I'm putting DVAX on the radar for Monday. Price shot up after hours on Friday after FDA advisory panel voted in favor of their Hep B vaccine.

Looks like final decision may come out the week of Aug 7.
You mean Steve's up on Rt 1? Never actually been there. Have you ever gone to Sandy's Beef and Ale? Their Junkyard Dog sandwich is pretty good.
Nice! I saw him in concert last year when he was doing a lot of post-Stooges stuff. Pretty good performance, and to see a guy who is like 70 years old that is still willing to crowd-surf was very cool!
Out of curiosity, are you a fan of Iggy Pop? Every time I see 'TV Eye' it reminds me of that old Stooges song.
You ain't kidding!
I got some 23.50s! Hope next week goes well for all of us!
Lol, back in the day when I lived within walking distance of South Street, I used to hit both Pat's and Geno's on the way home and buy one from each. I'd stagger into the apartment and my 'roomate/girlfriend/not girlfriend' would bitch and moan about me coming home at like 3 in the morning. But she still had a little of each! Never actually had one from either Steve's or Jim's. Do you remember Simon's Steaks at 3rd and South? There was a tiny little bar in the basement called 'Name That Bar'. When I wasn't getting ripped at Dobbs, I'd be at Name That Bar. Kenn Kweder used to play down in there all of the time.
Lol, you never know! A few years back I put a couple of hundred dollars into a lotto play. It didn't do anything for the longest time so I stopped paying attention. Next thing I knew, it became CHRO, and my $200 turned into something like $5000 overnight!
Lol!
It's been 40 minutes since you said that. Where's the trigger, Roy?
Got 'em!
Moved up to 0.11
Yeah, it's teasing us! Just put a bid back in at 0.10
Dropping fast! Cancelled my bid, will wait to see how it plays out.
Price is trending down, just lowered my bid to 0.09
I suspect the drop isn't going to happen. Just put in a bid on 23.50 calls for next week at 0.10
Although that mid morning drop is as regular as Old Faithful, I'm wondering if it might not happen today. Gold prices are high and the dollar is dropping. If I don't see a drop by noon, I might go ahead and buy some calls. The market is throwing some curve balls lately.
I'd already been doing that on my own to get a 'sneak peek'. Haven't used that to make decisions on when to 'pull the trigger' though. The 10 minute 2 day chart seems to work best for buying and selling.
Was just going to say that! Nice bounce up from yesterday's close.
Do you think that they will continue to fly for at least a week or two? I'm checking out GDX $24 calls for the week of Aug 4.
GDX going into STP!
You said it, man! My first few years of trading I was a total 'cowboy' about it. Making huge buys on dubious picks. I'd win big, but then turn right around and lose big too. I was churning $20k to $30k throughout the year, but at the end of it all was maybe up about 500 bucks! It was a good learning experience, but I really don't want to ride those kind of roller coasters anymore!
Yes, I think it may be near a bottom and will likely go up over the next weeks/months. I don't 'just trade charts', but also do that dreaded 'DD' as well, lol!: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133307049
GDX pinching, but we're getting close to that mid-morning drop.
I'm looking forward to hearing the answer to this question too!
Yeah, I mastered that skill many years ago, all by myself!
Lol, I saw it too! We all knew what you meant though.
Keeping my eye on it. There's always that mid-morning drop.
If you really believe in INMG.... join me in requesting that it be added to Stockcharts.com! The more people that request it, the more likely that they will put it up.
I'm still waiting for that 0.06 price prediction to come true! I'm sitting on a pile of powder and can't wait to reload. C'mon, FORCE IT DOWN!!!
Did you have those things when you worked there?
Stickies would help! I'm slowly filling a notebook with many of the things that I'm learning from the posts on here. Right now it's pretty disorganized but eventually I plan to break things down step by step to create a 'procedural' document! I have a natural inclination to bring order out of chaos, I probably should've become an engineer...
Algorithms. Most of the trading you are seeing is automated.
As expected.
Laugh all you want, pal. Don't know what kind of crap you've been through in your life, but I've been through the meatgrinder many, many, many times! The only reason that I'm still alive is because of cats. Seriously. The lowest point of my life was in 1999 when my girlfriend was murdered and her body was dumped in an abandoned lot under I-95. After that, I stopped giving a shit about ANYTHING! Didn't give a rat's ass about whether I lived or died. I was actually considering blowing my own brains out when a neighbor came up to me one day and asked what I knew about kittens. A mama cat had given birth under her shed but then mama got hit by a car. Only one kitten was still alive, just barely, and after taking one look into her tiny little eyes and hearing her cry, I knew that I had to do something. For the first time in my life, I started to care about something besides myself! I bottle-fed that little kitten and she not only survived but thrived. That tiny little girl turned me from being a total hater of life into someone that actually started to care again. Not long after that, a friend of mine who was battling addiction had to go into treatment. I took in his two cats, and they absolutely loved me for it. Over time, I've realized that part of my true purpose in life is to take care of those who are cast aside; in my case it seems to be cats.
That would be your 'followers', who are too naive to understand that they are buying your front loaded shares...
When did you and your pals front load? Around three weeks ago? Showing everyone the results 'after the fact' doesn't mean shit.
I'm a pre R/S guy and I'm still here. Need this to go to about 0.275 to get just a little green. I think that is unlikely to happen.
Okay, so how long ago did these 'past management' people leave the company?
Last week? Last month? Last year? I was a member of management of a company that I left in 1996 and I can tell you all day long how effed up that company was back then, but does that have any bearing on what it is doing now????
