No, don't e-mail him. Let him run the company. I'd rather have him working on business deals and improving the company than going through a stack of repetitive e-mails. PR and conference call will come in due time. GO GNPT!
I hope the run is nothing short of a marathon. Would like to see it get up to $0.20 by year's end. That might be a lot to ask, but it could happen.
I'm looking forward to an announcement on tire recycling and a contract with Atlanta or the State of Georgia. That would be big. What I would also like to see is a feasibility study looking into manufacturing biodiesel. If that would be a profitable venture, which I believe it would be, a contract with the City of Atlanta to provide fuel for their fleet would be huge. There are plenty of establishments in Atlanta that could provide cooking oil waste that could be converted into fuel. That would be a win all around. Thoughts?
Today's volume.
I'm absolutely blown away with today's volume. It should definitely get some attention this weekend and hopefully create a great run next week. While some people are upset with 9 million dilution (which is a big chunk of the float), the share price gave up little ground at the close. That is something that deserves a good look. There are enough people who see the huge potential in this company to purchase into the dilution. If there is another dip next week, I may buy more!
Living East of da 'Burgh. My brother moved to Myrtle Beach many years ago. He still comes up for Steelers games. Hasn't paid me a dime yet for his ticket. lol
Are you from da 'Burgh?
I bought into GNPT in March.
I continued to add to my position because of the company's fundamentals and outlook. If you haven't already done so, go to their board and listen to the CEO's interview that has been stickied. CEO admitted making a mistake with toxic financing, but the share dilution is almost over if it isn't already. Only 102 million shares in the float and a bank account greater than it's market value. It's a no brainer!
Hello!
My name is Dalegend27 and I'm a Green Parts-oholic. I took my first position in March of this year. I liked it so much, I took another position and then another and yet another. I have now purchased on 13 different occasions without selling. Yes, I have an addiction. Everything I've read and heard about GNPT gets better day after day. I did have an order to sell a position at 0.0056, but I cancelled that order tonight after reading all the comments posted today.
I told my cousin about my addiction and he took a position 2 weeks ago. He kicked his addiction today and sold at a profit. What a fool! I hope this runs fast and far so I can rub it in his face.
I have faith is Asif and believe in his plans for expansion. Oil recycling, tire recycling, clothing recycling, etc. Heck, I've even seen some people jumping on the recycling band wagon and recycling some of their previous GNPT posts!
Best of luck everyone. GO GNPT!!!
Welcome to the club! You're in a very elite group of investors. Feel free to invite all your friends. We ask that they take positions by slapping the ask, early and often.
I believe XXII should market to Newport smokers hard. With Red Sun being equal in price and a much better product, should be fairly easy to convert many over. But like you said, availability is the issue. Pass out the Red Sun flyers asking for shops to carry the product to those who try Red Sun. Brand awareness is the key. Let's make this product a monster.
I did a price comparison yesterday on Newports and Red Sun. Turns out Newports at the gas station are the same price as Red Sun at the SF store I went to. Would be great to convert Newport smokers to Red Sun.
Where do you work?
Someone dumped 600,000 shares. Could that be part of the convertible? You gotta be nuts to unload your shares at these prices.
NITE bumped their bid from 0.003 to 0.0035. Very nice. Wish someone would knock out their ask of 0.0036.
I concur. I'm curious to know who owns the most. lol
Since most of us if not all have a large stake in GNPT, do you think there is anything on our part we can do to help this company grow? Maybe send Asif an e-mail asking him. Just a thought.
I can't wait to be done with these convertibles. Once finished, would be nice to see a press release about it. Then get a PR regarding refinancing from the double digit interest rate loans to a single digit interest rate. Third, a PR regarding partners and recycling of tires, oil and clothing. A lot of potential here.
Hold? Heck, I'm buying!!!
Not sure why they would be desperate to sell. I can't wait to hit $0.01.
The volume being traded today is unreal. Roughly $45 traded? Crazy! No shorts dumping the stock and no one has available funds to buy more. Looks like I should have stayed in bed.
I got the Smoker Friendly store on Rt. 22 in Wilkins Township to carry them. They have them in stock. They are located in a shop that sits off the road, next to where Hooters used to be. I also sent an e-mail to Sheetz asking them to carry it.
I myself sent an e-mail to a regional gas station chain that has a high volume of customers that frequent their convenience store. I hope they give serious consideration in ordering Red Sun.
BMAK sitting at .0056. Looks like what he has left is what he acquired at a higher price. Let's hope he has nothing left to convert. Onward and upward!
I wasn't implying the CEO, but the TA. They had previously stated that they may review their policy and no longer give the information. I don't want Jason to get ticked off and tell us he will no longer provide the information.
I thought we were only going to ask for an update once a week. Asking for daily updates is a sure way to piss someone off. I'm sure he has other things to do than to supply us daily with this information.
We really need him to get on the ball with oil and tire recycling. People are still getting oil changes and new tires in the winter months. Would love an investor conference call.
Is anyone else concerned with the 35% drop in sales in the first quarter? They state, "Most of this decrease is attributable to winter weather conditions and the lack of available capital to provide enough materials consistently from local suppliers to keep sales at a consistent level." Let's hope some of the $5 million SBA loan will be used as available capital to provide enough materials to keep sales up. Use most of it to pay off the high interest loans. Looking at the interest expense gives me a pain in my wallet.
I received a call from my local Smoker Friendly. They received their shipment of Red Sun today and I will be picking up a pack of each tomorrow to share with friends. This SF store is located in Wilkins Township, just East of Pittsburgh, PA.
I would love if he would have a CC and field questions from investors. He may wait until he can provide more info on his overseas investors. Would like to hear good news on the tire recycling investment he had mentioned previously.
If it hits $0.30 there will be a lot of very happy people.
My cousin put in a bid at $0.0025 this morning. I'm glad it wasn't filled. lol
But why spend a few hundred bucks more when someone was willing to sell 300,000 at $0.0026? Would love to know who sold and the reason why.
BMAK up with his daily dump. I hope someone knocks him out early.
Only if you're a short seller and trying to push the price lower. But when this stock runs, those short sellers are in big trouble.
Looks like BMAK got knocked out early today with roughly 547,000 shares.
I agree that the posters here most likely own half the float. From what I've previously read, there are 3 posters who own between 15 and 20 million shares. If you look at the number of shareholders (58 I believe), that number hasn't changed in several weeks, but the float has increased over 10 million. That tells me those who currently own stock continue to accumulate and are expecting a great return.
I'm not worried, I'm accumulating! This float is still relatively low. If there is net profit in the first quarter, it will send the stock price much higher. Even a $50,000 profit nets an estimated $0.0003 EPS. Based on Friday's close, that's 10%. With that said, I'm not sure if we will see a profit in the first quarter though. I think we will in the second quarter as Asif should have paid off all the high interest loans with the SBA loan he secured. I hope he's working hard with the Asian partners to get a tire recycling center up and running along with other acquisitions.
Last year's 10-Q was issued on May 20th. We should have answers within 2 weeks.
I think he based that number on SF, Red Sun and Magic as those 3 products were a sure thing. I can't see him giving an estimate on China without a deal.
I feel your pain. I bought last month at 57 and 65. But then I bought again today at 3. I believe what I bought was all dilution since I hit BMAK. There was a lot of other shares being bought and sold that wasn't dilution. In my opinion I think there was a lot of short sellers today, but they may get burnt when earnings come out. Even a measly $50,000 profit could double the share price.
It matters a lot as we are that much closer to ending dilution. Wouldn't you agree?
