Thanks... I'll take that into consideration going forward.
Oh... that's right. 24 pancakes. The can looks awesome! I believe this will be the can that launches in stores. No doubt it's a handsome looking can! Customers will be drawn to it.

I'm not saying this is the case with google earth or maps, but that picture could be 5 years old or more. I'm not sure what you're insinuating, but are you trying to say that the property is already taken or not ready for construction? Google earth and maps I believe are more in tune to providing people with navigation and not up to date building structures. People need to understand this. On Yahoo MB someone's suggesting the same thing with their office not having a sign outside their plaza office. Don't be quick to rush to judgment. Find out how old that aerial photo is first would be my suggestion.
Thought the website said 24 0z. if my memory serves me correct?
I have to admit the can continues to look better and better. I like the cap change. The old see through cap could expose dust or other unwanted visuals. Like the gluten free symbol bumped up a bit too. Keeps getting better! Blows away Batter Blaster!!
Very good to hear that people are already receiving their pancakes. I wonder how many total were sold and how many of those cans were purchased by non investors/traders. It appears so far that online order issues have been worked out. Still waiting for store news. I'm guessing mid April.
Ok.. Calm down bud. Lol. Online sales are/ will be 1 percent of total purchases according to Nate at the shareholder meeting. Online sales mean nothing. A 10 dollar can of pancake batter is good for now for online sales, but going forward if Nate plans on bringing in online revenue that price will need to come down a few bucks. Just saying. Store news is all I care about.
Have a good morning!
You really think 10 bucks a can will sell in stores? Not a chance! I don't believe it will be priced that high anyway so it's not worth arguing about. Companies always put a positive spin on things that are thought to be negative. Ex. Fired food broker. My main point is that I don't think these store negotiations are going that great. Just a hunch
10 BUCKS? LOL!! I bet her husband does the shopping or she's loaded. This product has a hurdle hitting store shelves then has a bigger hurdle selling the product. The price per can will need to be between 5-6 dollars depending on where you live in the country. Anything more than that won't sell. Just my opinion. No distro news after four months, a food broker fired last week and this partnership with other penny affiliates is making me second guess. Not to mention their crappy PR/8K's that couldn't be more vague as to what is exactly happening to increase shareholder value. They need a store deal soon period!
Well people, it looks like we'll have to wait for big box news for this to go higher. Online sales did nothing for NHMD's price and highly doubt it will have any positive effect next week too. Unfortunately, I don't think we hear anything for weeks about a deal. How many meetings does it take to land some shelve space? I know it can't be that easy. I'm just getting the vibe that things aren't going so well. I just hope I'm not waiting around for 3 years for things to turn up like I am with MEDL.
Thanks for the good info!
The website says sold out. Original and Blueberry. Umm ... why if they're not sold out? That's all
I'm confused on why Nate's second online run can be sold out already, especially Blueberry flavor? Was there a form I had to fill out? Has anyone here ordered and received confirmation?
With my true honest opinion and unbiasness that is beyond anyone's here, I'm holding long and strong and buying more next week when funds clear. ANY DEAL LANDS THIS STOCK IN DOLLAR TERRITORY!!!
Can we at least get this radio interview right? It was nothing less than a loaded softball machine for Nate to hit out of the park, which I believe IMHO showed a lack of on the stage presence and obvious nervousness that was not present during the shareholder meeting. That was without question IMO a paid submittal question and answer session to get the word out, which I don't have a problem with, but it was quite obvious!
I wonder if online sales will still happen this month?
Everyone needs to chill out with this Kroger's meeting hoopla. It's a meeting not a deal! Nate's met with Costco too and there hasn't been a deal/PR yet. I could see a sell off if no news of a Kroger deal comes this week. You guys are setting this up to fail! Be patient.
So, what's left to do on the list? Nate said they were "green light" during the CC. A purchase order for Costco should of happened by now. I believe it may have fell through and that's why he moved onto meeting with Kroger. JMO.
I agree
I agree. I posted a similar question. I could sense a bit of frustration from Nate when taking about Costco. He mentioned having the "green light" as to fulfilling all requirements. It might be that Costco is holding things up for whatever reason and this 8k coming out stating that they are moving as of right now sounds to me that Nate is taking the opportunity now to move instead of waiting on Costco. Only Nate and company knows.
