Indeed, all can see KAYS is a SCAM.
re:"In due time stores 3 & 4 will be open then the explosion in sales profits should start to be realized."
The once again promised New store(s) opening that there is still no sign of happening this summer as stated is not going to change the fact that the two stores they are currently operating are selling 50% less than the average for a MMJ shop in Oregon.
This is KAYS competition just up the street from the 'Superstore' in Salem:
http://tlccanna.com/about/
Just another average shop in Oregon doing 50% or more revenue than KAYS 'Superstore'. And when you look around a little bit its easy to see why.
What exactly makes it SUPER again?
Is it the 15 strains on the menu?:

Competition has over 50!

SUPER SCAM is more like it!
Indeed, KAYS is like a soiled Baby, Sadly It hasn't kept up with the other youngsters in this sector.
Their alleged OTC 'competitor' has long left them in the dust at the same age of about 2 years with MILLIONS in revenue and a share price that has many investors like myself doubling their money.
And the local competition with 50% more revenues per store isn't going away any time soon.
If KAYS want to look like a grown up company one day it had better start by getting rid of the DIRTY consultants and auditors that it likes to hide in its diaper and then play catch up in the competitive arena or KAYS will soon be watching from the sidelines investing their ill-gotten dollars in the 'competition' like you and I already do.
Buying in the .05s to sell at .07 might make sense if there was any volume to speak of. As it stands though volume only picks up as it goes down into the .06s making it impossible to make any money on this POS.
I don't Agree, I said Maybe.
BTW. how is it that' production and selection is increasing 'n the grow when only 15 strains are available on the menu at the SUPERSHACK?
The Supershack: home of the film-flam, the Kaya Buddy, The cat in a bag, and various unsavory characters for your entertainment.
They need a disclaimer like the Lottery,
"For entertainment purposes only, Kaya Shack games are not to be used for investment purposes"

Washington loves Starbucks. KAYS in Oregon-Shop elsewhere.
KAYS Consultant and Auditor 100% Criminals!

Indeed, KAYS-2 retail MMJ stores-lots of unmet promises!
Indeed, The only honest people 'involved' with KAYS are the unsuspecting investors who W. Dave Jones, with Craig Frank's conspiration and assistance, are currently fleecing.
IMHO
I think you may be right! Does that mean they're trying to get a piece of the edible gardens market like their OTC 'competitor'? Smart!
I didn't think I could laugh any harder. I was wrong. Where's Craig? I think he must be at the head of the table running the meeting and manning the camera while W. Dave is counting the money in the mattress.
And the picture proves it, so there.ROTFLMAO!!
Yes, Jones needn't be an officer to scam investors:

