That's funny. Rather than making up reasons that detract from the truth, the simple answer is that the entire MJ industry crashed. Just about every MJ stock out there is trading significantly lower now. The good news is that this will soon end for TRTC as it takes off thru the end of the year and beyond. There are so many positives in place, and many more to come in the very near future, that the future's so bright...we gotta buy shares! Yes folks, WE are accumulating, every day of every week, and between us WE will own a significant portion of the shares. So play the games, take down the pps so you can flip it, we don't care. It doesn't matter. In the end we will win and leave you players in the dust.
Here's some information about how deeds and titles are transferred in real estate. It's a lesson from the Chicago Real Estate School:
https://realestateschoolchicago.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/CRES-Chapter-9.pdf
Scroll down to page 198 and read under the section entitled Consideration.
It CLEARLY states that the actual purchase price is never contained in the deed. Case closed.
This really puts into question the veracity of other same sourced statements.
Based on your statement that, "We deal in facts supported by official records, not hype" I would say that statement is grossly inaccurate, misleading, and deceptive. Word to the wise.
Shareholders can protect themselves from such erroneous comments by researching all claims made by those who continuously demean and diminish TRTC.
Exactly, that is what we have been saying all along. I'm glad we can agree that he was given a percentage of the company in exchange for the land and the value of that exchange was determined to be $344k.
The actual sale was a barter transaction. In exchange for ownership of the land, he was given a percentage ownership in Medifarm. The value of that barter transaction was $344k, not the $10 stated in the Grant, Bargain, and Sale Deed. It was not a gift.
A peppercorn is also used in more balanced contracts, where one side wishes to conceal the nature of their payment. For example, since real estate contracts are generally matters of public record, the purchaser of a house may not wish to list the exact amount of the payment on the contract. But there must be some specific payment listed in the contract, or the contract will be considered void for lack of consideration.
All PRs and company statements include disclaimers about future events/plans since no one can predict with 100% certainty that those statements about future events/plans will come to fruition. Stuff happens. It's as simple as that. It is not lies. It is simply that things occurred that interfered and delayed those plans. Calling those statements lies is disingenuous and misleading.
yes, my oops, a market order will do the same thing.
Quite easily. You simply submit a sell order that is of sufficient number of shares to take out the high bid with enough shares left over to hit or even take out the next lower bid and so on. It just depends on how many shares you are willing to dump at a low ball sell price. You could probably sell $1000 worth of shares at a penny less than the current high bid and take out that bid entirely. $2000 would probably allow you to take out the next lower bid, bringing the pps down to .08 pps from its current .10 pps. Panic ensues and other shareholders start dumping shares taking out even lower bids, fearing a loss when all that has happened is that someone is intentionally manipulating the pps. Then when the pps is low enough you come back and start scooping up all those cheap shares, turn around and start selling them back at the high. It's called flipping, but I am sure you know all this well since you have stated that your "we" group consist of flippers who make money on TRTC by doing so all the time. Where this game falls apart is when no one is willing to sell at those low ball prices. When a sufficient number of shareholders go long on the stock and the weak hands have sold out, the process breaks down. Flippers may try to continue the game but eventually the investment required to play is not worth the return and the stock price can start rising again until it reaches a level where some shareholders would like to take some profit and sell. You know all this though. I don't need to educate you. I just want to educate the loyal shareholders on how you are playing the game.
No, it was not Magna and the shares were sold below bid, purely a manipulative set of transactions. Any claim otherwise is misinformation or deception.
Yesterday's very late afternoon take down was not timed to maximize profits for the seller, otherwise it would have occurred much earlier in the day when the pps was up significantly. What happened yesterday was nothing more than manipulation of the pps by placing a lowball sell below the bid just half an hour before the closing bell. It's the same tactic we have seen for months and for which some Anonymous people became wise to and used those same tactics to keep the pps up for the prior week or so. All it would have taken is a buy at the ask of 100 shares to raise the pps back up again. I guess those Anonymous people who had been doing so simply became complacent when the attempts to take it down seemed to drop off last week. I'm sure they will be more attentive today. Those Anonymous people might even go as far as nipping it in the bud at the source next time. They are good at ferreting out people and locations and exposing them. I think their slogan goes something like this:
We do not forgive.
We do not forget.
We are Anonymous.
Fair enough. I wish us tremendous success. I am confidant we do have a winner here.
Wow, what happened? Completely different tone from your first post here.
Seriously? TRTC has one of the lowest number of outstanding shares of any company in the industry. It wouldn't bother me one iota if they bumped it up to 900 million. They would STILL be better positioned than any company out there.
Look into it where, and how? I don't see any links to your long, verifiable history of accuracy. Also, what exactly constitutes a constant flow of made-up nonsense? Could you post more specifics?
This song is getting old and trite. It was written by a paid hack to purposely damage TRTC's reputation and has been proved wrong over and over again. Your continued posting of this article is nothing more than spam, old, molded, decaying SPAM.
What would you say is your primary motivation for posting the information on TRTC that you do?
I don't know what the next great sector will be but you better remember to keep your friends informed or I will haunt you for the rest of your life, lol
I hope you reported it to DP. I'm sure he would love to know a hedge fund was planning a hit piece on TRTC.
