We don't get any benefit from calling for at least another week or so. When his help comes over we may be able to discern more information. I'll probably call around then.
All I know is the delay is in purpose and they're sending Frack someone to help him close up whatever they're delaying for.
Yesterday.
They're sending Frack someone to help with the snag in like a week. Hopefully that'll speed things up for us.
I promise you everything is fine, but you have no reason to believe the guy online. Just call him and hear him out.
Suit yourself man. You can only lead a horse to water.
For starters I believe the people who haven't spoken to him before would better understand his role in this and stop pointing the finger his way.
Call Frack if you have issues. I keep repeating that. It will likely take several tries to get through.
I'm a mod, but I can't remove another mods post.
He doesn't own any of the merging parties. He facilitates deals. He makes none of these calls. He's simply hired to see it through.
Everyone on this forum who has spoken to Frack is very content.
Personally, I hope it does go through one more month. I both long-term on taxes then, and will open up some more funds for cheap shares when everyone panics.
Doesn't sound like we're even close? What are you even talking about? Everything is done, and they're moving offices which is the last step.
I'm going to give him some space for a few weeks so it can play out a little bit. If we're waiting on the officers to sign off then pressuring Frack won't speed up the process any. Especially if they're doing something that takes a fixed timeframe like switching offices.
From here? Definitely. Even the first MM targets on the L2 are higher than $0.25.
Revs may not be a good indicator for us historically. Many of the mergers LoveYourNeighbor posted went well beyond their revs/PPS projections. Not to mention our float being so small, AND the first PR they give us.
I do know it was mentioned to me at one point months ago, but I asked him about it yesterday and he reasonably wouldn't answer the question.
I asked Frack about the March 31st target, and he essentially told me as soon as they sign it'll be announced.
I assume they aren't since they're moving offices stateside. I'm pretty certain Frack won't be staying. He just sees through the mergers.
They're setting up an office in Chicago. It was part of Lukin's phone call with Mr. Frack yesterday.
Just waiting for a signature. I assume they'll sign off when the office is finished up? If it isn't already.
Awesome. Point stands ladies and gents.
Keep standing in line; the roller coaster ride isn't too far away.
A very interesting point.
You have to light it up. I've had the best luck around 1:00 eastern. Some days he won't pick up at all. You just have to stay at it.

I encourage everyone to call Frack if you want some answers.
Be aware he's harder to get ahold of recently because he's been busier.
Frack told me back in September there won't be until the deal finalizes. They're very contrary, and I disagree with it, but what can be done?
I'm pretty certain the merger has been completed for months, but they're waiting on releasing the officer list until everything is cleared and caught up on the fins.
You do you man. I've been chatting with the guy seeing the deal through for over a year. If you think they're tossing the deal after dumping over a million dollars in it then I find that delusional.
His past 12 deals closed successfully. If you all want to sell, then knock it down. I'll sweep them up cheap.
After March I'd have a lot of questions since I was told the delays were all for the purpose of avoiding the next fiscal year.
Frack has kept me up to date every time I chat with him, so I don't have any concerns as of yet.
Does it not? If you have a relative pass away and sign off paperwork for an exchange of assets it takes over a month sometimes.
I have no idea what they have to sign or if they're even in the country at the moment. There are too many variables to label it with a timeframe. It could have to process through an establishment, they could need their legal teams available, or any number of reasons.
They can't go past March or they'll enter the next fiscal year on their filings.
You do you bud. All I know is his past 12 deals have been successes.
What I specifically know is "Everything is done. They just need to sign a couple things." That's what I was told on the 16th. I know they were over here a few weeks ago to "get approved," and that's about where my info stops.
Call Frack and take it up with him. He's just as butthurt as you this isn't finished.
Agreed.
For the record, we have 1/3 the float of OWCP, and twice the O/S and A/S.
They peaked at $3ish and stabilized a little over $2 before shorts took to play.
We could reasonably hit $1-$1.50.
Frack told both TJ and I that he had everything and was waiting on the Chinese officers to sign a final document.
They just need one final paper signed by the Chinese officers.
I have some funds clearing. I'll probably snag a final bit next week (if I can).
If they're as blunt in the rest of the new company description as they are about the merger, then we could expect an acquisition of a Samwell subsidiary. If so, revs will only be a part of our climb.
They won't post anything until whatever paper Frack needs is signed. I'm of the understanding it should still be under Ladybug on the NV SoS from how it was described to me.
Curious how long that paper will take and what it is.
Our merger is with Highin, and they have an acquisition undergoing from my understanding. No idea on any of their previous business history.
