Medtronic/Titan Partnership
I Will take Medtronic over BD everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. BD is minor leagues when it comes to robotic surgery, they are desperate and that desperation leads to having to put money into a non-patented Vicarious Surgical System.

Surgeon who tried Vicarious said its dog poop. said the arms are very, very weak.
Columbia should file a lawsuit against vicarious for them infringing on the IREP platform. I think they will.
Lot of high expense dollar title holders at viCarious, I bet why even have a VP of company culture position over there. Over 90+ employees w just an outsourced prototype to show for it and those, let me see if I can get this right, 1,2,3,4,5, yep 5 patents.
100% guarantee that Titan will submit for IDE first.
long, long, long way to go for Vicarious - don't take my word for it, read their own summary of the company (some highlights in parentheses)
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001812173/000121390021021632/ea139500ex99-3_d8holdings.htm
"Vicarious has incurred significant losses since inception"
"Medical device development is costly and involves continual technological change, which may render the Vicarious System obsolete"
"Vicarious relies on limited or sole suppliers for some of the materials and components used in the Vicarious System, and may not be able to find replacements or immediately transition to alternative suppliers, which could require Vicarious to redesign aspects of the Vicarious System"
"As of February 1, 2021, Vicarious owned approximately 5 issued patents"
"Of Vicarious’s approximately 5 issued patents, approximately 4 were issued U.S. utility patents"
"Vicarious cannot assure investors that other parties will not challenge any patents granted to Vicarious"
"Vicarious’s intellectual property may not provide Vicarious with any competitive advantage"
Bad news for Vicarious - lawsuits

Based on Titans latest MD&A report, there is no license agreement in place w Columbia. Titan is making no license payments to Columbia for IREP
Columbia can confirm that IREP is not being licensed to Titan.
Of course they don’t want it - it can’t be and hasn’t been patented. If Medtronic wanted it, they would have gotten it from the college/university who has it sitting in an robotic classroom.
Please show everyone the IREP patent......save u this one time, it doesn’t exist, it can’t be patented - which means all the IP that makes up ENOS has zero IREP patent. vicarious looks like it’s IREP, ISRG SP looks like IREP. doesn’t mean it’s IREP. Anyone who says that the ENOS patent protected surgical robotic platform is based off an unpatented college robotic project is wrong.
But of course if a USPTO granted patent of IREP is produced on this board, I’m sure we would all like to see it. Not going to hold my breath on this one....
Also, it would be good to know if upon completion of milestone 4 does that mean that the Medtronic board advisors role is done and no longer privy to discussions and inquiries from potential suitors. If that is the case, that would/could be a very precarious position for Medtronic bc they would not be aware of another company coming to Titan for IP, know how or even flat BO of ENOS, IP, Living labs R&D arm.
If milestone 4 is completed and nothing follows, I would expect ISRG, JnJ, Stryker, etc to come knocking to have private conversations w Titans board and executive team wo interference from Medtronic advisor.
Who cares as long as it gets to the PPS where I want to unload my shares for the gain I want.
This proves IREP19 has no clue as to what is going on, this and the fact he still thinks ENOS is IREP and IREP is ENOS.
The other thing is Vicarious needs the money desperately to pay all 90+ employees that hold high level title positions and to keep the lights on and the space rented in DT Boston. In reviewing Vicarious's linkedin profile, they appear to look a lot like VERB Surgical was as they ramped up their operations (of course in the end JNJ shelved VERB in favor of Auris). Vicarious has a ton of new hires within the last year (looks like more then 50% of their employees). Seems that they have taken on a ton of annual operating expenses and probably have a very, very high burn rate. Well at least they have a prototype and 4 patents.
Vicarious has been operating for 7 years and hasn't even spoken to the FDA other then filling out an application - WOW!
Well IREP19 still believes ENOS is utilizing IREP (and platform imaging and livedata)
Here are a bunch of world renowned robotic surgeons and what they have to say about Titan Medical's surgical robotic platform
https://titanmedicalinc.com/videos/
Interesting, couldn't find any surgeons doing video's and using Vicarious 4 patent system.
Here is an extensive list of all 4 of Vicarious' patents - it will take about 10 seconds to read.
https://patents.justia.com/assignee/vicarious-surgical-inc
Found the Vicarious images

Vicarious - 4 Patents (most likely will have violated some patents from Titan and ISRG) - hasn't spoken to FDA, second tier medical device company like BD desperately needs to stay relevant will throw anything at the wall in hopes that it will pay off 10 years from now. They need 9 degrees b/c they lack snake arm technology and wrist roll technology (all owned by Titan Medical)
Titan over 160 Patents!!! Constant and clear direction DIRECTLY FROM FDA. Has been communicating with FDA. IDE approval in under a year! Partnership with Medtronic.