One-time bad actors don’t always go that far, though they almost always attempt to conceal their unsavory pasts.
A case in point is William David Jones. Jones currently works with Kaya Holdings, Inc (KAYS) as a “consultant.”
KAYS is certainly a poorly disguised SCAM.
'Next report' 'next update' ' next store' 'next stores' ' next election' 'next year'
Next...
I-can-hardly-wait-to-see-the-next-dismal-reports full of pictures and disappointing numbers.
Irrelevant!!-As-1000%-is-what-KAYS-needed-to-be-on-par-with-average-shops in Oregon.
Not so spectacular when looked at in comparison to the average revenues of shops that don't grow their own!
Pretty Dismal actually!
It's untrue and fraudulent. Say what you will.
700 doesn't equal 620 and both numbers are irrelevant when looking at KAYS 'performance' when compared to the competition especially. With whatever percentage increase in revenues that KAYS has stated their current revenues according to 10k[best numbers to date] are still 50% LESS than the average dispensary in the state.
It's like saying I'm winning the race because I'm going 6 times faster( 30 miles per hour instead of 5)than I was before even though you are still being lapped by the competition in formula cars.
600, 700, 800 who cares if they can't keep up.
When it's SEC reporting, that difference is FRAUD!!
Glad you admit the numbers are Pumped up and inaccurate!
I agree, still not a 700%. increase reflected. Do the math if you can. Not that hard really.
Even when using the fourth quarter numbers that make a comparison of two stores to one and recreational sales increases [which is highly misleading and inappropriate when it comes to making comparisons] the math gives results[233,32/37549=620%]
So even when you look at the ambiguously worded statement of "700% increase of sales" which makes no mention of quarters or years the statement exaggerates[MISLEADS] by fluffing up the just over 600% figure up by an additional 80% of sheer B/S.
So at best Craig decided to 'round up' the true numbers by 80%! No surprise there in this Pump and Dump POS.
As these increases reflect another store which should result in a 100% increase, recreational sales which increased revenues in Oregon[not just Kaya shacks] between 300 - 500%, that 600% increase isn't that impressive.
Even less so in comparison to the competition, since any business in Oregon that went from 1 store to 2 and participated in the early rec sales program would have seen an increase of 600 -1000%.
And lets not forget that also includes whatever gains KAYS got from the alleged 6000 sf grow which by itself should be producing revenue in the millions by now!
PR doesn't=Proof in case you didn't know. 700% increase in sales is nowhere to be found when comparing financials.
Since y'all can't respond with proof of the math that KAYS hasn't GROSSLY EXAGGERATED REVENUE INCREASES. Here is proof of 700% B/S!:
Pretty misleading! Especially when you consider that Kaya Shack[opened july 2014] was open and generating revenues for only 6 months in 2014 with 74,000 reported in sales.
Thats equal to 12,000 per month in revenue per shop.
A 700% increase would mean a shop would need to sell 84,000 per month
Revenues stated for 2015 show 324k for 1 shop at 12 months and a second shop for 2 and a half months for a total equivalency of 14.5 open shop months for the year with an average revenue per shop per month of 22,300.
That's less than a 100% increase in revenues per shop per month. Nowhere near what a "700% increase in revenues" would lead one to believe, and well less than the 300% increase the average shop in Oregon saw with the introduction of recreational sales.
Even with the benefit of the doubt that Craig didn't think to make an objective monthly average comparison, can anyone explain to me how 324k[2015] is a 700% increase in sales from 77k[2014]?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I get 400 and considering the difference in shops open year to year using that number would be misleading all by itself, but 700% is unbelievable, sheesh!
I look at the picture of the trailer trash single-wide grow room/trim room/ processing room/dressingroom[is that really a plastic hanger that old guy is coughing on?] and wonder what are they doing with the other 5900 sf of 6000 sf grow that KAYS is tooting their horn about if they have to make their staff crowd together with the plants to cut them up.
Ricky from The Trailer Park Boys would be proud!
re:"they are performing very well" disagree. Maybe you can show us where that is reflected when compared to others in the state or in the OTC. Please in the form of real numbers, not more company PRs or pictures.
Dunno what chart shows, but less than $3000 on the best day of the week where $700-1000 in stock was sold per day sure don't look like anybody with any real money is loading up here. Betcha gramma who owns the trailer KAYS is growing in is though, her corncob pipe that is. Lol

Yes, Jones needn't be an officer to scam investors:
Agreed'ive looked as well and no evidence to support that wildly exaggerated claim.
Yes, I asked for evidence backing up the claim of 700%increases, none was provided. It doesn't matter how many times a lie is repeated it doesn't make it true.
It should be easy to tell by the comparative time frames for revenues where the 700% revenue increase occurred but I've looked at all the filings and that statement just isn't true.
Please, By all means, correct me if I'm wrong and show us the time periods compared where this is mathematically correct.
W. David Jones is smart enough to set up his scams with accomplices that won't draw suspicion to his game.
How do you think he keeps getting away with other people's money over and again?
Reading this might help:

KAYS is a SCAM. Much better off staying with your other investment in what some here are calling their competition. No competition imho just dilution scam pump + dump nonsense. No surprise with the players on the inside here.
So glad that you too can see how KAYS are misrepresenting their progress and put out misleading PRs.
re:"Revenues" even if that were true, which it isn't, KAYS revenue numbers are 50% or less than an average dispensary in Oregon and that is indisputable.
If you want anyone on this board to believe the 700% increase then show us the numbers that reflect that increase. When compared to when exactly?
