LVVV as the current management has nothing to do with any previous actions of the company or the company's management prior to their acquisition. APRU is under new ownership and new management. Any past dealings or any hard feelings towards previous management have no bearing on the current company or current management.
Bob Corr is no longer apart of the management team so you can stop bringing him up anytime now in reference to management.
Any publicly traded company that invest in another publicly traded company can be considered an institutional investor. I totally agree, no institutional investor would consider APRU an investment!

Agree, should be above .24 today. 4 times that after CBD Production announcement under APRU. This isn't a price prediction, it's my personal feeling on how it should be valued.
Awesome :)
Hey! Tony's name is on website now:
http://www.applerush.com/contactus.php
Military product placement is huge.
Military instillation's often have their own convenient stores or super sores. They refer to them as the PX.
http://www.thesixtyone.com/s/iXB7nS8vAWW/similar
The military term PX stands for post exchange. A post exchange is a store on a military base. The store might also be called a Base Exchange (BX) and can sell anything from groceries to clothing to gasoline.
• National, regional or independent chains;
• Natural food stores;
• Club stores;
• Mass merchandising or drug store chains;
• Gourmet or specialty outlets;
• Department stores;
• Food service industry and other institutional sales; and
• Armed forces sales and outlets.

LVVV is MJ related through it's 77% ownership of APRU. Once the production PRs are announced for the CBD products it will become clear to everyone. APRU is considered a subsidiary of LVVV therefore LVVV will soon be recognized as a MJ player. LVVV does not have to appear in the list of MJ stocks as long as it's subsidiary's do. They will still benefit from that. It may just take some time for the investment community to fully figure it out. Canna Rush, Canna Bliss and Hempwire is the start of something enormous.
Under the final terms of the transaction, the Company acquired from Robert Corr, the former CEO of APRU, and members of Mr. Corr’s
family, 10,000,000 shares of super-majority convertible preferred stock (the “Preferred Stock”) and the “CANNA Bliss” and “CANNA Rush”
trademarks for a purchase price of $50,000 and 4 million restricted shares of the Company’s common stock
a notice of conversion for 5,000,000 shares of the
Preferred Stock convertible into 9,057,971,014 restricted shares of APRU
The Company also reached an agreement with APRU on May 13,
2014, to acquire from APRU 7,252,034,443 newly issued restricted shares of APRU common stock (the “Common Stock”) in exchange for
1,000,000 restricted shares of the Company’s common stock
So 5,000,000 LVVV shares at lets say $.06 = $300,000
Plus $50,000 cash = $350,000 total
For 16,310,005,457
So 16,310,005,457 times .0006 = $9,786,003 in new value for LVVV due to APRU.
And they still have 5,000,000 shares of super-majority convertible preferred stock.

So I have to say that the APRU deal is the best thing LVVV has ever done.

So I have to say that the APRU deal is the best thing LVVV has ever done.
I'm not the one breathing life into APRU. LVVV is.
If the current LVVV shareholders demonstrate a disapproval of what LVVV has purchased in the APRU deal, new shareholders WILL NOT be interested.
Yes. If you want your share price to return to its former glory, it's your job as a shareholder to get the world to understand that buying APRU was a good decision. Maybe the best decision LVVV ever made. If you can do that using facts and numbers then your share price will return and soar beyond where it was before the APRU deal.
It's very simple really. The investment community needs to know why purchasing APRU is going to be good for LVVV. If you can clearly relay that message the sky is the limit on LVVV share price.
I've done my best to try and explain to people why APRU brings massive value to LVVV. There are a handful of LVVV shareholders that understand this and look for every positive angle of the APRU deal. If you're doing anything but this, you're working against your own company and your own share price.
Bashing it daily is not going to get the job done. APRU is your baby now. Ya'll need to take care of it.
lol at least you get it, there's hope :)
Not my problem how they spend their money :) I'm just lookin forward to LVVV firing up that juice line so I can spend mine :)
I don't understand why LVVV shareholders continue to talk about APRU like it's garbage. Especially since you own 77% of it. lol
Everyone keeps talking about how wonderful investing in APRU might be in the future, but I'm up 500% today and feel like it's a wonderful investment right now :)
If LVVV shareholders think they bought a turd then maybe they should start polishing it if you ever want your share price to go back up.
LVVV leveraged the entire company on this deal, so they obviously feel that it will bring them great returns.
If you disagree with that then do the math on how much it will cost LVVV if they don't produce Apple Rush. If my figures are correct Bob Corr will own all of todays value in the un circulated shares in about 27 years for the fees that are due for the licensing if the product is not reduced. :)
Like I said, you're entitled to your opinion :)
You're entitled to your opinion but I'm not aware of any legal ruling that classifies Bob Corr as a criminal :)
It only obviously refers to one person if you yourself feel that the statements I made direct you to one particular individual. I didn't point you towards anyone. You pointed yourself towards someone. lol
Speculation
I haven't named anyone and it's not up to me to investigate or prove anything. I'm only stating my understanding of the law meaning imo.
Keep bashing Bob Corr, he's going to make LVVV shareholders rich.
Wow...
If someone uses outright lies and outlandish accusations that have no factual basis to drive the price of a stock down and then they purchase that stock after doing so, it's my understanding that that's illegal.
If that person is connected to the company in anyway it's my understanding that that's even more serious.
I am outraged.
and just how much did he take away from APRU?
Those shareholders should be outraged.
It doesn't give anyone the right to funnel traffic away from Livewireenergy.com and to a personal websites. It's bad business.
Things were said about Apple Rush that give any Apple Rush share holder the right to file a legal claim. It was slanderous and damaging to the brands. Distributors can be replaced. Not to mention if someone try's to manipulate the stock price with outright lies it's borderline illegal.

APRU
Thank you, good luck to you too :)
There's a lot of people that want to see Bob Corr fail.
Take into consideration that General Motors failed and had to file bankruptcy along with a lot of other companies during the crash period around 2009. Bob Corrs Apple Rush and RushNet Survived. There are many upset shareholders of the past and a few unhappy debt holders but you have to consider neither one of those groups lost everything unless they sold prematurely. The list of Bob Corr fans is much smaller than the list of Bob Corr haters.
I'll be the first to admit it. I'm a Bob Corr fan. I don't care what people think. People can thank LVVV all they want but it was Bob Corrs deal and Bob Corrs company.
Bob Corr agreed to sell APRU and accepted the terms of LVVV which means in theory he was in control of the deal.
The deal he pulled off with LVVV for APRU puts us all in a better position.
It could potentially make a lot of people a lot of money.
Let's just hope that the RSHN deal is similar :)
If the RSHN deal is even a fraction of the APRU deal it will be great news.
Rather people like it or not Bob Corr is a part of LVVV APRU RSHN and bashing him is like spitting in their own coffee, just not a good idea. :)
LVVV Management has sense enough to have nothing but good things to say about Bob Corr.
