Pennies are always worth getting in and out of quick. I got stuck holding the bags on this one.
It's a beautiful sight to correlate my bad investment choice and this stock.
I imagine we will see .0002 next week at this rate. There is no support, no new buys, and this company is doing nothing new.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
That is where we are at.
Very true,
I tried to ride the wave and get out and got stuck holding some bags. Either I will get out when the PPS one day rises again but I think we are going to be in the trips for a while. I will average down to exit without a loss haha.
Look at this stock. It's high was over 600% where it is now. This stock is sinking quicker than the Titanic.
I am debating on investing another 5k in this but I think I need it to trend down some more.
I hope to get some more @ .03-.04 but have enough of a fill if I dont.
It would be nice if we could get this in writing form Armen.
It would have much more of an impact.
Thank you stockforce for doing it.
That is 3% if I recall.
Just some interesting finds while looking into the history of Mark Pena.

Haha, fair enough.
If this company was serious they would have all of the projects etc in their reports.
Again, this is the difference between rookies and professionals.
Best of luck to all of you.
Based on the Florida Department of Transportation assessment there is not a large volume. What did it say 32k cars a day in a town of 4k.
All you got to do is call the city and see if they have even submitted any type of request :P
About 11,000 homes are planned for the Villages of Southern Oaks, the latest development project of The Villages.
An ordinance providing conceptual details of the project was reviewed Monday night by the Wildwood City Commission and will be voted on at a future meeting.
An earlier version of the ordinance would have permitted up to 20,300 homes on 4,518 acres. The project also will include about 328,000 square feet of commercial and retail space plus recreational facilities.
The Villages of Southern Oaks is separate from the Village of Fenney, currently under construction south of County Road 468 about four miles from State Road 44, which is the Villages current southern boundary. About 3,000 homes are planned for Fenney.
The Villages Land Co. acquired the Southern Oaks property earlier this year, located roughly along the Florida Turnpike between U.S. 301 and County Road 468.
At their meeting, commissioners reviewed several ordinances related to The Villages developments.
The first proposed ordinance spells out a 30-year development agreement between Wildwood and The Villages for Southern Oaks. It details architectural design standards, lot sizes, permitted uses, setbacks, storm water management and other requirements.
More land can be added to the agreement, but will require separate approval.
Despite the additional homes, a traffic study by consultant Kimley-Horn & Associates found that no new traffic improvements likely will be needed outside of the project area.
Commissioners also heard the first reading of an ordinance that will rezone more than 50 parcels comprising the entire property to a relatively new classification of age-restricted development. Most of the land currently is zoned agricultural.
A related ordinance involving the Villages Land Co. would rezone about 330 acres along U.S. 301 south of the Florida Turnpike from residential to agricultural.
Two ordinances related to the Village of Fenney also were reviewed by the commission.
A franchise agreement to provide garbage collection and recycling to Fenney through Tri-County Sanitation, the city’s contractor, was approved.
Commissioners also reviewed an ordinance to amend the Fenney development agreement to revise buffer requirements for adjacent property owned by the same developer. The ordinance will be voted on at a future meeting.
The commission took the first of two votes on an amendment to its comprehensive land-use plan incorporating changes that include The Villages projects. The amendment must be submitted for state review before a final vote occurs on May 8.
What about developments in Wildwood?
Major improvements, including a truck bypass around Coleman and widening to four lanes, are planned for U.S. 301 south of Wildwood.
Details about a Florida Department of Transportation study of the project were presented Monday night to the Wildwood City Commission. The study area is between State Road 44 and County Road 470.
That portion of U.S. 301 is expected to carry up to 34,000 vehicles daily by 2042, according to the study. Estimated project cost for widening U.S. 301 and building the truck bypass is nearly $194 million. Project design is funded for 2020, but construction and right-of-way acquisition are not yet in the state budget.
The proposed truck route would begin at the intersection of U.S. 301 and County Road 468 near the Village of Fenney and run southeast to connect with the highway south of Coleman. It would involve relocation of eight residents.
Truck traffic on the highway is expected to increase as the Monarch Industrial Park and the Wade Industrial Park, both along Interstate 75, are developed. Traffic congestion also is expected to rise with residential developments that include Fenney, the Villages of Southern Oaks and the proposed Landstone development along CR 470.
Road improvements would be designed to accommodate pedestrians and bicyclists.
