"The Gander.tv broadcast network and BlackBook are a match made in media heaven," stated Jon Bond, Co-owner of BlackBook Media Corporation.

"This is an exciting relationship for Gander.tv," commented Chris Carey, CEO of Eyes on the Go. "Having BlackBook coverage for Gander.tv events will add credibility for performers, labels and venues, and will increase interest in the marketplace for Gander.tv's network. This will increase our reach and traffic. BlackBook has a large number of existing advertiser relationships that the partnership will target for ad and sponsorship support. Where is everybody?its been a long weekend looking for some enthusiasm and excitement here. C'mon now guys n gals..AXCG wooooo
IFILM, veoh, time warner, daily motion, gofish, allsp.com, video hybrid are some of the competitors I found..don't know where these companies are at now tho
I don't think he would sell either for that price..to many possibilities for this company..did my numbers make sense for my earlier post..I know youtube didn't have a share price..I was just trying to show what youtubes share would have been when it was acquired by google and show the comparison of numbers to AXCG and how undervalued we are
Yes I know it was a private company..what I was saying was that would've been the share price based on those numbers I used..I know it didn't have a share price..I was using that as an example to compare to AXCG as how undervalued we are
I've done some calculations..if I'm wrong or way off course or anybody has input please let's hear it..these are just my calculations and I could be way off but I think it's correct..
Youtube was bought by Google in 2006 for $1.65B
Google market cap in 2006 was $120B
That purchase was .01375% of Google's market cap in 2006
Google's share price at that time was $213.44
Soooo... .01375% of $213.44 is $2.9348 PPS for youtube?
Does that make sense or am I just talking gibberish idk somebody please correct me if I am way off..
In 2006 according to Nielsen/Net ratings youtube was averaging 20 million unique visitors per month and generating $15 million in revenues a month..youtube also had a $3.5M and $8M investment before the acquisition by Google so maybe that helped generate some revenue..any feedback and comments would be greatly appreciated..BTW I'm just trying to show how undervalued we are as shareholders here and the potential of our company..thanks

Definition
Long-Term Debt is the debt due more than 12 months in the future. The debt can be owed to banks or bondholders. Some companies issue bonds to investors and pay interest on the bonds.
The interest paid on companies? debt is reflected in the income statement as interest expense. If a company has too much debt and it cannot serve the interest payment on the debt or repay the matured debt, the company risks bankruptcy. Peter Lynch famously said: ?A company that does not have debt cannot go bankrupt.?
A company?s long term debt may have different dates of maturity and interest rates, depending on the terms.
Usually a company issues long term debt to pay for its capital expenditures. Borrowing allows the company to do things that otherwise cannot be done with only the capital it has. But debt can be risky.
Explanation
Long-Term Debt to Total Assets is a measurement representing the percentage of a corporation's assets that are financed with loans and financial obligations lasting more than one year. The ratio provides a general measure of the financial position of a company, including its ability to meet financial requirements for outstanding loans. A year-over-year decrease in this metric would suggest the company is progressively becoming less dependent on debt to grow their business.
Eyes on the Go Inc's Long-Term Debt to Total Asset Ratio for the quarter that ended in Dec. 2013 is calculated as:
Long-Term Debt to Total Assets (Q: Dec. 2013 ) = Long-Term Debt (Q: Dec. 2013 ) / Total Assets (Q: Dec. 2013 )
= 0 / 0.085
= 0.00

Buffett says that durable competitive advantages carry little to no LT debt because the company is so profitable that even expansions or acquisitions are self financed.
We are interested in long term debt load for the last ten years. If the ten years of operation show little to no long term debt, then the company has some kind of strong competitive advantage.
Warren Buffett?s historic purchases indicate that on any given year, the company should have sufficient yearly net earnings to pay all long term within 3 or 4 year earnings period. (e.g. Coke + Moody?s = 1yr)
Companies with enough earning power to pay long term debt in less than 3 or 4 years is a good candidate in our search for long term competitive advantage.
BUT, these companies are targets for leveraged buy outs, which saddles the business with long term debt.
If all else indicates the company has a moat, but it has ton of debt, a leveraged buyout may have created the debt. In these cases the company?s bonds offer the better bet, in that the company?s earnings power is focused on paying off the debt and not growth.
Important: little or no long term debt often means a Good Long Term Bet

I believe u my friend was just hoping u had a source is all..will research that tonite tho!!
Anyway u mite b able to find where u heard that from?would love to have a reference for it
There are so many possibilities with company still being in its infancy..who knows where it will go..we know they r in the works of a mobile app..expansion to other cities is on the horizon..possibility of a buyout is very likely if they keep their numbers up which IMO they will..exactly no brainer here..wish I just had some more $crilla to get a better position..
I gotcha I just wasn't sure where u were at on that..I can see ur thought process n I appreciate the feedback..I guess my objective was just comparing numbers of unique visitors to certain social media and how small axcg is rite now compared to these major social media outlets..I didn't rly think about it in the valuation sense..my thought was we got some pretty good numbers for such a small area compared to these nationally recognized sites..so now what on these metrics what shall we do?
R u suggesting what I posted was a bad thing?im having a hard time figuring if u thought this was good or bad

These are estimates of unique visitors in the United States only from quantcast..we are projecting 14 million uniques in April..I know there is a big difference in numbers but IMO our 14 million are probably centralized around NYC..the numbers from the other websites are for the entire United States!!AXCG is in its infancy and with these kinds of numbers for one city is mind staggering..basically what I'm saying is the numbers we have for one city in comparison to other websites that are nationally recognized are amazing and we are all going for the ride of our life with this company!!hope everyone enjoys their day and I look forward to an amazing week with my fellow investors..
That's fun talking to ur self..move along jack..to many positive posts and ppl on this board to listen to ur garbage and nonsense..sorry u lost out and r scratching ur head..which way did he go which way did he go..u r good fir a chuckle tho thanks..this stock has massive potential and u know it
So what is everyone's general take on the 10-Q?
And the craziest thing to me is that it's only NYC!!when they come out with their mobile app (which I think will be fairly soon) and expand to other areas this company is gonna be unbelievable..a question for everyone?Who do we think would be the most prospective buyer of this company?
Still holding my 410K..not much but better than nothing I spose..wish I had dome more $crilla to get more but where I think this company is heading that should prolly be enuff..any chance I get i will b adding more tho
Seriously who are these yahoos?what do you think they r trying to accomplish?absolutely nothing..u cannot tear this house down waaaaaahaaaaaahaa!!
A question from one of fortrav posts earlier..should I put my shares up at an inflated price so the MMs can't use them?
Thanks for the replies and info guys rly appreciate it
I have td ameritrade and they have an L2 I can watch..I've looked at it but don't rly understand it..I'm still learning lol
Could u elaborate please..still a bit of a noobie here
