Knock Knock...Who's There?
Reverse Split.
Reverse Split Who?
10 to 1 Reverse Split after Massive Additional Dilution Followed By Liberty Letters Pushing Management to sell leading to eventual sale at 22 per share.
Reverse Split or NO Reverse Split.
THAT is the question.
With this news, we move back to (.40's-50's) pre earnings.
Then what?
Gap up Positive news event, or.... Reverse Split and down we go again.
Hard to say, hard to say.
80% of this board just Aliases of the Puppet Master.
Who most likely pleasures himself in between posts.
"To the Puppet Master of this Board"
When making your aliases, keep a table of names / personalities.
That way your alias naming convention does not have to give away the fact that you are managing multiple aliases.
Just a tip.
To the "Puppet Master" of this board.
To the "Puppet Master" of this board.
step 1 reverse split (10-1) my guess
step 2 stock bottoms (post split, which explains why mm's naked shorting this down right now)
step 3 bad earnings
step 4 liberty letters to sell
step 5 management says no
step 6 alpha article suggesting sell out price
step 7 stock rallys to 10.00 per share (my guess)
step 8 more liberty letters / rumors
step 9 stock rallys to 14.00 per share (my guess)
step 10 buyout announced at 22.00 per share (my guess)
People, this is a 10 step process.
Just be patient and keep averaging down if you can.
Cheers! (Atleast it has a happy ending)
Sorry Blue but proper English would help.
I have no idea what you are saying.
Okay guys...here's what I expect...
Drum roll please....
The announcement for financing will only cover Nayoma, and keep all the "scary" debt on the table for all to look at.
(Thanks Banro Management)
They will also announce (queue the surprise) a 10-1 Reverse split.
Ahhhhhh, the agony, and it will be swift, for the good of the company, and the shareholders, blah blah blah.
Stock will probably bottom somewhere in the teens leading up to the split. (Sorry bottom feeders, you are too early)
Then we split to around 1.50-1.75 (my guess).
Then at some point after the next quarters numbers (probably worse than expected....of course) the Liberty Letters will start......Again.
This time it's Management is bad....Yadda yadda yadda....Not working for shareholders....Yadda yadda yadda.....Should sell company NOW...yadda yadda yadda...or we will throw out the board!!
Boom goes the Dynamite.
Management sends out letters.....we are not selling...yadda yadda yadda.
Stock starts moving up with this Banter, suggesting "rumors" that buyout might happen. Stock starts moving up a few weeks after August earnings...Let's say early September.
Then some analysts start talking about what the company would be worth....yadda yadda yadda....10, 15 per share, maybe 20 (post split)...yadda yadda yadda.
Stock goes up near 10 by years end....
Then more letters in January...stock goes to around 14 per share over the winter, then
Boooom Banro sells for 22 bucks per share (post split)
Am I getting close fellas? Throw me a bone will ya?
Tech, I've seen this game before buddy.
Create a chat room. Get a bunch of followers.
Talk real smart and knowledgeable.
Gain everyone's trust.
Then when the bottom comes close, you try to steer everyone away from the stock. Meanwhile, you aliases bash the company.
Your main alias has to stay positive, so you put out rediculous messages near the bottom like.....gold 1444 = BAA .44.
What's your next move buddy, tell me when the stock pops to .73 to sell out everything?
Are you really just another dirt bag disguised as a retail long?
Just curious.
Tech.....I see through you buddy....
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to 2.00
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to 1.80
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to 1.60
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to 1.40
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to 1.20
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to 1.00
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to .80
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to .60
If gold runs to 1400, banro runs to .44
Are you really just a dirt Bag?
Are you neglecting to factor in Banros nearly Billion in Assets in your stupid little calculations?
What's up with you Tech?
Are you really a dirt bag, disguised as a Banro Long?
Buy every damn banro share you can guys.
Every share. Make these jackasses PAY YOU for bringing the stock to this IMMENSELY UNDERVALUED level.
Buy Every Damn Banro share you can, and sit on it.
And when this Bullshit Parade is over, and this Stock rockets upward, and geniuses every where write articles talking about how great Banro is, think back to the Bullshit you had to go through.
Think back to how fixed Wallstreet is, and how much time and money they spend trying to mislead you.
Learn from this, and Profit.
