WM is a VERY HIGH RISK INVESTMENT
WM is dead, whoever owns patents now hopefully have deep pockets. This is a RISK INVESTMENT- either you believe patents are valuable or you don't. Patent value is never on the books (basic accounting) - the value is what someone is willing to pay for it.
I'm still buying, guess i have no common sense
Yes, no doubt WM is dead, but the 22 patents worldwide last for years. If you take a look at the revenue potential for MM it's in the $billions (IMO). This is why I believe patents are worth a $billion. A deep pocket company could control the market.
It's happening, Sri Lanks is the first to mandate meters (unfortunately we don't have patent in Sri Lanka)...other countries to follow
FARE has 22 patents around world for a MM that is unique in market- this is why stock is trading period...everyone know this!
Patents cover:
> auto and Moto (and elephants)
> App enabled
> Wi-fy
> waterproof
> etc, etc
With a billion dollar market for MM...the value of IP is huge. I would holdout for $1 Billion....or part cash and part stock!
Why do naysayers post the same junk day after day....I know why.
Accumulation! Run baby run!
Sewer, I have a job so i have no time/ interest is answering all your questions. Many believe patents are valuable someday but no doubt it will take a larger company to market the MM. I advise you consider selling you shares
It means Sri Lanka is the FIRST Gov't to mandate digital meters....
Sri Lanka is just tiny little Island with 486,000 taxi's....image opportunity in Africa, Europe, Asia, India, etc.
tell the Sri Lanka product that their meter is useless...Mandates, Man!
No product can dominate every country such as Sri Lanks. I doubt they will make much headway in Europe, Africa, So. America, Asia, etc.
The worldwide market is worth BILLIONS! and the patents are very, very valuable
In 22 countries the MM is untouchable!....that's a FACT
FARE Patents provide:
> app enabled MM
> wireless
> GPS
> waterproof enclosure
> auto and moto support- including Elephants and Donkeys
> many other- read patents
> MOST IMPORTUNATELY- approved in 22 countries
With a Mandate or two, the patent value could be valued up to a billion dollars. It will be interesting to see what Giles has negotiated
Normally defunct companies the Volume grows to ZERO, Fare is different- they have 22 worldwide PATENTS that will be VALUABLE as the MM Market develops.
My guess they sold technology over a year ago to someone who has resources to wait for market to develop....we should know soon...IMO
To market MM will take many millions to inventory product and support worldwide sales.
Can't sell MM without mandates. WM was many years premature.
Yes, I agree completely, WM no longer exist- however it's assets (the 22 patents) have many years before they expire. IP (22 patents) is everything- this is what people invest in. Maybe the IP has been sold and an announcement will be made when there is a mandate for MM? Wouldn't make any sense to close deal until mandates!
Someone maybe with inside info is buying!
Many believe the patents in 22 countries is valuable to someone. UBER or other would be the prime candidates to buy patents. I doubt anything will happen until a gov't mandates a MM...until then the value of patents is far less. Hopefully, WM negotiated a price with 'MANDATES'
It will be interesting to see what transpires in the next few weeks. Maybe WM has partnered with another company that can manufacture and market the MM. To deliver on a contract they will need a very large inventory on hand- this may take many millions of dollars in inventory, not to mention an in-country support/service team. Only a large company (UBER or other) can do this...IMO
Jeep, why would you say that- you're the one who pointed out last 10q stated YES launch this year 3rd qtr....JUST THE FACTS MAN!
per last 10q, WM launching YES next quarter- where will the money come from???
There is a reason WM filed the last 10q a few months ago. A guess is that they have an agreement with someone to market MM when the market develops.
explain the recent 10q filing??
Jeep, No doubt you could be right or other?
I'm very surprised that there is NO PRESS on the MM anywhere is world- doesn't look good!
my guess deal was done a year ago
A forward thinking Taxi Meter Company might want to buy IP and control future market...IMO
I doubt Giles reads this board. If you're long you may need to wait months/ years before someone contracts for MM....FARE may be a long, long shot...not for everyone.
I look for an Indian Taxi Meter company to license MM
Mandates for MM will happen IMO. One mandate and others will follow= just a matter of time. No one understands the potential revenue better than management and UBER, Lyft, etc. Plans are in place!
Nice volume today....maybe someone knows something?
Yes, early Investment Bankers bankrolled Management's ability to bring a product to market. What's different about FARE is that they developed a product with patents in 22 countries that could be game changing. The patents are valuable to anyone who owns them....when gov'ts mandate meters for moto taxi's. Why wouldn't gov'ts mandate moto meters- they mandate auto taxi's? Seems like common sense to me.
many invested in the patents not WM management. I'm confident a gov't entity will someday mandate the MM. Makes sense to me.
With a Market Cap of less than $1M, i'm buying (but not recommending as this is a high risk speculative stock)
A possible scenario is that the patents are sold outright to a deep pocket company that can market around the world and has contacts with gov't entities that make transportation legislation. Patent sell proceeds would be distribute in cash (or stock) to WM shareholders that own patents.
Selling to a new company without gov't contacts would be a 'kiss of death'. To market to gov'ts takes very deep pockets, lobbyist, marketing, etc. etc.
yes, the patents could be worth billions to someone who can market them!
patents last for years- the first and only app enabled taxi meter...you can't hold back innovations!