Roundabouts are being considered for the intersections of U.S. 301 and CR 468 and the intersection of U.S. 301 and County Road 525.
A public hearing on the project is planned for September with study completion during the summer of 2018.
The FDOT studies will review project impacts on residential relocation, wetlands, drainage, wildlife, historical and archaeological sites, flood plains, utilities and potential contamination sites.
Thirty historic sites in the project area are eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places, many in Coleman. Of 48 sites studied for contamination, nine were determined high risk.
Related road projects include the new Florida Turnpike interchange at CR 468: widening CR 468 to four lanes between the turnpike and U.S. 301; and widening of County Road 501 to four lanes between county roads 468 and 470. FDOT also is looking at improvements to CR 470 between U.S. 301 and the turnpike.
CR 525, a new two-lane road, is planned near the Wade Industrial Park and a new I-75 interchange has been proposed at CR 468. FDOT also is looking at revamping for the turnpike interchange at I-75, which includes widening northbound I-75 south of the interchange.
Wildwood:
Small town w/ an aging population:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wildwood%2C_Florida
About 17.3% of families and 21.7% of the population were below the poverty line, including 39.6% of those under age 18 and 8.1% of those age 65 or over.
Wildwood is located at the juncture of Interstate 75, Florida's Turnpike, State Road 44, and U.S. Highway 301. For many years Wildwood was the northern control city on Turnpike road signs however this was replaced with Ocala, Florida beginning in 2007. Because of its centralized location and easy access to both coasts, it is often referred to as "The Crossroads of Florida". CSX railroad also has a station located on Main Street in Wildwood. The station was also a stop along Amtrak's national commuter route until 2004.[9] Today, the former station is a CSX maintenance yard. In addition there is an abandoned railroad spur owned by the Florida Midland Railroad that once led to Leesburg, but now runs along County Road 44A and was the home for some abandoned freight cars until some point in the first decade of the 21st Century.
In the 20th Century Wildwood was the dividing yard for the Seaboard Airline Railroad (Seaboard Coastline in later years) where southbound passenger trains were divided up into east coast (Miami) and west coast (Tampa and south) sections and northbound trains from both coasts joined together.
We win some and lose some. This company is a joke.
They have taken an interest to take off 3% of the total shares if the shares out there are 1.5 Billion.
Sure, I will help and take 20k off that wall.
We need facts which are elusive with this one.
If I recall there was supposed to be news last week. Did I miss something?
I got on the hype train and am down. I figured I might as well average down and see what direction this stock goes. I have a reasonable amount to justify an average down but not enough to lose my shirt over. I think it will touch 15 again.
Looks like you and I get to ride this one out or into the sunset lol
Put in an order at 15. I just missed that boat barely. We will see how the next two days go.
That was absolutely an answer and appreciate your input. I think this is going to be a stock I just accumulate and forget as I do.
Thank you for your response Funman. I always appreciate your insight.
I just added money to my Robinhood account. I am going to get another position. My money is currently tied up in two other stocks but can't miss out on ROX.
What do you estimate the PPS could be (range) in the next year.
It appears the board of directors need to be removed and the shareholders revolt.
I think I need to pick up some more shares! I am always impressed by this stock.
Spider, please tell me some companies that would be a better investment than RXMD.
I have no idea with this one and that is the fun of it. Don't risk what you can't lose with this one (or any). If this is not a scam then I will be thoroughly impressed they operated a successful company with so many red flags.
You and I both. I knew on this one there was a chance of getting screwed so I can only kick myself in the butt for it.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Very well said! I couldn't agree more.
Of course,
I plan on purchasing more shares shortly. I have a few plays I am currently trying to wrap up but I think overall this is a safe play.
Slow organic growth, understandable business plan, integrating their business model with local small systems, and much more.
Something that should be considered is when they integrate the tech it will allow to help in the continuum of care. By this I mean often med reconciliation and discharge planning to ALF, SNF, and AFC are challenging to say the least. If they use a software platform w/ the machine they have installed it could be a very interesting catalyst for business lines IMHO.
I am comfortable with the 10% given the current climate around the ACA. Many healthcare organizations either stopped expanding or did significant cutbacks in case the bill was repealed.
We heard it from Ms. Mars that they were uncertain on the future of RXMD if it did in fact get repealed.
There is still a lot of uncertainty surrounding that and other safety net programs which in turn could impact all the industries downstream. The industry as a whole will only grow as long as their is insurance to cover the bulk of the costs. If the bottom of the insured drops out we could see declines across the board.
