So you think trtc is a 20 billion dollar company because that's what 20 dollars gets you? Wendy's is only a 3 billion dollar company if that helps you out with perspective. At the current pps trtc is at a 400,000,000 valuation.
I agree. I think we will see some solid movements here soon. I've been watching level 2 closely, and it won't take much buy volume to push this past that previous high of .45. Its consolidating nicely, and a few PRs will send this flying.
Having no debt means no toxic convertible dilution to put downward pressure on the pps. Previous press releases have stated that the ptab trial required the most capital expenses, so I don't see a need for them to have to raise a drastic amount of capital, and even if they did the market cap is much higher and dilution would be limited....plus, the CEO has his shares locked up, so no insider selling.
I agree with vvvvv, people will be accumulating before the Jan 26 and could see a spike to a dollar with a new .25 base being established now.
Great info, thanks for taking the time out to lay this out for me. I'm starting to get a better handle on the process.
Thanks for the info. Trying to learn the ins and outs of patent litigation.
Do we have to go through discovery, etc for the federal hearing, or is that process shortened due to the IPR? If the stay is lifted, how long will the trial last since we just had an 18 month review (if a settlement isn't reached ).
What percentage of federal cases are won where the IPR outcome is positive for the plaintiff?
And last question, at what stage of process are settlements typically made.
I've been researching last few weeks, but thanks in advance for any help.
Out of curiosity, can you give me a timeline on when these lawsuits started and what has occurred between them and now, and what future dates we have coming up. I know the 26th is the federal court date, but what is the 4th? Thanks in advance.
Good trade. Trtc is the best pump and dump around if you want to make large transactions.
I noticed plenty of large buys (100,000) over the last week. People seem to be accumulating without spiking the price...maybe people who know the inner workings of deals being worked?
Care to share any of the info?
What happened here dbrown?
Anybody see the crazy drop in canopy in the last 30 minutes?
Where is patent plays anyways? Isn't he the one who posted it?
Great research. I think this is a nice consolidation loading zone right here before the next leg up. Grabbing shares in the .25 range all day.
Great news, I was thinking about adding some more to my position today.
I think you figured out sooner than me that this is a trade, not an investment. Should be fun to watch today. I've leaned down my share count to onky 100k, but will keep my finger close to the trigger this morning. Fool me once (or maybe 9 times), but not again.

How about a 999 billion dollar lawsuit?
Maybe it got thrown out or Apple retracted it. That would be pretty good news if it could be verified. Should make for a nice jump in pps if that is true.
My opinion is that they are all ready over a/s after conversions. Currently sitting at 903,000,000 with 24,000,000 shares for options/warrants, and another 38,000,000 of previous convertible shares and this new 5.5 mil loan will convert to another 25,000,000 shares. 25+24+38+903=990,000,000. This doesn't include additional cash needed for buildouts. They have no choice but the reverse split soon.
I also agree with Steven, that the mania is setting in, so who knows where the price will go. I'll ride the wave as long as it's going though.

See below. A/s will have to be raised or reverse split to cover these
Irvine-based Terra Tech Corp. (OTC: TRTC), a supplier of medical cannabis and related products, is hiring as many as 250 people in California in the coming year, almost doubling its current workforce of 300. It plans to invest about $32 million in facilities in Santa Ana.

Like I said, good and bad. They are running out of cash and just took on more toxic financing last week and still need to build out Oakland and San Leandro. They will be getting close to maxing out the a/s soon as I'm sure recent convertibles will be coming due.
Good day here. Don't forget to take profits. The trend looks good, but traders will exit just as fast as the got in.....Did see an article stating that trtc was going to put 32,000,000 into Santa Ana, so I guess that large indoor facility will be a new grow...good and bad as the o/s is 903,170,577 and the a/s is 990,000,000. With the new convertible 5.5 million dollar loan last week and future expenses, I don't see how they can keep it under 1 billion shares without the reverse split.
Great info. Thanks
Another solid day here guys! The slow steady creep up before the explosion is nice to watch.
What is the next potential catalyst? I know the federal court date is the 26th, but is there anything prior to that?
Good run going on. I sold all my shares I bought yesterday because I wanted to lock in gains, but glad for all the longs here. Good volume and recovery.
Sadly, it took me many years to fully grasp this concept. Trtc will be fine, but they won't be the multiple dollar stock I was hoping for. DP said that should be at least cash flow neutral by now, but we are still having to pay 12% for loans. I'm playing the run like everybody else, but I'll be sure to exit with the rest of the traders. I'd punch all of Managment in the face if I could.....dangled that carrot for too many years.
Another good day here. Go VPLM!
Looking good here.
Can you give me a run down on what this involves?
Vate still have room to move or has it run its course?
VPLM looking to run over the next few weeks before updated damages are announced against Apple. They beat Apple last month and should have big news by or before January 26. Good load zone here.

Old interview from April, but informative for new investors to VPLM
Is the twitter lawsuit still ongoing?
When does a decision come on the most recent appeal?