BUY BANRO NOW.
Banro is a BUY!
Better take advantage!
It won't stay this low for long.
What Banro is to me.
Picture a spark from a hot piece of metal, falling onto a tip of a dry match head, laying in a pile of dry dry hay, sitting in a box made of dry wood, floating in a pool of gasoline, right beside a shed filled to the roof with dynamite that sits beside a nitroglycerin plant with paper walls, that is located on top of a volcano that could erupt any day now, being watched by a redneck in a booth with his finger on the red button that launches every missile we have toward every country in the world, just as aliens are watching for proof of violence when determining whether or not to destroy the planet earth with a weapon that, unknown to the aliens will destabilize the galaxy with enough force to create a giant black hole that can systematically eat up every piece of matter in the universe.
Now, when the institutions that own 95% of this company decide to create that spark folks, you won't see it coming.
It won't be on Banro's calendar.
It won't be a planned event.
It will be out of the blue, and Banro will gap up just as quickly as they gapped it down today.
And then you will be able to see just how explosive a stock can be, when it owns billions in assets, and is near 100% insitutionally owned.
Write it down, count on it, and take advantage of this incredible fire sale!
Go Banro, Go longs!
The only questions left in my mind are....
1. Is Banro going to make me a lot of money?
2. Is Banro going to let me retire early?
3. Is Banro going to make me sloppy rich?
Not sure yet. Guess it will depend on which company Banro's management works for. If not Banro, then it will be bought and #1 looks more realistic. If they work for Banro, than #2 and #3 are possibilities.
Dreaming of Banro!
Go Banro Longs, buy these Focking shares cheeeeep while you can!
By the way wallstreet jackoffs.
Nice touch on the wallstreet crash images.
As I was buying my tasty shares of Banro at .33, I had a really good laugh reading them.
I especially liked the rollercoaster (Wallstreet, the ride)
Once again, thanks for letting me average my huge ass position in Banro down, again!!
You guys rock!
Go Banro, Long and Strong!!
wowsers, bought another big chunk at .33.
Thanks guys. this board is awesome.
I now see who is truly behind this board now.
Thanks for letting me average down.
Go Banro!
nearly a billion is assets, 2 active mines, and market cap = 85 million.
This is what 95% (my guess) institutional ownership can do to a stock and companies managment, when they are shaking out retailers.
Wowsers. Long and Strong....Go Banro.
And hey all you wallstreet dipshits, thanks for the cheap shares!

Now Tech, you sound like your self again!!
Sell an undeveloped property.
Perfect.
Or, they could raise financing with a huge company like China gold, to cover debt, and develop the other 2 properties.
and Chinagold gets profit sharing on properties #3 and #4.
The truth is, this company has so many damn options.
They are toying with retail investors.
This thing is going to take off.
This Bullshit Parade is coming to an end soon.
I'm looking for more finances, need to buy more Banro!!!!!
That was a pretty dumb post, don't ya think Tech?
(My numbers assume 1300 per ounce gold)
Year Q gold/quarter
2014 Q3 3000/mo = 0,9000 ou = profit 4.0 mil imp cost= 2.0 mil
2014 Q4 6000/mo = 19,000 ou = profit 8.5 mil imp cost= 5.0 mil
2015 Q1 5000/mo = 15,000 ou = profit 6.8 mil imp cost= 5.0 mil
2015 Q2 5000/mo = 15,000 ou = profit 6.8 mil imp cost= 5.0 mil
2015 Q3 8000/mo = 24,000 ou = profit 10.8 mil imp cost= 5.0 mil
2015 Q4 8000/mo = 24,000 ou = profit 10.8 mil imp cost= 0.0 mil
So folks lets review....
Nayoma projected to add 12.5 million but cost 7.0 million in 2014.
My math says Nayoma just added 5.5 million to 2014.
Noyoma projected to add 35 million but cost 15 million to 2015.
My math says Nayoma just added 20 million to 2015.
So Nayoma just added 25.5 million profits from now to end of 2015, and that is at 1300 per ounce gold.
Looks pretty damn good to me!
And don't forget, Twangiza producing over 100k per year now.
Wowsers!
Cmon Tech, expected more from ya man. you sucked that one up.
You bashers keep harping on Banro's debt.