Here is a report specifically on FL uninsured rates:
From 2014 to 2015, the percentage of Floridians without health insurance dropped from 16.6 to 13.3 percent, according to new U.S. Census data. This represents almost 600,000 additional Floridians who are covered. Still, 2.6 million remain without coverage. This is good news, but the news could be much better if the state had expanded Medicaid.
Despite the reduction, Florida has the 46th lowest health insurance coverage rate, better only than Texas (17.1 percent), Alaska (14.9 percent), and Georgia and Oklahoma (13.9 percent each). The national uninsured rate is 9.1 percent.
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is largely responsible for the decline in uninsured people in Florida and nationally, by expanding access to health insurance to millions of Americans. The ACA created a health insurance marketplace, through which families can compare prices and benefits of health care plans. Many of these people receive federal subsidies through ACA to offset premiums and out-of-pocket health costs.
The ACA also provides that states can expand Medicaid to families who earn up to $33,534 per year for a family of four (138 percent of the federal poverty rate). A Supreme Court ruling allowed states to decide whether to extend health care benefits to these families and accept the federal funding to do so.
Florida is one of the 19 states that has chosen not to expand Medicaid. As a result, the state has missed an opportunity to decrease its rate of uninsured by an even greater amount. State policy makers should take advantage of the opportunity provided by the ACA and expand Medicaid giving many more struggling residents the many benefits of health insurance coverage.
Medicaid is good for people, communities, and the state
Kids who receive care through Medicaid do better in school and become more productive adults. They miss fewer school days due to illness or injury and are more likely to finish high school, attend college, and graduate from college. As adults, they earn more and have fewer emergency room visits and hospitalizations.
Medicaid is cost-effective.Medicaid’s costs per beneficiary are far lower and have grown more slowly than private insurance.
Medicaid expansion saves states money. The federal government pays no less than 90 percent of the entire cost of expanding Medicaid. In states that have expanded Medicaid, hospitals are treating fewer uninsured patients and covering people with more expensive medical needs under the higher federal reimbursement rate. As a result, states, hospitals and families are saving money.[ii]
Medicaid has improved the health of millions of Americans. In Oregon, for example, people participating in Medicaid were more likely to receive preventive care, have a primary care doctor, and to receive a diagnosis and treatment of common problems, like depression and diabetes. As a result, they were 40 percent less likely to have health problems in the last six months compared to people without health insurance.
Medicaid expansion benefits a broad range of people. It has provided insurance to those more likely to lack coverage, like racial and ethnic minorities, young adults, part-time workers, people with less education, and low-income families. The uninsured African-American population has decreased by 2.9 percentage points; the uninsured White population by 3.3 percentage points and the uninsured Latino population has decreased by 5.3 percentage points. Also, uninsured families with an annual income below 138 percent of the Federal Poverty level has declined by 4.3 percentage points. Expanding Medicaid could also help to stem the disturbing tide of substance abuse and death among less-educated whites that recent research has documented.[iii]

With new technology there is always a high entry cost (Health Care Macro Econ.
Hopefully they try to control and roll-out the tech appropriately. I have very little trust in their ability to manage contracts as of late.
That was a very well written response and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If he does apply your suggestions I have no doubt that it will help increase the inherent value of the stock.
With that said, I still hold fast that if you are submitting legal documentation it should be checked for grammar first. As I have alluded to in previous posts when being litigated it matters.
I think we will see trips again for a few months until we see any upward movement.
I think it will retest .005 after bottoming out.
I imagine if you hold on to this for a while you will see 3's again albeit not for some time.
Don't tease me like that :P
I am considering selling off my shares and buying back in lower.
Decisions- Decisions
I been watching it on my Robinhood Account. I was looking to see if there were any news pieces out but it appear institutional investors are putting there money into it:
https://midwaymonitor.com/are-institutions-giving-flexible-solutions-international-inc-asxfsi-a-vote-of-confidence/64587/
Outside of that it looks like this little gem is just getting started. I looked at the 5 year chart and think that if FSI beat expectations quarterly report by at least 25% we should see a significant increase in share price.
You and I both! I am curious what the next few weeks will be like. I have averaged down to .0201 but I feel like it's a chase to the bottom right now. Even if I was to buy a million shares at ask I am pretty sure the stock would keep sinking.
The best we can do is hope.
