You have go go back to 2016 to see these levels.
We are a much better company now.
The balance sheet too.
Mareen,
During the call tomorrow, I think you need to bring up that cleaver comment. I'd like to hear their response.
I would take it gladly if it brought us to the NASDAQ...
Respectability. The numbers look decent.
Eager to hear much more tomorrow.
Communication. Or lack of it.
I have two takes on this...
One) We all have blind faith and follow the trend of increased rev. and building a solid balance sheet. This will increase traction of CAPC as solid investment. Or might influence another company to take out CAPC.
Two) This one scares me: Long term relationships with the big box warehouses die and we have to find a new rev source.
I vote for plan A
Still not a fan of a cryptic company. But I guess controlled companies have nothing to fear.
BYT they could have pre announced earnings...
Clever. Just wait for the 10Q
Got to love that Bloomberg.
I posted previously...They had their last conference call end of March last year.
I do have High expectations for 2017.
Let's see.
Tick-Tock...Maybe for President's Day, we get some well needed NEWS?
I have never bought a stock so cryptic.
This lack of news is more of a bio-pharma company in phase 3 trials.
I doubt Stu and crew are working on that.
Not pleased about the lack of transparency. It has been their style.
3/28/2017 was the last conference call.
Guessing 14th or 15th
BTW...You may have to change your name to:
SZUMO!
After this explodes.
It may better describe you.
Glad to see you are taking a position in CAPC. Also well said re: your analysis of our little gem. This company has the makings of a real flyer.
Minus any PR, news, or exchange. I hope they address this @ the next conference call. One thing they do have, a profitable company.
SZUMI...you must be a genius...You are LONG!
got filled today @ .53
I dig it that Uranium gets it! It's not only the technical's indicate where the pps is going. It's the numbers behind the financials. The year end will solidify the company as a legit player. They are making money in a growing industry. And growing by leaps an bounds.
-0- debt.They are prime!
Predictions:
2018 $1.45 by august 15
2018 $1.96 year end
2019 $3.02 feb 15
Providing no take over.

I have a lot of the capc products, including the vanity light. Which the kids love. I just put the goose neck lights over the garage doors. They are all winners in my opinion. I am sticking with the company. If we end the year near this price we will close up near 15% for the year? Not a horrible return on the investment.
Skyrocket? Some of us have seen the skyrocket. I sold this stock @ .199 (rev. split)
This represents nearly $3.00 a share when generators were the hype.
It turned out to be only hype! Now we have a legitimate company with real products that consumers want (and need). No debt...a no brainer.
Can history repeat? You bet ya.
well said
The vanity light were purchased on line. I think Amazon, not sure. The Goose neck were purchased @ Costco. Which is my favorite all time Granny investment.

Any tax guys out there who know the implications of the new taxes?
How will this effect Capstone Companies?
Will CAPC pay less taxes and add $'s to EPS?
Welcome to CAPC.
They produce numbers. The stock will follow. If not...value investor or company will buy them...Who know maybe a POSTER!
JMO
Sellers were hitting the bid.
Folks were buying on the bid @ a lower price.
Who ever it was, if they flip look out.
maybe it's awaitingamove getting his stock back?
Message boards are here to inform and stimulate discussions. We have to call a spade a spade. We don't know how CPC Bulb preformed because we were not informed about it @ the conference call. Kind of surprising it was not brought up. The good news; it looks we will make our numbers despite the bulb results. Near 40 Mil. If we continue growth like this we can expect major results with regard to the stock price. Let's face it throwing things at a wall blindly and seeing what sticks is never a good strategy. I do have faith the Stu and Crew they are professionals (and not new to the game). That's why I'm in. One of our more frequent poster's here, mentioned it's not only the horse, but the jockey who wins (paraphrasing). We are at another major crossroad for CAPC. And I believe we are ready for the hurdle, Jockey and Horse!
The problem with that statement is, R&D and launch to into the bulb was significant. Any launch of a consumer product for this company means a great deal. They have to get it right. Same with the mystery product. Is that why there was no mention of the CPC Bulb on the conference call?
A fine trading session today.
I think this mat be it. End of the 40's.
For those who thought that we would have a pop today (myself among
you), I am left scratching my head. I am sure this is not your first
Rodeo for most of you. Most have seen this before. Share price often
does not make sense. IT does what it wants based on demand. I can
list hundreds of examples. HOWEVER! PPS will eventually catch up.
If not, Sharks come in for the easy target. This can't be the case
for CAPC. We are a controlled company.
One of the few good things of a management owned company.
No one company can do a hostile takeover.
I for one am not selling at these levels. I am a patient investor.
Not happy, but patient.
Radar...I be happy with a divining rod.
Yup...T minus 9
I posted last week we spoke to Brendan Hopkins.
This is the calm before the storm...
That's not power failure!
That's us.
bet your sweet arse you would!
If you bought CAPC in 2013 a short 4 years ago or so you bought it @ about a NICKLE. Stock is now trading @ .50
Profit baby. It's not me selling, but I understand it.
Buy it here @ .50 and sell it 5.00 would you do it?
I think you would pull the trigger in a heart beat.
I think many folks are too focused about the stock price. Stuart is focused on the big picture. Organic growth and delivering utilitarian consumer products that are needed in this ever changing world. We all saw it this summer with all the power outages. CAPC is LED power failure. In simple terms...a pure play. My lights (and not from a generator) went on this recent Northeast Storm, thank you CAPC. I think the price per share will right itself eventually. I don't think Stu and Co. are worried about PPS 1/2 as much as the investors that read this site. I see this on the NASDAQ within two years or less. Wait and see if I'm wrong.

OK! Here's the deal. As some of you know, Brendan Hopkins the new man handing Investor Relations is reaching out to individual investors. I had a conference call with Brendan, another investor (friend) and I. We spent a great time on the phone.
We both came to same conclusion. Cleaver guy. He and Stuart came to an arrangement that now was the time for a real IR guy. I know now we will be hearing a lot more about Capstone. The conference call is right around the bend (Nov. 16). Much will be answered on the call.
His number is 407-645-5295. His email is brendanhop@yahoo.com
My take on the call is awaitingamore is going to want his shares back.
I did read all the posts today. Great news about earnings. I think we all had high expectations. Another record and continued growth. Awesome. Now, what about the elephant in the room? What is the long term strategy. Not a word. What happens now after spending 80K :Buy Out/ Merger/ Pay the Taxes/ Special dividend? Lot's of questions. Not much transparency. Management feels at this time they don't need to enlighten us. Maybe a Big Surprise? I still think we are still way undervalued. JMO
ELED a P.O.S. company up 22% TOO
I made a sale @ 19.9
Call it nearly 3.00 in 2006 (that's reverse split #er's)
Then I added to my position on the way down. Now my cost basis is all
over the place. Either way. Still a profitable trade.
Not with Stu and crew.
It's a much better company now. Amazing how a news story about
Generators and Roof Tiles moved this stock on a hint that we were
going to make money on Hurricane Andrew(I think that was the storm?)
Imagine that...
A news story.
I believe "T minus 30"
Printing the close.
yeah...but what's the net
sad joke >.03 pre split