Here's my thinking. China Gold wants the gold in Congo. They might not want to aquire Banro in order to access the gold. I think one key reason why an acquisition may not be in the cards here is the 10 year Tax Holiday.
If Banro is acquired, this Tax Holiday may not be transferrable to the acquiring company. (someone chime in if it is)
Regardless, I think one of the keys to what happens next is this 10 year tax holiday, as in, time is of the essence to get that gold out of the ground sooner, rather than later.
That being said, the acquiring company may not want to "Risk" purchasing a company in the Congo, where their releationship with the Congolese may not work out going forward like they hope.
Since Banro already has this "relationship" and all of the mining rights, it might make more sense for a China Gold to pony up the money to finance the last 2 mines Now, in exchange for a percentage of the mined gold later.
They did have an agreement like this with the first mine, after all.
In this way, Banro makes out well, because they can maximize the mined gold on these new properties quickly, they can quickly pay down their debt with the help of China Gold Cash, and not get weighed down with the cost of developing the new properties.
China gold would get the gold they want without the red tape dealings with the Congolese.
So if Banro announces that on Thursday they now have 2 productive mines, and then later announce a deal with China gold to develop the last 2 mines, where does that put the stock price???
Hmmmmmmm would it be.....oh, I don't know......47cents per share?
Go Longs... Go Banro!!
Fact: Muse spending lots of his time posting here to get everyone to sell their shares.
Fact: Muse claims he does not own any shares.
Fact: Muse not up front about his motivations.
Muse, you the man.
Loaded up on Banro this morning.
Forgive me for just buying every damn share I could.
Now my purchase has you covered for quite a few posts.
Thanks dude. you rock
Muse.....You sir have inspired me.
I have one Retirement Account Left that represents the last of my funds not already in Banro. I am currently waiting for these funds to transfer to my cash account. It's a sizeable amount. Each time you post on this board with more of your "save us from Banro" Banter, I will be using these funds to purchase 1000 shares of Banro, on your behalf.
I will be buying 1000 shares of Banro for each time MuseLoser posts until either, he gives up and leaves the board, or I drain all of my funds.
Thanks for inspiring me Muse. Your persistant presence on this boar provides a CRYSTAL CLEAR INDICATOR that my money should not be anywhere else in the market right now, except Banro shares.
Thanks Muse.
You know guys....this is not my first rodeo with a bottoming equity on the cusp of breaking out upward, in a big way.
It never ceases to amaze me that each stock I have purchased in this bottoming situation (prime for reversal) always....always....always!!!!!ALWAYS!!!!!!
ALWAYS!!!!!!!!
has message board posters that....
A. Nitpick the shit out of the stock while it is bottoming
and
B. Recommend other stocks while it is bottoming
and
C. Start announcing their goodbyes just before launch.
I would like to know......
a. who hires these companies to control sentiment on boards
b. what companies are actually doing it
c. what percentage of all posters come from these companies.
Just curious!!!!
GO BANRO!!! YEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
(whoops, hope i did not give away where I'm from)
I agree with your point in Hind sight, but we are now talking about the FUTURE of the dollar, which will of course be much higher.
And to save you from posting other questions, let me explain.
The US dollar is setting up for a huge multi-year rally.
This rally will occur because the US will become the number one energy (Natural Gas) exporter in the world.
This will force other countries to use the dollar to purchase energy from the US, create an ever increasing surge to the US GDP for the forseeable future, and cause a rush of investors into the US Dollar.
However, since the US only just opened up the export business a month ago, it will take time, which leads me to believe we might just have a nice gold move upward, and a nice healthy correction in the US stockmarket, before this undercurrent becomes noticeable.
Just my opinion.
Don't you guys count on the weak dollar to bolster gold prices long term. That will not happen.
I think I know what Banro is about to do.....
Let me start by saying this is just a guess but......
Since this IS a Canadian company......
Wouldn't it be great if banro announces Nayoma......
on Thursday after the close or Friday Premarket!!!!!
One full trading day with news on Toronto exchange, while us stock markets are closed.
That would indeed be classic.
Ha ha, can't wait to see if it happens.
Locked and Loaded with Banro up to my Neck!!
Why am I getting the feeling that the Nayoma news will not be released until gold peaks and starts to plunge?
