“We are pleased to sign these MOUs with GTEC and ITSARI and to continue to expand the reach of our atmospheric water generators throughout regions that are being decimated by drought,” said Keith White, Founder and CEO of Ambient Water. “The drought in Mexico is one of the worst in its history, paralleling the water scarcity struggles felt by its neighbor to the north, the United States, while the drought ravaging the Caribbean continues to have great impact on the Dominican Republic. These agreements will enable us to broaden the distribution of our technology and increase sales, while putting our technology into the hands of those that need it most.”
The MOUs enable GTEC and ITSARI to establish a sales, distribution, and marketing cycle in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, respectively, for the AW2500, Ambient Water’s residential model of its atmospheric water generation technology, which can produce up to five gallons of drinkable water per day from the humidity that exists in the air. Additionally, both GTEC and Moya will sell Ambient Water’s commercial products, capable of producing several hundred gallons of water per day, making them an ideal solution for bulk water needs.
Ambient Water’s patented atmospheric water generation technology literally makes water out of thin air, transforming humidity into an abundant source of clean water near the point of use. With multiple systems already commercially available or in development, the Company’s technology produces clean and fresh water for a host of commercial industries, including oil and gas exploration and farming, while also providing fresh drinking water for homes, offices, and communities.

The global AWG market is expected to reach USD 4.74 billion by 2024, according to a new report by Grand View Research, Inc. Increasing installations of AWG at commercial places such as banks, educational institutes, and municipal agencies is anticipated to have a positive impact on the industry growth over the next eight years.
Atmospheric water generator requirements for industrial and commercial applications are formulated primarily on the basis of water output. Efforts taken by key manufacturers and research institutes to enhance performance efficiency and reduce power consumption is expected to open new avenues for the product over the forecast period. Capital investment, maintenance cost, and power consumption are the key criteria influencing the buyers, especially from the residential application. As a result, the industry players are expected to invest more on innovation in the existing manufacturing process and technology used for water generation.
The industry is in its nascent stages with a few number of manufacturers. Rising demand for the product, particularly in water deficit regions, is expected to foresee opportunities for new market players. However, a limited number of manufacturers in the market is expected to foresee price wars which are likely to increase industry rivalry over the forecast period. A large number of buyers for AWG are concentrated in Latin America and MEA owing to water scarcity issues in the region

The Middle East has had conditions of drought since 1998, with a recent NASA study finding that
the current water shortage is the worst in the region in the past 900 years. The drought was
most severe between 2007-2010, but with little relief the region has failed to recover. As such,
government leaders across the Middle East are seeking out technology solutions that can ease
the water scarcity issues and bring some relief to the people who live there. Company
representatives have had extensive conversations with leaders in the region, resulting in
significant interest and positive feedback around the purchase and implementation of its
atmospheric water generation technology, including its newly launched AW800, the AW400
unit, the M2500, and the AW20K.
Saudi Arabia. The drought in Saudi Arabia has gotten so bad that it can no longer grow its own
alfalfa to feed its cows, forcing the country to outsource the need to the United States. With
170,000 cows within its borders, Saudi Arabia must now pay the U.S. to grow the crop that feeds
them because its homeland is not environmentally able to do so.
United Arab Emirates. As its reservoirs run dry, the UAE has searched for ways to bring itself out
of drought, including building a mountain that would increase rainfall. A recent report predicts
that parts of the region will be uninhabitable by 2050 due to extreme heat made worse by
climate change, meaning natural resources are going to continue to run dry.
The fulfilled sales orders were for Ambient Water's residential unit, the AW2500, which can produce up to five gallons of clean, drinkable water per day solely from the humidity that already exists in the air. The units will be used throughout small businesses in both Mexico and Peru, where drought has been rampant over the last year. Due to positive feedback from its networks in each country, Ambient Water anticipates follow-on orders in the near future, including possible orders of the AW800, which it recently demonstrated in Houston, Texas.

Agreed--def will bounce around down here but like we all know this is a long play and there's a lot of weak hands exiting
Just wait til the dang end of the month. This shit is going to be big and there will be a run.
Nah that wouldn't make sense to do that right now. Volume too low
We ride!!! AWGI TO COPPER
Exactly. This is a long play, end of the month we may see some progress
I agree
In all honesty, every brewer should have a product like this
I agree but what about the hospital partnership, these types of clinics are great verticals as well with money to spend
Thx BH glad to have you hear
How much water can be produced with Ambient Water products?
Water production can range from up to five gallons/19 liters per day for the household and office models, to more than 400 gallons/1,500 liters per day for the community or commercial models, and even more through modular aggregation of these units. With the introduction of the Ambient Water 20K, more than 20,000 gallons/75,000 liters of water per day can be produced with just a single unit. Water generation efficiency depends on average temperature and relative humidity. When humidity is high, water can be generated and stored for use when humidity is significantly lower. Tables indicating the water production rate at various temperature and humidity conditions are provided in the data sheets for each unit.
Ambient Water products are designed to operate continuously and only require modest periodic maintenance consisting of filter changes and general cleaning.
Ambient Water's commercial and community products have an option of remote monitoring via internet service that allows for predicting scheduled maintenance and monitoring of key operational parameters of the equipment.
Air filters should be replaced four to six times a year depending on local atmospheric conditions. Water filters should be replaced two to four times per year depending on the model in service. These cartridges take only minutes to replace using an automated system shutdown feature. Typically no compressor maintenance is required.
"Our technology will work anywhere with a temperate climate and moderate to high humidity. Our systems do not need the weather fronts and mountain ranges which usually produce rainfall."

