Did you guys add shares yesterday or today?
I agree Mike. I'm staying long. The company has so much going for it.
The buy to sell ratio was almost 10:1, with 90% being 2's. Not bad at all considering the uncertainty.
I was wondering the same thing, junebug.
BTZO
Bitzio’s wholly owned subsidiary, Lexi-Luu Designs Inc. (www.lexiluu.com) closed today on its acquisition of Punkz Gear Inc. (www.PunkzGear.com). H. Blanchette, CEO of Bitzio and its subsidiaries, said that “Punkz Gear adds another niche for us in the dancewear market. Punkz has also started to cross over to Street Fashion. Punkz Gear styles are for girls, boys, and adults. Punkz Gear offers the latest trends in dance and hip hop wear with a distinctive, signature look that’s fun to wear and fun to watch.
In February Lexi-Luu Designs Inc. (www.lexiluu.com) closed on its acquisition of SkipJack Dive & Dancewear Inc. (www.skipjackdnd.com). H. Blanchette, CEO of Bitzio and its subsidiaries, said that, “We are excited to have completed this transaction. Skipjack adds an innovative niche apparel brand our portfolio, and is an important step in our plan to develop emerging fashion brands and markets.” SkipJack is for both men and women seeking comfort and functionality in high-quality, swimwear. Additionally, SkipJack also offers modest and plus size swimwear styles, a consumer market that represents a gap in the industry.
Skipjack also owns a cut & sew factory. The manufacturing facility acquisition now enables Bitzio to centralize production of all of its brands while reducing production costs by leveraging operational synergies and economies of scale. The transaction also creates valuable opportunities for additional revenue by subcontracting cut & sews services for private labels and external brands.
Punkz will provide an additional revenue stream for Bitzio. Punkz united under the Lexi-Luu Designs Inc. management team and with the acquisition of Skipjack (www.skipjackdnd.com) cut & sew manufacturing capacity will increase the vertical control for the parent company Bitzio Inc.
I just got a few more million!!! Oh yeah!
BTZO! Someone punched us in our two week old bruise that was almost healed. Hopefully Hub can supply us with some pain killer in the next few days or so.
Junebug, I hope you're right and I plan on doing the same.
Ha. You're right on that.
Sorry to be a downer, but I've been watching that website for the last month, and it "predicts" that the Q4 will be out and so far it has been wrong three times. If you look, it is just presumed it was going to come out on Thursday the 19th of February, and then every Thursday after that.
You're preaching to the choir, Romsion. Hopefully sooner than later he'll address it.
That was my reason for the email. Maybe if someone else addresses it with him, he'll move it up the priority list.
Thank you sir. I sent Hub an email about updating the websites that say that Bitzio is an app development company. He responded, and said he was aware of the issue, but they were so busy he can't afford to take someone off of their project to address that right now. AWESOME.
I think that's the whole point of Bitzio acquiring them. Bitzio supplies capital to help them develop further.
Well said
Maybe the reason for the update on the emotion apparel website, and not the democratique one is because of a buyout. If there's a buyout, the democratique website means nothing. Only the websites with actual product for sale.
I'm still confident that he is working on big things. He is invested in the pps just as much as we are.
I know where you live, Mike. Btw, I wrote Hub about updating the websites about listing Bitzio as an app development company but he never responded. Have you heard from him lately?
I wrote him yesterday about promoting the company and updating the websites that still say that Bitzio is an app development company. I haven't received a response yet.
Awesome sign.
Good idea Mike, I'll give it a try.
Maybe BTZO would be more popular if Hub could get all of the investment sites to update their company info. There are very few that don't describe Bitzio as an app development company. If someone is even remotely interested in investing and doesn't do enough investigating, they might be turned away due to the mis-information.
Do you have any solid leads?
What's going on fellas?
Exactly!
That's what I was thinking, Hokie. None of our current partners were there, so that has to be the most logical reason for being there. They have previously mentioned being international.
I agree. The possibilities are endless. Maybe Hub will be open to suggestions. That would be pretty sweet.
June, if you look at that list I linked to, you'll see that the vendors make all of the stuff you just mentioned. Awesome.
This is a list of all of the vendors at the Tranoi party Angie Daza attended. The website says that they are up and coming designers. Maybe some of them will be future BTZO partners.

That would be fantastic for BTZO, and the rest of us as well.
Sam, maybe she just inked a deal for her $1mil in revenue to hit her "goal" for the year.
I can't upload them. Can someone PM me an email address and I will send them to you to post?
Sorry it took so long. This is one. If it works, I'll put the other one up.

I saw 2 pics of Angie Daza, the founder of Cleo VII, on Instagram from last week in NYC. On one she is at a Fashion Week party and she hash tagged Democratique, and the other one she wrote "Goal accomplished". Hopefully they were working on something huge for $BTZO!!!!. I tried to put the pics on here, but my IPad wouldn't let me.

Emotion apparel back on Zulily with their Spring 2015 collection. They are going to be the main driving force for revenue.

I can feel it!! The sun's out in Indianapolis for the first time in awhile. It's a good day for $BTZO to take off.
Anyone planning on news today?