Google estimates that Surgical Robotic Camera revenue is worth $3B itself, hence why they are approaching JNJ again with their camera. Titan has TWO STATE OF THE ART CAMERAS in their system
Sure did, SPORT was sitting on andrea bajos desk in the mullings verb video series
Lack of support from
McNally on milestone 3 means a no vote for him being on board. I have waited to see what he will do w milestone 3 and to release it on a Friday before a holiday weekend and not support it today has cost him my yes vote for the board. The deadline to vote is June 6th and all votes can be reversed/changed prior to that so I will submit NO today and if he supports it before June 6 then I will change to YES.
I wonder how many might have voted YES prior and now see a lack of support on this PR to help support PPS and will change their vote to NO for McNally to remain on the board.
Spot on!
Prove Genova said that it was off the shelf endoscope - prove it, no way u can
Again, Titan has developed their own endoscopic camera in house certainly have not used a refurbish old endoscope, that would be an uninformed assessment or more so a lack of knowledge about the ENOS platform.
I’m sure Titan will come out w 4 patents this week alone to match all 4 of vicarious entire IP portfolio of 4 software patents.
Vicarious has 4 patents w all of them software related.
Real simple, they were the ww global supplier of end effectors and SPORT was sitting on Andrea bajos desk when he did the mullings group video for verb.
Guess you still believe that Titan is utilizing platform imaging for their camera. Please pull that data for the board, I believe it was in 2013
Now I know what the 2014 stands for in ur handle, that is the year where u get all ur info from. Well that and these 2 beauts from 2012 and 2017, just split the difference and call it 2014.
It’s not licensed to Titan anymore. Hasn’t been for years.
No one cares where it comes from it all depends on who owns it and that is Titan medical
Titan owns snake arm tech
https://www.mandourlaw.com/blog/titan-medical-issued-patent-for-snaking-robotic-arm/
Less then 5% of companies that get fda breakthrough designation have gotten FDA approval.
Titan has already spoke to fda and has clear guidance from them and has already submitted documentation to fda.
Vicarious hasn’t even spoke to fda yet!
Titan owns the IP on snake arm technology. Titan owns the IP on their camera insertion tube technology. Titan owns the IP on the wrist roll technology. IREP was an idea, ENOS is a surgical robotic platform.
For all those who are interested in educating themselves on fda breakthrough designation
https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/how-study-and-market-your-device/breakthrough-devices-program
Like I said Titan is way ahead of where these companies are and has clear guidance from fda and has been in constant communication w them.
This is my favorite part in the fda words of course
What are the benefits of the Breakthrough Devices Program?
The Breakthrough Devices Program offers manufacturers an opportunity to interact with the FDA's experts through several different program options to efficiently address topics as they arise during the premarket review phase, which can help manufacturers receive feedback from the FDA and identify areas of agreement in a timely way. Manufacturers can also expect prioritized review of their submission. Learn more about the Breakthrough Devices Program principles and features in Sections II and IV of the Breakthrough Devices Program final guidance.
Offers a company a chance to interact w FDA!
Titan is way past this part and has clear guidance from fda and has been in constant communication w them
Wrong, the current Enos platform is not based off irep- it’s a completely different system. The one that Led Medtronic to have a choice of any company in the world to partner w on surgical robots and they chose Titan for IP and know how. In fact the patent for irep was never granted but (best ace Ventura impression) you already knew that!
More from fda about breakthrough designation:
Participants will benefit from being able to design efficient and flexible clinical trials and, when practical and scientifically appropriate, receive expedited review of manufacturing and quality systems compliance.
Again, Titan is way past this and has clear guidance and in constant communication w fda
This is per fda what vicarious can now do w breakthrough designation:
Participants granted a Breakthrough Device Designation will have opportunities to interact with appropriate, specialized FDA review team members and senior management prior to submitting their device for FDA approval and receive clear guidance on what is required for approval and how requirements can be met.
Titan is way past this and already has clear guidance and has been in constant communication w fda.
