it, This is kinda Wellesian, as in Orson.
DOC, that DB didn't see his ouster coming? Then the company perpetuated the lie with the PR. Then radio silence... I've been on this for a long time. That's why I almost always figure most of what's going on is not in my interest. Sadly I've been spot on so far. Here's to change. Hoisting a nice Breakfast Stout...
I just knew there was more to the story so now I'm firmly in the 75-25 camp now. Orson and me have a lot in common. We know stuff.
GF, glad to know you've achieved a well situated, prosperous life. Here's to hoping ADXS adds to it.
If you were my gf, I'd want you to know the SAF runs clear down to east of San Diego from its starting point somewhere around Eureka, N Cali, kinda guessing on the north end but its somewhere around there. Don't worry though, ADXS getting bought out for 4 Billion so u can move to a safe zone!
First, the reference to Noelle in brackets, was like an afterthought. Note thereafter Noelle became interchangeable with "the company" or "they" but not by her name. The supposed phone call with "the company" while acknowledged as taking place today by Ms. Smith, yielded 0 information, other than to provide the means to convey your concerns to the company. She was putting the onus of response to you right back on "the company" by not providing any answers. It's classic evasion aka complete bullshit. My conclusion is they're running interference for ADXS, hiding something. Sorry, can't do any better than that lame ass conclusion. But its certainly not business as usual insofar as I'm familiar with.
Relax, ADXS WHQ is within the the EMP blackout zone caused by the alien craft that nobody can actually see, yet the evidence fits that it's there. Like to know what the hell they want. Noelle an alien, maybe? Sara likely. Lombo... Flunked the test. Stay tuned.
To be clear, I see the desirability of accelerated payments as an owner. In fact if the concept morphs to a sale I'm first in line to call the lombarder to put it on the ballot if it comes to that. I don't see lombo or a successor having the gumption to sell the company to accomplish it. Love to be proven wrong tho. I believe it's a sale or nothing regards accelerated payments from AMGN perspective.
Having not been privvy to pharma deals other than as an investor after the fact, but plenty of experience with contracts as a prime and as a sub/supplier, with completion bonds, and other contractual performance guarantees, I wonder in what form the guarantees were provided that ADXS had to provide AMGN, so that they wouldn't cash the checks and run off to Paraquay, or non perform in a way that materially affects AMGN, or at some point unilaterally stops their end of the relationship. This goes to the concept of accelerated payments and the contractual consequences. I can guaranfreakingtee handing 400 mil over to ADXS mgmt, with an interim ceo to boot ain't gonna happen. Just not gonna happen... Even with a new CEO, unless its an AMGN plant, forking over 400 mil, which they could buy the entire company for, it's not gonna happen. I sorta digressed there, but obviously there are no guarantees of results in bio, but there have to be penalties on the non performance (however that is defined) side of the process. As my dad used to say, the clauses that keep the honest guys honest.
Agree. Less silence is bigly better. Bring Noelle back from the Beach and put her on it! GO BLUE!
More is better... $10 enable me to change careers. Can move from the salad prep to the fry line. GO BLUE
$10 has a nice ring to it. However, mgmt could screw up a wet dream, so who knows.
$10 would be great. Why be greedy, when the whole enchilada could go down in flames. Just saying...
Hey bud, looking for payback vs Nova tonight. We cloned two of Big Mo today.
GO BLUE
