Colorado treating marijuana ads as more objectionable than ads for alcoholic beverages

Totally agree, day traders must have a terrible time trying to make that few dollars here. But you cant stop the tide from rising and patience will pay off
It's a pity they don't sell those super lettuce here on the West Coast. Would love to try a super salad. There is a huge market here in Los Angeles. Many health freaks around, its Hollywood yo. Traveled in Uta recently and lettuce only come in your burger and fish is considered vegetarian food.
lol TRTC is rocking out from here, no matter what you think
Darned, where is the ALL CAPS, you breaking character
You are the Prof so should not be so hard to figure out that TRTC had nothing to do with the writing of this article and that Rob Hunt expressed his impression of TRTC. If you missed it, his name is Rob Hunt, partner at Tuatara Capital, do some DD Dude.
Im sure you right, Glad I did not spend money on this lame board. Go TRTC!
Nothing anyone says about TRTC can change what will happen in the next few months and most posts on this board is strictly for entertainment purposes. TRTC will stay in this range in anticipation of Q2 results. Shortly after, no matter the result, it will move higher in anticipation of Legalization in some states in November and will then be ready for most to dump their shares in anticipation of the R/S. Play it how you will, but that's the truth. Timing is everything!
Yes apparently it is suppose to be funny. TRTC is green everyday. Look at the chart, sneaking north, and that's no joke!
Very Interesting!

That is an excellent point. I understand why some investors are disappointed with TRTC, and I am sure most have a position here anyway for exactly that reason.
Glad you asked. You see its not about investing your lifesaving, the kids collage fund or the rent here. Here you use your risk money since it IS a gamble and whomever has taken it that way has made a shyte load of money over the past couple years. However, this gamble is stepping into the limelight as the real deal. So a smart gambler will double down.
If you have shortsighted glasses on yes. More dispensaries means keeping up with demand when it all comes together. sigh...
Yep, if I was DP I would also do that...So I can jeopardize all the hard work I put in to bring my company this far. Ruin the possibility to be the next Starbuck and possibility spend some time in jail. I would pull shenanigans to miss out on the awesome ride that is due and taking off knowing any pot business is under huge scrutiny by the hawks. Sound about right?
Cali is going legal, no money to fight this in November
The campaign Californians to Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana While Protecting Children has raised over $3.7 million so far for the initiative. Facebook’s ex- president Sean Parker, legalization advocacy group Drug Policy Action and a committee funded by the firm Weedmaps, which helps consumers locate pot shops are some major contributors.
The Coalition for Responsible Drug Policies is the biggest group opposing the initiative. The coalition consists of law enforcement and health groups such as the California Police Chiefs Association, the California Hospital Association and the California State Sheriffs’ Association. According to the coalition, legalization will lead to more drugged-driving, allow dealers of hard drugs to have a significant role in the new industry and make marijuana more accessible to non-adults. They have raised close $125,000 so far from groups like the Association of Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs State PAC and the Los Angeles County Professional Peace Officers Association.
Say goodbye now, the train for DOLLARLAND is leaving the station. Last chance to get aboard...
OK!
"Both.are.FACTS...TRTC will report a big loss, and JULY has been terrible for TRTC in past years."
"TRTC will report a big loss" - Fact? Please give concrete evidence for this statement. One can not state a future event as fact, it is merely a guess or perhaps a wish in this case.
My facts were checked!
However, in the article you posted there is no reference that growers are actually for profit but that the full effect of the law will take place in 2018.
"There are a bunch of marijuana businesses in California, the vast majority of which are organized as state nonprofit mutual benefit corporations (NBMCs). Under current California law, there is no strong argument that marijuana sales by for profit companies are legal and S.B. 420 specifically states that it does not authorize “any individual or group to cultivate or distribute marijuana for profit,” which is why we have so many nonprofits there. This is true in many other states too. Cannabis possession by medical patients was legalized, but businesses were not, so different forms of nonprofit cannabis clubs developed."