You are probably not going to see that kind of information unless you are an insider. That kind of information is proprietary and something your competitors would love to see. A smart businessman/company would not divulge such information.
Congratz to all loyal shareholders! It's been a wild week and we closed up for the week from .096 to .111, up 15.625%. Those who listened and got in at our entry price did pretty well. We could have hit 20% but they (naysayers, flippers, and shorts) slipped a quickie in on us at less than 1 minute to the closing bell today. Not a bad week all in all though. We fully expect exciting and pps moving news in the days and weeks to come. Stay strong! Stay long!
To the naysayers, flippers, and shorts: We're sorry you had a bad week. You see, we've learned your tactics and how to counter them so it won't be so easy to manipulate and drag down the pps in the future. You can lie, misrepresent, misinform, bruise, and batter all you want but in the end all that matters is the closing pps and this week we out maneuvered you. You win some, you lose some. Que sera, sera.
Really? Please name 5 so we can check out the facts on these companies. Please do not include any pharmaceutical companies as they are not in the same category.
somebody slap that ask, keep that pps up there where it belongs. don't let the flippers take it down.
Infectious, isn't he?
Can you say AWESOME SAUCE! This beats anything I have heard from anyone so far about IVXX. You can't beat personal testimonials!
This is just half-truths and more deception. While it may, or may not, be true that for-profit operations cannot begin until 1/1/2018, that does not mean that TRTC cannot roll over and expense any profits it does make into further building and expanding the IVXX business, both in CA and NV, thus converting profits into assets. Your declaration of a $50,000,000 deficit is a gross misstatement of the facts.
That's worth a repeat!
You rock sleek!! Nobody's DD out performs yours! We are not worthy! lol
Guess your concerns about the State of Nevada were unjustified since TRTC got 2 additional licenses. Are there any other concerns you might want to reconsider?
Lot's of very small volume trades today in the 100, 200, 500 share range ($10, $20, $50 + $9.95 fee, wtf?). Starting at about 10:30 est some of these trades started to appear at the bid in an attempt to bring the pps down from its high of .097 to .090 but it appears that at least a few have finally become wise to the miscreants activities and have been countering with their own purchases at the ask in small volume trades. Within seconds of a low volume sell at the bid, a low volume slap at the ask is occurring. Good job whoever you are. Keep up the good work, use the miscreants own tactics against them. Get this pps where it should be and don't worry about the Anson team. They'll be going down hard soon enough. TRTC long and strong!

Right on schedule! Every morning the pps rises and then 11:30 rolls around and the take down begins. That's about 8:30 pacific time. Just the right time for someone to walk into an office, get a cup of coffee, see what is going on, and then entering a low ball sell order to take down the pps. One such trade today was for a mere 50 shares. That's less than a $5 trade that probably cost $9.95 in fees. If that isn't blatant stock manipulation I don't know what is. TRTC needs to have this investigated and the person(s) responsible for this taken care of.
lol, when did sarcasm die such a lonely death? Was mine perhaps too sublime or is it merely due to the hour of the morn?
This is a problem for IVXX. If they can't keep it in their own dispensary or keep it on the shelves at other dispensaries then customers will begin to look to other brands that can supply quality cannabis on a consistent basis. The only solution? Increase our production capacity rapidly to meet customer demand.
While that certainly does happen and to me as well, it only makes sense as a one off, not multiple trades of 400 back to back, especially when there are no shares listed on the ask at that price. How can such trades even be done unless they are set up specifically between 2 brokers?
LOL, a trade for 400 shares at .094 a share. A total purchase price of $37.60 BEFORE broker fees. Why would anyone do that? We see the same kind of transaction every day. Blatant price manipulation!
I am simply dumbfounded how any legitimate shareholder can see the enormous spread of IVXX to over 100 dispensaries in CA, the astounding growth of Edible Goods in the NE, the acquisition of 8 licenses in NV, the unqualified profit potential coming up in CA and NV when they go for-profit, the signed agreement with Burke for the buildouts in NV and the myriad number of things going on with TRTC and then call this company a scam? It defies logic, reason and rational.
No, I am not happy with the current PPS, of course not, but I certainly don't think the company is a scam. Based on what I see the pps should be far higher than it currently is so my only logical conclusion is that it is being held down by one or more sources; flippers, shorters, competitors, or financing via Magna for those buildouts. In no case is any of those scammers. We don't like to see flippers or shorters causing the pps to stay low and it may well make us angry that it is so low but they are legitimate methods of trading stocks. Even if it were competitors forcing the pps down it is still via legitimate trades although one might be able to claim conspiracy to harm or some such. If I had one guess, I would guess the cause was from Magna dumping shares it obtained from the financing deal. The nice thing about that is that it will pass soon enough and then there will be nothing to hold the pps back from soaring to its rightful levels.
Who does call a stock a bagholder stock at the same time they're buying it?
Go Daddy Blum!
How about an Instagram picture of IVXX in NYC!! lmao
wow, just WOW! If we're in NY now who knows how places in between we are! This is amazing news!
uh, excuse me but a typical day usually sees a dramatic fall in pps within the last half hour when flippers start dumping shares and taking profits. There are no shorts in the OTC, remember? Nice to see a significant recovery this afternoon, isn't it?