So, from reading the 8K we can assume that production will not begin until May-June at the earliest? I'm a little confused. If they plan on moving the facility now, do we also assume that Costco/Kroger placement news isn't coming soon? I was expecting to see Nate's on store shelves in early Spring. And what happens to online sales in February? I'm not upset, but I don't see how the pps doesn't suffer a bit.
I was interested to hear that Organic Batter Blaster was a detriment to Nate because of the price fluctuations of organic eggs from one quarter to the next and how going commercial is much better for keeping higher margins.
Nate seems to have worked out and learned from the success and failures of Batter Blaster to really give us shareholders a terrific opportunity by investing in NHMD. Awesome!! Buying more shares!
Ok... I'm done. Let's hope we get some good questions answered tomorrow and maybe grocery placement news so we can all make lots of money! Good night.
Were you not just earlier today accusing someone here of splitting hairs? And isn't that exactly what you are doing here? "up to $3,000,000" and $3,000,000 is not the same numerical value. So, I'd say pdubs was not splitting hairs, but was accurately stating the fact.
BTW.... I believe regional sales as opposed to "territorial sales" is the right term. Are you more familiar hearing the term regional manager or territorial manager? Your terminology doesn't apply accurately here in the United States. Maybe it once did when James Polk was President. How's that for splitting hairs?
Uh... You done? Because I enjoy having the last word. US "geographical territories"? Just looked it up. The United States has 14. Some of which are American Samoa, US Virgin Islands and my fav, Guam. I love how it sounds!
I don't understand what point you are trying to make? Who cares what region of the US mainland will see the initial rollout? FWIW it will most likely be the west coast because that's where their facility is.
I said it was nonsense because it doesn't have any effect on the share price of any sort.
P.S. Please call it regions or states and not territories. I'm an American not a Canadian. No offence to any Canadians.
Lol.... Nah we won't be left in the dark. Things will become more clear for the better! IMO
Good scripted questions with good detailed answers works for me!
Lol.... you must love this back and forth nonsense. No one knows the geographical location because no deal is done with a grocer yet. I do believe it will be Costco though, so figure it out.
That's another point I was gonna make. He may not need the financing if the regional rollout and online sales are a huge success.
I'm guessing you didn't read the November 5th press release?
What's the size of the first region?
Here it is lesnshawn:
November 5th 2014
"The Company’s product growth plan is to initially introduce the product in a regional area of up to 200 stores. Approximately 3-4 months after the initial rollout, the Company will expand to an additional region. The Company will continue to expand into additional regions every 3-4 months with a full national rollout in 8-12 months after the initial delivery."
The national rollout won't happen for some time. Hence the 3M won't be needed until then. IMHO
If I'm not mistaken, I believe Nate will be rolling out his product regionally first. Not nationally. Therefore the 3M will not be needed until a successful regional rollout. Right? Check the press releases and 8K's. That's the rollout plan I remember. I hope I'm not splitting hairs.
That blueberry can looks awesome! Great color. These cans are gonna fly off shelves. Well done Jeremy! Consumers will be attracted to the look of the cans. You can just feel it.
One of their many food products is Multi-Grain Pancake Mix. I wonder if that's Nate's?
WOW!!! Busted! LOL... How ridiculously pathetic! You have to wonder how many others here are doing the same? TALK ABOUT A SCAM!!!
$NHMD$
Pancake Flips, Endorses Waffle House for Lots of Dough
An LGPA golfer named Brooke Pancake signs with Waffle House as a sponsor. Pretty funny and cool! Perhaps Nate will reach out as a sponsor as well when he's rolling in the dough!!! Haha

Fair enough. You said it yourself. A message board is ALL Op-ed. Why you decided to bring my lack of legal training to the forefront is beyond me?
I know what I own. I rest my case. GLTY
I may have not had legal training before such as yourself, which speak volumes to your invalid case brought forth. Pin pricking holes in a two paragraph press release and presenting zero "facts" and only opinions would be laughed right out of court. If you are indeed currently in legal training, I'd rethink your career. Op-ed writing would better suit you, but then again some facts are required to form an opinion. GLTY
Either they're too dumb to understand how difficult it is to run a business or they have an agenda. I wouldn't waste another minute discussing baseless "facts" with these people. If they truly care, have them email Nate their concerns personally. Don't do them any favors. They're only here to frustrate and scare investors PERIOD!!