Now what laws are those LAWs that take full effect in 2018?
http://www.cannalawblog.com/californias-new-medical-marijuana-rules-what-you-need-to-know-now/
Enjoy the read, its pretty straight forward
Not for profit is a type of organization that does not earn profits for its owners – yes! All of the money earned is used in pursuing the organization's objectives. Well now what could that be? You have TRTC preparing the company for a major increase in clientele, legalization with law changes around IRS and banking in the near future. If I was DP, I would have plenty opportunity to zero out the profit in the name of… expansion - increasing infrastructure, building out dispensaries etc, etc, etc. Remember, they pay IRS taxes and cannot deduct expenses incurred by operations, have overhead to cover, employees to pay. I challenge anyone to start or run a business without deducting expenses.
California has NON PROFIT Laws for MJ, so yes they can not show a profit...meaning, break even or zeroed out
TRTC is expanding setting up for events to unfold to handle volume when it happens. That takes money without any banking.
I think it does. TRTC provides pure and safe product (Fact) in a legal manner. Decriminalization means more clients with less clients in jail. TRTC is the leader to invest in as it stands
Perhaps, but more so, no more race and drug wars that damage people and their families for absolutely no reason
NO selling either, shows lots of interest
Thanks for sharing. Love DP! Just listen to him and tell me he has it all wrong. Pfff...you cant make a profit in Cali cause it's NON PROFIT - THE LAW and Blum Oakland is zeroed out. Dude cant even get life insurance or any insurance cause he is in the MJ business, yet he lives, eat and sleep MJ (So do I). Tell me, was KFI AM 640, a National station, paid by TRTC to do this interview. HAHA ignore all the negative, this is going all the way to the top. Just wait!
Yea! I will fly to Vegas just to get that Durban Poison flavor, I grew up with that chit in South Africa, best medicine ever.
Blum - Las Vegas (Western Ave) Reviews
“Got that 41510 connection with DJ Franzen, ya heard!?! If it doesn't come in a jar, ask for the freshest crop, but that goes for anywhere. Get something from GLP, can't go wrong, all super organic under LEDs dialed in tight, all come in jars and their pre-rolls are superb. Hottest red head budtender in town, but don't be douchey tho... outta respect. Normally don't take budtenders recommendation but today I'm very pleased I did with the cookie cross, most pleased that it actually has the distinct Durban Poison flavor from the genetics which I was pleased to hear she knew. This spot is the shit and the atmosphere won't set off your anxiety plus they take their time and serve up medicine correctly for what you actually need... #gottrokies #CBDs”
“I have been to several dispensaries in town and none have made quite the impression Blum did. I had to write a review so everyone would know how great this new shop is! Their staff is awesome, friendly and prepared to answer any questions you have on their products. They have flowers, edibles, concentrates and hemp infused drinks! Def have to check this place out!”
Let's keep it real! LOL The overall market is in free fall and still looking for a bottom while TRTC is holding steady in the green. Nothing anyone can say will change this fact. TRTC is boldly going where no other stock is going - GO TRTC
Five words - to the moon we go...
Go TRTC
Yes! So logically they have to move it to a new schedule. The best solution would be: The DEA, Downey said, “could partially legalize medical marijuana, and the federal government could usher in a new era with a comprehensive and multi-structural approach to pot policy” by rescheduling cannabis to a “federal prescription system,” leaving state decisions on medical and recreational use intact.
If this indeed is the DEA recommendation, the "new era with a comprehensive and multi-structural approach to pot policy means banking and tax restructure. The MJ sector will blast off when that happens...LOL and soon.
It so ironic, DEA guy says “We have limited resources, remember,” Baer said. “Marijuana is important, but our efforts are mainly focused on the nation’s growing opioid crisis,” Really - important! Marijuana is a very important alternative treatment for opioid addiction. So quit messing around and legalize it already, get the testing done on MJ and save lives, DEA!
The dude investigated by Sec is a bad guy, sat in jail for years. LOL DP is squeaky clean and file his shyte on time, every time!
Thanks for posting, very interesting read!
In California - “Labs that make butane hash oil — highly concentrated forms of cannabis also known as dabs — are illegal under state laws aimed at banning methamphetamine production.”
Also...
“Butane extraction is one popular alternative method to CO2 extraction in the cannabis industry. However, James Slatic, CEO of MedWest Distribution, points out that butane can “potentially leave heavy metals behind in the finished product.” Cant have that in a medicine, imagine you have heavy metals in your Tylenol.
https://www.medicaljane.com/2014/04/11/supercritical-carbon-dioxide-co2-extraction-pure-cannabis-oil/
I totally agree, I dont want my meds to have butane in it. That's why I love TRTC using the CO2 method, (as apparently this company was doing). But, this is about anyone that can talk garbage and DEA and authorities dieing to do a raid, this can happen with TRTC - yes? Need one bad apple. That's why you need activism.
HA HA They were all released with zero bail, and everyone is back at extracting, disgruntled employee started it all:
http://blog.sfgate.com/smellthetruth/2016/06/20/california-marijuana-company-beats-police-raid/
I wrote letters to all authorities, lol they even replied with a nice email.
That is great news, Democrats rule Cali and this is just the message of support MJ legislation needs in November. California is the sixth largest economy on the planet!
"The so-called Adult Use of Marijuana Act would legalize recreational pot use, allowing those 21 and older to possess and use up to an ounce. The measure would impose a 15% tax on retail sales of the drug and require the state to regulate the cultivation, distribution and sale of recreational marijuana."
Out of principle. This company had a walk through by city and state officials the day before. Would they do that if they had something to hide? Federal government should stay out of State MJ Business. Microsoft does business with the MJ sector and the sector goes up. It’s all connected. Who they raiding next, TRTC facilities?
The DEA should stop these raids. Just wrote letters to District Attorney, Sheriff, DEA and Santa Rosa City Manager:
Dear _____________,
This week Santa Rosa and Sonoma County law enforcement and the DEA (Federal Drug Enforcement Administration) closed down the facilities of CBD Guild, Care By Design and AbsoluteXtracts, medical marijuana companies operating in full compliance with California State Law.
I am one of tens of thousands of patients that use a medical marijuana product made at those facilities. I use it for a medical condition at the recommendation of my doctor. I use it because CBD Guild’s products are safely extracted, consistently formulated, lab tested, and clearly labeled.
This law enforcement action deprives patients like me of access to medical marijuana that is produced with exceptional attention to patient and community safety. This action also threatens the livelihood and employment of hundreds of Sonoma County residents.
Please allow CBD Guild operations to resume immediately, and restore patient access to their medicines.
Sincerely,
Just excellent, thanks for posting. DP is the cheerleader that says it the way I see it. Don't care what anybody says, DP rocks!
Can you believe it? The last effort of stopping the inevitable storm coming. Legally beat these @%#$% PLEASE! These days are over!:
