I was hoping it would go in the other direction today...
With the R/S expired... could this be a breakout day? #fingerscrossed
If people know it's off the table...
(Thanks for the note!). I'll continue to take a small flyer on GBHL. A more pressing matter is, for a media-driven company, their Web presence isn't very crisp. The pixelated images set a low standard. We'll see if they overcome.
Yep, RS is off the table come April 1. Let's keep reminding folks.
If he's a criminal, there's a public record. Your unwillingness to share that info casts doubt on your claim.
Hopefully the action will include an annual filing...
I just dove in with a small position. Let's hope this thing runs!
Thanks for your input!
So, if they don't communicate with us, then the discretionary approval expires. After which, they would have to put a new notice out about a reverse split? Or can they just up and split?
If there is no communication, though, the R/S should expire on its own.
Perhaps, but I believe they would have to communicate that us via a filing.
One week until the R/S expires. If it expires, you expect most investors will know? Could be some momentum starting on April 3.
Speaking of OTT and media companies, have any of you guys taken a flyer on $GBHL?
Yep. They are good with responding.
From my DD, I have a strong feeling they have working capital, which isn't exactly the same thing as financing. If they don't have any cash, then there are no less than five people working without pay (a good sign!). The big question is: how much time do they have to pull it off?
If you sent a note off to Zonzia, I'm curious if they responded. I don't need to details of the response. Were you satisfied with it?
My gut is it's "Go big or go home." All the chips are in. Next filing will tell the tale. Let's hope we're all winners.
The recent Blackbridge Capital filing was weird, because it only repeats their previous filing (without the figures) in the middle of last year. The gist I get was that Blackbridge is, in a sense, saying "We have no stake in Zonzia."
Unless I missed it before, there is more detail on Zonzia's involvement in the Great American Pitch Fest this coming June.

I'm sharing this now, since this board has been much more supportive of ZONX lately. :)
I surely hope he simply moved on to support things he believes in.
490k has plenty of upside with this startup. Let's not get in its way. That was my issue with that dude. I prefer he finds another board.
His reckless comments are a feature of any Google search on Zonzia. I now assume you're not invested in ZONX.
You had to ask?
I'm not surprised! You should notify the company too. Perhaps that'll spur them on to issue a filing.
I saw the keynote at SME on the 16th is Amazon Channels. Zonzia, I believe, has a base in New York City. I would think Zonzia would attend.
A few? I had you pegged as the guy who bought the one share.
Well the first six trades posted in a span of 23 seconds...
Where did this dip come from? One seller on multiple trades?
Thanks for the insight! I guess we'll see if the option expires quietly, or with a statement from the company.
Do you think they'll miss the annual report, too?
Speculative, I admit. I just can't imagine them not being in attendance. At the very least, it's a calendar date to pay attention to.
Streaming Media East is set for May 16-17 in New York. If my theory about CES driving the early January run, we may see a small bump out of this conference.
I hate seeing the bid down at $0.0005.
Well, it wasn't a bad day. Good to see three buys today.
The next bridge to cross is their annual filing. They indicated that we shouldn't expect one. But we'll see what happens if March 31 comes and goes without a filing.
My gut is they issued the Feb. 3 letter because they are still committed. Fingers crossed!
It's been slow... You know the saying, though, "it's always darkest before the dawn."
Yep! I don't expect much out of the filing at this juncture, but I am expecting a filing. Let's see how this plays out.
Netflix up 40%?! That's IHuser's first good argument in favor of Zonzia in weeks. The momentum in the OTT industry is a positive sign for this startup. I like ZONX's chances more and more every day.
Gotcha now. In my opinion, the green check mark was restored by the OTC site, which is why the date of verification remains 11/08/2016.
My prior statement was regarding him contacting the OTC site, and not Zonzia.
