Thanks Caz---I was curious on case closed verbiage---I was under the impression that until the entire case is dismissed with prejudice---either by the judge/ruling or voluntary--it is open to be brought back in.
In IL (where I am from), not sure if that is in all states, in the formal legal world a court case that is dismissed with prejudice means that it is dismissed permanently. A case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court.
A case dismissed without prejudice means the opposite. It's not dismissed forever. The person whose case it is can try again.
LJ, Caz, or any others---I have a question on what you think of the YA deal closing b/4 the IR court case was settled. If Intellicell had put up their intellectual property as collateral w/IR...and the intellectual property was again given as collateral for the YA deal (crazy bad move on YA's side if Intellicell would have lost), seems to me until the court case is completely closed--YA can do nothing....but once it is closed/finished for good and Intellicell reclaims w/o question----than YA can make a move? I am LONG here as I have stated in the past, I am just concerned with the lack of answers from the company. Do I have the facts wrong?
Totally agreed Jman!
AGREED!! Malt--how does level 2 look to you?
Thank you!
Malt---I am unfamiliar with what happens---can you explain? TIA
Simon---you stated;
Johnny---can you share the name and credentials of the master grower you are referring to?
THEIR ALIVE:) So glad to finally hear something from the company----and SOMETHING GOOD imo!!!
Thanks for the info....looks like ALOT of buying volume vs selling
He was diagnosed with diabetic permanent bells palsey
THUMBS UP!*!*!
Agreed!
Excellent post Roger....This is the holy sh*t of cleaner/disinfectant ---- it truly is amazing--not glamorous in any sense--but a WELL needed product. I believe the numbers will show revenue--increasing revenue each and every 1/4. GLTU
Was there another large building on site under construction?
EXCELLENT POINT Caz
yes, but...
EXACTLY my thought
totally agreed Mark---this is the 1st time they actually have professional sales and distribution companies set up.....I think we will have a NICE surprise.
thank you!
Do you know the date the 10Q should be in?
Gem--agree, but they need to file ontime....heck, even the scammy pinks that I watch for amusement got their filings in yesterday. If they want to succeed as a large and respected co, they need to get the basics down.
U know what they say....best defense is offense. This company is like a train wreck---I try to look away, but just cannot help myself.
cannot find the new quarterly report, are you sure?
Large blocks today
real company....doing what?....selling what?.....revenue where?
Buying horse farms, yes. Improving cousins farmland with your money, and also paying him 25K a month for a lease of unimproved land, yes. Traveling the world on your dime, yes. real company.....no.
looks good---if you click around, they mention all states--helps w/search engines
agreed 100%

What about the POSITIVE RECENT results published in the American Journal of Medicine? ---They are fraudulent too?
What about the POSITIVE results of testing by independent Millipore (the Europe division of Merck)?
Well Said Ram---Well Said!!!
I wish I new what to expect....but I do not expect huge revenue this 1/4. Remember, this is the 1st FULL quarter of real sales/distributor companies that have been hired as far as my research shows for this company. I truly believe their product----though not glamorous--or like the mj sector--it is extremely useful in the areas targeted. It doesn't get alot of attention or press because of that, but thats ok by me. Increasing revenues q after q will be fine---there is not anything like what they have available. I am just hoping the buyers or people who make the buying decisions will be smart enough to realize it. Again--if hospitals can cut costs---even if it endangers peoples lives--w/o the average person knowing about it--they will. You can bet your bottom dollar I have new questions when it comes to healthcare facilities cleaning methods now for sure!
sounds like the feds---as you all know--no banks will accept mj money at this point....probelm is, this is not mj money.
You can do some DD by making phone calls to the new distributors like some of us have---this is NOT bogus contracts---this is real, and they have GREAT products--we will see sales increasing as each quarter is reported
Thnx---a Saturday seems strange though.
Anyone know the next 10q report date?