All Ambient Water models use electricity with one special model using waste oil as the primary source of energy. Ambient Water may develop options for using wind and solar energy in the future.
The residential Model 2500, for use in the home and office, uses 550 watts of electricity.
The power source for the Ambient Water 400 is three-phase electrical power; the unit can be easily integrated into the existing electrical utility system, using 25kW of energy.
What are the advantages of Ambient Water products?
There are several notable aspects that define Ambient Water as a leader in the atmospheric water generation industry. These are:
Products can run on 100% outside air, which is essential for high condensate production.
Patented and exclusive coil coating or stainless steel coils used to eliminate metal oxide contamination or bacterial deposits.
Advanced filtering technology to ensure a reliable supply of fresh, pure, clean drinking water.
Easy to use, just turn it on and open the tap to get water.
Easy to maintain, just replace water and air filters periodically per manufacturer’s guidelines and do some occasional cleaning.
Commercial and Community water units can provide scalable solutions for delivery of clean drinking water by linking multiple units to meet volume demands.
Employs a high standard of 99.9% purification of water from bacteria, known viruses, air pollution and metal oxides.
Unit performance and maintenance needs can be monitored remotely by Ambient Water (commercial and community models only).
How pure is the water produced?
The water produced by Ambient Water products is 99.9% free of impurities, which means it is free from bacteria, known viruses, air pollution and metal oxide contamination. The advanced filtering process works all day and night, non-stop, maintaining an optimal level of purification. Water is channeled through several types of filters depending on the model, including an activated carbon filter, as well as the innovative HaloPure filter by world-renowned water purification company HaloSource (www.halosource.com).
Water filtered with Ambient Water's technology has low TDS (Total Dissolved Solids, which is the amount of all inorganic and organic substances in the water).
Ambient Water products collect water from humidity in the atmosphere. This air is chilled to the “dew point” and the moisture is condensed onto patented, stainless steel or specially coated coils, then channeled through advanced filtering chambers to provide a reliable source of clean drinking water. This technology enables significant amounts of water to be extracted from the air and purified efficiently at a relatively low cost per liter or gallon.
The The Company's flagship atmospheric water generator, the AW400, has been installed adjacent to UCSD's Jacobs Medical Center, a state-of-the-art 245-bed medical and surgical specialty hospital opened in November of 2016. It is now fully functional onsite producing hundreds of gallons of potable water per day, to be used for landscaping (since there is no emergency situation, which is when the machine would serve in providing drinking water). However, Ambient Water is working with three of San Diego's finest and largest local breweries to begin providing the water for craft beer brewing, an opportunity that could provide an additional and sustainable water source.
"Water is obviously a key ingredient to the beer brewing process, so this is intriguing for us. The system generates clean and pure water, making it a great water source for brewers and the perfect canvas for exploring new styles and flavors," said Julia Cain, Director of Research & Development, Ballast Point Brewing Co. "Utilizing Ambient Water's atmospheric water generators could provide us with the water we need while bolstering our precious water supply. Plus, it's a great story to tell people they are drinking beer with natural condensation in it. Unique stories like that are what craft beer is all about."
The greatest benefit of the water produced from Ambient Water to the breweries is its purity. This allows the breweries to add their own ingredients to it to mimic water tastes from around the world, and brew beers that have never been tasted before. Water from an Ambient Water atmospheric water generator has only 7 PPM (particles per million), as compared to water from the City of San Diego that has 700 PPM.
"We are excited about this unique opportunity to work with three great breweries and further showcase the purity and drinkability of the water produced by our atmospheric water generators," said Keith White, CEO, Ambient Water. "Americans consume a lot of beer, and water is the main ingredient. Breweries, especially those producing craft, are seeking a sustainable water source that is cost efficient but also pure, allowing them to manipulate taste specific to the beer they are creating. We believe this partnership will open doors for us within the market, and allow for us to bring value back to our shareholders."
A 2012 study by The Beer Institute reports that the U.S. consumed an estimated 6.3 billion gallons of beer within that calendar year. As beer is made up of 90-95 percent water, the market opportunity for a sustainable source that produces water that is pure is quite significant. There are more than 2,800 craft breweries in the U.S. alone, providing Ambient Water with a significant market for its atmospheric water generation technology.
Ambient Water Inc. patented atmospheric water generation technology literally makes water out of thin air, transforming humidity into an abundant source of clean water near the point of use.