If they sit on Nayoma, during this gold mini rally, and wait until gold prices unexpectedly plunge, to finally announce opening......I will be very suspicious of our current management.
If that happens, it will be a strong signal that this company's management is already in the pocket of China Gold.
And we will have to watch "The Liberty Boys" Part 2 as they announce letters demanding Banro to seek Acquisition or be thrown out.
And Part 2 will actually be real. And we will all watch our Banro shares be cashed out by China gold for peanuts.
I hope it does not play out this way.
I will be watching to see how management orchestrates the release of the Nayoma news, and how it is "timed" with the Gold Market.
Optimistic, but synically Long Banro!!
Tech, when would you guess we hear something on Nayoma?
Do you think they will make us wait until July 10 Production report?
Just curious what you expect.
I hope this ends the "Rainy Season" Bushittathon.
Geez, actually folks, if you own a stock like Banro, and the Bashers are coming out of the woodwork near the bottom, using things like.....the weather....that's probably a good sign for things to come.
Also, I have never bottom fished a stock (like Banro) and not had a bunch of Jackazzes try and "Save" me from owning my shares, right before my stock takes off.
They always show up. And since they do, they obviously have some success shaking suckers out of stocks.....right before they take off.
Got Nayoma?
Go Banro!
http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/CGKE0662
Let's check the weather at a city near the mines.
Ha ha, 0% chance of Rain for the next 10 days.
So much for the Rainy season rumor.
Bring on Nayoma!!!
Go Banro!!!!!
Nayoma Mine in Full Production will move our little Banro.
You can right that one down.
Seems like this entire board is really off topic.
The only thing that matters to me at this point, is Nayoma.
And this is the only company news that could break at any minute, since they indicated it might open during the first week of July.
I find it curious that during the 1st week of July, no one on this board seems interested in discussing what appears to me to be the only relevant topic at hand.
Nayoma going into full production would be huge news.
This is indeed what we are waiting for is it not. Also, if Nayoma opens as promised and on schedule, it would provide an indication that Management was executing and attempting to deliver shareholder value, as we have been told.
So, tick tock....It's July 1st, GOT NAYOMA??????
Cheers Banro Longs!
If gold holds 1300 going into Q3, Can someone speculate on the balance sheet Profits / earnings for....
If just Twangiza operates for the Quarter as expected with some cost savings due to improvements.
If Nayoma is able to come online in time to contribute to Q3.
Just trying to figure out what the Q3 earnings might look like if Gold can hold 1300's through Q3 Operation period.
When does Q3 operation period end, anybody know?
When does the Q3 balance sheet end? In other words, at what point does the Nayoma production NOT effect the Q3 numbers?
Right now, if they announce the opening this week, is it in time to add revenue / profits to Q3 numbers?
Sooooooo.......
Isn't there a mine about to open?
Where is this Nayoma Mine Grand OPening?
Does anyone have any info regarding this.
Isn't it suppose to open the 1st week of July?
If so, umm....that's this week right?
Long and Strong Banro!!
Was reading an article that I thought did a nice job summarizing the Liberty proxy adventure....
http://www.miningmarkets.ca/news/banro-challenger-backs-off/1003132951/?&er=NA
And there was one statement that caught my eye in this article....
Banro defended itself saying that it has been working along with its larger shareholders on strengthening its balance sheet, and the process had been interrupted by the “dissident attack.”
Anyone care to speculate what "working along with it's larger shareholders on strengthening it's balance sheet" might actually mean?
Curious to say the least.
Cheers to Banro Longs!
YAAAAAAAAWN!!!!!!!!!!
Someone mentioned a term that caught my eye.
Something like a Patience Erosion Factor or something like that.
Does anyone know anything more about this factor, such as how long they currently wait for situations like Banro before they let her run?
Goodness Gracious.
One more thought....
Since this is a Canadian company, does anybody here suspect that they will release Nayoma news on the US 4th of July Holiday week?
While wallstreet is at the beach?
Ha ha. Patience, must...have...more....patience.
So.......I guess no one on this board is either.....
A. Clueless about what happened in shareholder meeting
B. Knows what went down but does not want to post it for some reason
C. Knows what went down but can not post it.
Surely someone can post SOMETHING about what happened?
Right?
Crickets
